I was wondering if anyone would be interested in the idea of a Mutant Olympics or something like that. A bunch of different varied events could be decided on and then different mutants would compete in them. Each event would be judged in some manner and the mutant that scored the highest on the most events would win. Is it even feasible to run something like that?

This is an interesting plot idea, but I agree it might be difficult to run. Certain mutants would be at an advantage with their powers, and the media might frown upon it, as mutants often do get the bad wrap for usage of abilities. Still, it does sound fun.
Perhaps, it could be something done by a politician or political figure much like the Special Olympics, to show the world that just because one is different, doesn't mean one cannot do great things.
So long as scandals don't occur. If one chooses to limit mutation usage, and have all mutants compete on a level playing field, it becomes quite easy for the entire event to be a witch hunt, with mutants accusing mutants of abusing their abilities. That'd be a terrible way to end something with potentially powerful intrinsic value.

It sounds like it could be a fun test of skills for people interested. It could work well for a New York City mutant-human friendly event, like the Valentine's Day Ball was. If you feel up to organizing the thread, I'd say go for it!
