Colombia -- Youths for Change Conference

Yo! So, it's about time the other half of the Colombia plot got rolling. This is open to everyone on the site, as well as White Arcs and Grey Arcs that aren't out in the field on another mission.

[/i] leave the Medellin area of Colombia, unless you're a Kabal member or contractor on a mission. You can do whatever you want within the city and immediate area, including inventing any Conference events you'd like, having a kidnapping escapade, having things turn ugly with a riot, having the President of Venezuela make a surprise appearance, or falling in love with a local who will tragically break your heart when you realize the child is Cold Steel's, not yours. Just don't have any thread/plot spill outside the city or affect the overall political situation with the cartels, military, government, etc, and we're good. I retain veto rights, but grant you the city to terrorize or elevate as you wish.[/ul]
