The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

"I make you weak? Somehow I doubt that." Jacen said with a chuckle as he pulled cash out of his wallet and laid it on the bill that the server had brought along with his shot of liquid courage several minutes before, "Even without your power you're a strong woman Lori. No question about it."

Leaning back against the cushions of his chair Jacen stretched as he idly scanned the restaurant one more time. It had been a pleasant enough dinner but there were more pleasant places to spend time together than sitting at a table in a restaurant. "You about ready to get out of here?" He asked as he turned his gaze back over to the blond woman, "We've got a bridge waiting for us."

"Yellow huh." Jacen said a few minutes later as the two made their way out the door of the restaurant. It was the perfect opportunity for a teasing comments and there was no way he could possibly resist. "So whenever I decided to buy you a bikini or some nice lingerei I should get yellow?" Jacen asked with an obvious twinkle in his eye, "Solid or polka dots?"
