The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

¨In resume I have to know how to manipulate my instincts to make them serve me, I don't have to let the instincts take the control of the situation all the time. ¨
After a short pause the boy continues to speak much more lively. a big smile crossed his face. He knew that he had done well, not all good. because Luke wouldnt accept the punishment imposed on the stalker. what he had done seemed sensational, the whole simulation was spectacular and he did it super downing every enemy using his senses and brain instead of his muscles.he really wanted Luke to tell him what he was amazing and how much he have progressed but just merely say You did good Fausto ¨ ¨ He try to put a serious face but what Luke said put him to laugh like a crazy. "Any questions?"
¨At this point you should already know that isn't good ask that . I always get questions but i never got a single question. I wonder many things. you didn't grin a lot , why do you show so seriously? do you remember when your mutation awake ?mine awake quite early but not since my birth ... do you feel alone surrounded by darkness? sometimes i am afraid of the dark,it makes me feel alone. well you never know what lurks in it. do you think I can be a very good partner in fighting crime? Admit it, Sam taught me well. I can be of great help. ¨

Luke raised an eyebrow in surprise at just how many questions Fausto was throwing his way. He should have been used to it by now, having spent a decent amount of time around the young man, but it still managed to surprise him.
"Ok... let's answers those one at a time." Luke replied, his lips curving into a slight smile, "First off, I don't smile much during these kinds of things because it's serious. If you don't train enough and practice enough someone will get hurt. Either yourself or one of the innocent people you're trying to protect."
As he talked, Luke's mind was trying to remember the order that the questions had been asked. He didn't want to actually miss anything after all. "My mutation first showed itself when I was around 12 or 13. It was disorienting at first because I'd been blind up until then with no way to see anything and then suddenly I could see 360o around myself. I don't particularly feel alone because, it's really darkness. It's hard to explain to someone that's never experienced it but since I've been blind my whole life and then was given the ability to see with sonar, I don't really know what the difference between light and darkness is."
And now it was on to the difficult questions. Fausto had potential that he could become a well trained hero, roaming the streets but he needed to grow physically and also learn more about what true justice was. He was still young and there was plenty of time, but the question was how to get that across in words.
"I think that you could become a very good partner for taking crime or maybe even take care of it solo. But there are a few things that you need to work on first. Same has definitely been teaching you well when it comes to combat but you still need to work on building up your strength and speed. Start jogging and begin some basic weight training. Don't push yourself to hard but give yourself the time you need to build up your physique otherwise you'll be put in situations where you have no choice but to kill someone with your bite, because you weren't strong enough or fast enough to stop them any other way."
That seemed like a fair explanation. It would show Fausto that Luke thought he had a future, but that he needed to do more before that future came into play.

Luke expresses the idea very well, he chose the words very carefully so Fausto could understand that it wasnst the time to leave to the streets.he really thought to went to the streets soon, he wanted to immediately remove the evil, but Luke was right. Fausto didnt want to harm innocent people. the real bad boys deserved punishment, not the innocents.
¨ otherwise you'll be put in situations where you have no choice but to kill someone with your bite, because you were not strong enough or fast enough to stop them any other way. ¨
¨ sorry Luke, I am always doing so many questions .. asking is a easy way to get to know people much better. since i know you , I tried to imagine how do you ¨see¨ the world ... obviously you dont see the world in the same way as other people that cant see , your mutation give you a different perspective . but you still cant see. you cant see the colors, a sunrise, an eclipse, something as simple as the outline of a letter, the ink printed on paper or the face of the people you love ... sometimes I close my eyes to try to imagine what a person that is blind fell but it is useless. because it can open my eyes again ,the light gonna be there for me when i decide to opened then again . many people complain about the materials stuff that they dont have , like the money, but they forget they're alive and that is something to be glad , right ? ¨
Fausto looked at Luke while he was talking . he didnt wanted to be rude with that explanation or discriminate him in any way but anyway he felt a little guilty about that chat . how do you explain to a blind man the beauty of nature ? how do you tech him what colour is Green ? green like the grass ...but that person never saw the grass . He felt the guilty crawling around him but he wanted to know a little more of that state .

"Seeing the world the way I see it really isn't that bad." Luke replied with a slight smile, "I was born blind so until my mutation manifested itself, I had never seen anything in any way. Though I may not see the same way that most of you see, I am still doing far better than I was as a child."
It was difficult to explain exactly how Luke's sonar worked and for now he decided it would be best to not go into detail. Fausto didn't need to know that up close, Luke could make out facial features just fine so he could see expressions. From a distance they weren't clear enough to see, but once he was within eight to ten feet he could see them just as well as any normal person.
"What about you? How does it work for you to not really taste anything? Since I don't have regular sight I learned to focus on the senses I do have. Cooking and baking is always an outlet so I enjoy the flavors that can be found in the culinary world. How do you deal with not being able to savor and enjoy them the same way that everyone else does?"

Fausto nodded comprehensively while Luke talked. he really didnt understand how the he see the world but he didnt wanted to get heavy with the questions. anyway the question of the blind man put all the lights of the scene on him . obviously he didnt bothered to be the center of attention again. he talked with a noticed tone of pride in his voice. the child was really proud of his mutation. he had never liked people who refuse to be mutants when they are.
¨ actually my evolution doesnt cancel my taste, but it allows me to enjoy the taste just a few seconds. usually the common meal, organic things , dissolved in a second. I feel the taste of food only when it touches my tongue, when the chemical process begins the food loses all taste. some metals resist a little more but when a a chemical process is running the density doesnt matter . I ate a lot at first to feel the taste of things and the food, i ate everything i could but after a few months i get bored of that and I returned to eat only for necessity. obviously I can eat anything. my digestive system extract useful substances for my body of anything. is truly amazing, right ? ¨
Iron Mouth loved to share his knowledge with others and what he liked the most was to talk about himself . Not that he dont care about other people but the people who mattered most to him were no longer there. Fausto had some friends in the mansion but talk about himself reaffirmed the power of the shield lifted to defend him from the rest of the world. Sometimes his mental defense made him seem proud and selfcentered , but in reality he is very concerned for others. It was the first time that Fausto spoke about his mutation in detail since his father had died. when others asked he always said things like ¨i can eat all i want ¨ or ¨ i am omnivorous¨

Luke listened quietly as Fausto explained how his mutation worked. It was kind of nice to not have to answer questions for at least a moment as he simply allowed the younger man to ramble on about his powers and how they worked. It was somewhat interesting but the blind man couldn't help but feel sorry for his young apprentice. Not being able to savor flavors was something of a loss and it would definitely cut back on the enjoyment of food or wine.
"You've adapted to your mutation quite well." Luke said with a smile when Fausto finished speaking, "Now, over the next couple of weeks I want you to practice what you learned in the program. Wander the mansion grounds a little... work your way through the shadows. Try to remain hidden from your classmates. Anything that will let you practice your stealthiness. Keep working with CS on your self defense and we'll see about putting more of that to use in the next lesson. Sound good?"
