Description of ability(ies):
Gaea is able to manipulate and control earthy materials, including but not limited to dirt, concrete and glass. She need not touch the material to be controlled, though it helps her control it if she uses her hands and motions, though this is also not necessary. Through this she is able to 'purify' the materials by removing toxins and other such things from the material, or simply leave them behind.
When she is injured she can use purified material to make a 'band-aid' of sorts. When applied to the injured area, it will not only cover the area but also go into her body, take the place of tissue and organs missing and mimic their actions. Example: if her shoulder was shot, she would put some purified material on the area and it would replicate the veins and flesh until the body repaired it.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies):
Kristy absorbs toxins much faster than any human or mutant. Unless she is in a very clean building/room/or certain places of the world, she will have to detoxify herself every night. If she fails to do this, the next day she will have a very bad migraine. If she still does not detoxify herself, she will come down with a dangerous fever. If still not done, she will need medical attention just to stay conscious, finally she will die if she does not detoxify herself.
To detoxify herself she needs to soak her body in a purified mud bath every night for at least 4 hours (if she’s gone without detoxifying herself the time will be longer). She has to purify the dirt needed, create a bathtub of sorts (or make sure the one she’ll be using will be clean), then purify the water by sifting it through dirt so only the non-toxic water gets through.
