Nathan silently watched the exchange between the guard and Neena and was not suprised at all when she shot him three times given the statements he was making. Nathan could not believe that any person could feel such hatred for something that he had no knowledge of. "But that is the way of humans," he thought. "They fear what they do not understand"
He was surprised that Neena had left the guard alive. But then Neena pinned the guard to the ground with her spear and Nathan winced slightly. He made a mental note of never to cross Neena if he did not have to.
After that Neena faced a locker that contained a small child who was bound and gagged that Nathan had not noticed until then.
Neena then addressed Nathan directly. "Can you get her out of here? She's been through enough, but I've got one more package to pick up before leaving." Nathan could tell that Neena was angry at him for following her just by the coldness of her face and tone. But that scolding would have to wait for another time.
"Sure, I'll make sure she gets out safe." Nathan then picked up the small girl as if she were a baby and held her against his body wrapping her in his arms. "So what's your name beautiful?" he asked in a comforting voice.
"Tanya," replied the little girl.
"Well don't you worry Tanya, your Uncle Nate is gonna get you out of here safe and sound, ok?" Nathan told her calmly. The small child responded with a nod of her head.
"See you later Neena, and happy hunting to you." And with that Nathan left the guard tower heading toward where he thought the resistance had first attacked the camp.
OOC: I hope this post is ok. If not then I can change it.

(OOC: Looks great. Though she's not mad at you, lol. But don't change it; misunderstandings are a wonderful thing. ) "Sure, I'll make sure she gets out safe." Nathan carefully took the little one, and began to comfort her. Neena followed him to the door, and watched them go, noting the direction he went so she could follow later. The instant he was out of normal sight range, she collapsed to her hands and knees.
For the first time in a long time, Neena felt decades older than her thirty years. The cruelty of the camps, and guards like the one behind her, did not surprise her. Nor was it a sense of amazement that drained her and sent her to her knees.
It was anger. That a living being was capable of treating another living, breathing creature with such hatred, be so sadistic, and enjoy it, made her ill. She just could not understand it. It made no logical sense. In the back of her mind, she understood that logic had nothing to do with situations like this, but right then, right in that moment, all she could feel was anger and hatred.
If she tried to go after anyone else on her 'list' in her current state, it wouldn't be justice, or even simple payback. It would be revenge. No one was ever helped by revenge. At least, not in her mind.
She got to her feet, stumbling a bit from pure exhaustion. She still had names, and nasties like these were like bad pennies; always turning up. There would be other opportunities. For now, she just needed to heal, and help others to do so as well. It was time to back away, until she could get her emotions under control.
Well..... almost.
She headed toward the Laundry Supply Shack, to pick up a certain guard who, fortunately for him, wasn't sadistic, just a plain and simple pain in the arse. Justice for him would just involve returning a bit of insanity. Now that kind of payback Neena could enjoy. Perhaps it would even prove theraputic. Who knew?

Nathan purposefully walked around the camp trying to discern where the resistance had struck first. He needed to get Tanya to safety and quickly. The small child had been through enough dramatic experiences over the period of her duration at the camp he was sure. That was why Nathan persistantly kept on telling her everything would be okay and that they would get out of this place alive.
Nathan knew they were drawing near to where they needed to be. He could hear the sounds of the battle that was going on. So he was not suprised when he came face to face with three guards who had just rounded a corner ahead of them. He figured they were just running away from the resistance since they were afraid for there lives. But there expressions on their faces quickly changed from fear to malice when they had caught sight of Nathan and Tanya. Nathan knew that they would not get past these three without a fight.
Not missing a beat, Nathan calmly set Tanya against the wall and told her to close her eyes. She gratefully complied.
Nathan then quickly walked over to the group wanting to end this as fast as possible. The guards were armed with their pistols and nightsticks. "Going to have to make this quick," he thought.
The guards were unsure of how to react when they saw Nathan boldly striding towards them. It began to dawn on them that they did not want to be anywhere near this mutant since he appeared confident to take on three of them. Their suprise was complete when a sword of fire appeared between the hands of this confident mutant.
Nathan's blood began to flow through him faster as his adrenaline kicked in. The sight of the guards had put him into a white hot rage. He could not understand how these guards could treat fellow people in the way that they had treated Tanya. He then remembered the guard Neena had just disposed of saying that they were not human. That made his anger reach a new level of ferocity. He smoothly created a fire sword inside his hands. He made it similar to a lightsaber, where the blade seamed to be just a steam of light. But that was the good part, he had made the heat so intense that it could have cut through the finest steel. The guards never had a chance.
The guard closest to Nathan lost his left knee first, just above the knee cap. The unbalanced guard begant to fall over towards Nathan. So he quickly sidestepped and finished his moved with downward slash that took the guards head. The two remaining guards were not motionless during Nathan's attacks but he had just moved so fast that it did not occur to them that their comrade was down until it was too late.
Nathan lunged quickly at the nearest guard stabbing him through both heart and lung. He held that pose and the last guard closed in on his right side. When it seemed the guard was too close Nathan made his move. Effortlessly he create a fire blade in his left hand and stabbed across his body and under his right arm. The gaurd impaled himself upon the white hot blade. Nathan held that pose for a few more seconds watching the life drain away out of the guards' eyes. He let got of his creations then and watched them dissapate since they had left his hands.
His anger sated for the moment Nathan then retrieved Tanya from the wall and they began to make their way once again. Only after they had passed the bodies would Nathan let Tanya open her eyes.
