The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Description of ability(ies): Healing: Through direct physical contact, Colyn can heal whoever is at the opposing end, restoring them to full health. This healing ability can also remove fatigue, heal broken bones (even if they’re healed), paralysis, blindness, deafness or any other PHYSICAL injuries, illness and handicaps. However, this ability cannot heal genetic abnormalities because they’re not illness or physical injuries, nor could it heal natural handicaps such as born without eyes or the like. It can however, make a body re-grow lost limbs, eyes, etc. The healing ability is always active on Colyn, but not automatically on others that had made hand contact.
Note1: According to the types of injury, the healing time varies. Light injuries (cuts and bruises) can be healed in a flash, while re-growing a whole pair of arms may require a week or more of continuous healing.
Note2: Colyn himself may not exactly heal every single type of diseases and poisons on the surface of the earth… he’s no super-mutant.
Note3: Colyn may removes fatigue, but he cannot restore energy that was used to power mutants’ power if they’re not linked to bodily strength or the might of the mind.
Note4: Healing Self=2, Healing Others=3
Harming: The opposite of Colyn’s healing ability, this ability make body tissues deteriorate and die in a matter of minutes. The effects are similar as if the subject (animal or plant) was infected with tissue necrosis, which would “burn” its way and kill the subject in several days. Even if Colyn stop, the effect will continue, albeit much slower and would eventually stop. This ability bypass a creature’s regenerative capability as the cells is ‘killed’ right off, but it will take much more (a few years) to kill a person with regenerative ability. The effect can be cancelled off if Colyn (or other healers) heal the subject, or the tissues that are infected had been cleaned (eg: CUT OFF) from the subject. Physical contact is still necessary.
Secondary effect is to cause objects to crumble to dust, as if they had passed through aeons. It is not active by nature. This affects non-living matter that can be touched and has a shape (brick wall, ice cubes) but do not affect matter made of energy (lightning bolt, radiation)
Immortality: The side effect of his healing ability causes him to never die; unless a killing blow had been dealt to him. He cannot feel fatigue (another side-effect of his healing power), and is also immune to diseases and poisons. He can heal himself in several minutes time if he was injured critically, and may re-grow limbs and parts of his body within several hours if necessary, though the pain that comes along maybe very exquisite.
Note1: Colyn himself may not exactly be immune to every single type of diseases and poisons on the surface of the earth… he’s no super-mutant.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): Selective Power: Only one power maybe active at any one time.
Contact: All of his power requires physical contact to be of any use. Once physical contact has been established, it will be up to Colyn to activate one of his abilities. Eventually Colyn will only need to establish physical contact with a subject to harm the subject, healing a subject will no longer be confined by such a matter.
Sleep: Healing another creature is a tedious job. After healing a friend (or foe, or whoever), Colyn would fall into a deep sleep to “recharge”. The number of hours he fall asleep is in accordance to how many hours he used his power after the first two hours. The limitation would slowly decrease as he grows. When he sleeps, he “dies”, meaning he can’t be waked up until he finished recharging.
Weakened State: Colyn’s physical condition is naturally weaker. He won’t feel fatigue and most wounds still won’t kill him, but he is physically weaker and has lower reflex. The energy he used to maintain his powers naturally stunned his growth somewhat.
Restitution: If Colyn uses his Harming ability, Colyn will feel the same pain his subject felt. The pain would only stop if the subject either died or the necrosis had been forcefully stopped. He could feel the status of his victims as long as if they’re under the influence of Colyn’s attack. The pain will double, and then quadruple, and so on according to how many people had been infected.
When using his healing ability, there are chances that pain will also be felt by the subject that is to be healed. When this is true (such as bones mending themselves together, or healing parts that are excessively painful), the subject won’t feel anything but Colyn would have to feel the pain that his subject was supposed to.
At Mutated Control 13 Programmed Healing: Colyn can now imbue the subject’s body with a pocket of healing energy, which causes the subject to heal automatically when triggered at a specific time, a specific word or event (such as harmed seriously, or knocked over) specified by Colyn. It is not for eternity, as the body of the subject may eventually “loose” the energy and the effect wears off.
At Mutated Control 15 Imbue Regeneration: Colyn can now instil regenerative properties to a subject by establishing physical contact. The subject’s regenerative quality increase by two steps (to a maximum of 1) for those that already has regenerative qualities, and three steps for those that doesn’t have regenerative qualities. The effect lasts for as long as Colyn wished to, but is limited by his growth. Meaning there is a maximum point.
At Mutated Control 17 Growth: Colyn can now increase a subject’s growth. How quick it grows will depend on how Colyn decided to increase its pace.
Stun: Colyn can now stun a subject’s growth. As long as it grows, Colyn can stop it from growing.
At Mutated Control 18 Restoration: Colyn can now restore a subject’s sanity. He can now remove insanity, confusion or any psychological effects done to a subject in almost any fashions. He can also cure hypnotism. He is no longer confined to healing physical harms.
Insanity: Colyn can now crush a subject’s sanity and will. He can now impose insanity, confusion or any kind of psychological effects on a subject. He can also hypnotize. However, physical contact such as a simple touch must first be established.
At Mutated Control 20 Healing Aura: Colyn can now heal multiple subjects at once by releasing an aura, and he no longer need to establish physical contact to heal.
Fighting style (if any): None. Running away is the best fighting style. If not you can see him to be the one that is always in need of protection…
History of your character: As a second generation mutant born between a forbidden pair (Chinese and Japanese have problems with each other), Colyn had been living in hardship when he was young. When he was 5 years old, he was taken to New York by an aunt of his and she had a Chinese restaurant in the downtown area of the city. What happened to his parents was not known by him at that time.
He grew up like every other child, but he was quiet and obedient, and is well-liked around the neighbourhood. However, when his aunt saw him reviving a dying butterfly when he was in his early teens (sounds familiar), she quickly told him not to do such things in front of anyone ever again. His life was quite uneventful… until the day of reckoning and his aunt, seemingly disappeared into thin air that day. Without any guidance, he went to register as a mutant, but he lied to them about his power (merely concealing the fact that he had more than one), and he had tempered his blood that he gave to them.
Life continued to go on as it should, except people now either leave him alone or targeted him. He tends to be at home, the library or somewhere with less people these days. He has even fewer friends nowadays, but at least people in his neighbourhood didn’t shun him.
Sample RP:
“This time we can’t do it together.” The black haired boy sat on the green sofa in the living room. He had just finished registered with the government last week and he was released back into the world. After agreeing to a bunch of terms and had been given a bracelet. He wouldn’t care that much though, he was no hero. Plus, whether with or without his power, there was nothing he could do.
He was just another human being.
He stood up straight as he heard someone knocked on the door. With a smile, he quickly rushed towards it and swung it open. Disappointment filled his face as he looked around. No one was outside. He persuaded himself that he was just dreaming. He turned and looked on the clock on the wall. The shorter hand was pointing at 5 while the longer one pointed at 6. He closed the door and leaned on it.
“She isn’t coming back after all.” As the light getting dimmer, he merely slid on the floor, his arms around his legs as he sat on the floor. He buried his face in his arms; tears fell on the floor. He only wished for everything not to happen, to not be a mutant…Everything suddenly seemed so wrong…

That would involved certain factions from over the continent. I didn't write as detailed as I want to about Colyn's history... Plot Holes, in another word.

Yes, they are all included in the plans of things. Whether it is the Order, The X-Men or the Cabal, they are all within the Greater Plan. None can escape...
