Build: Amorphous
Visible mutation: Eupraxia is literally made of a viscous green slime-like substance.
Scars/ Tattoos/ Piercings: Impossible.
Other features: Her natural state leans toward a humanoid figure, and her face, while it can change, does have a default appearance. Rounded cheeks, pointed chin, moderately-sized and upturned nose, wide mouth, and large, doe-like eyes.
Everyday clothing style: Generally unclothed—clothes are hard when you aren’t a solid.
Uniform: See above.
Sleepwear: Yep, keep looking above.
Miscellaneous clothing: Jewelry doesn’t work very well on Praxi, but she will still find shiny baubles and let them float around in her body. You can see small gemstones or pieces of gold jewelry glittering in her form at times.
CharacterPersonality: Sassy, defensive, and difficult, Praxi lived her life on the streets of Atlantis, and was unwilling to become a timid streetrat in the face of her oppression. Knowing she was one of the few gorgons who held up well to physical punishment, she took it upon herself to be the confrontational brat who could take the focus off of other, less fortunate kids.
Now that she is at the Mansion, Praxi tries to temper her attitude, but old habits die hard. She is not quick to trust, particularly with people older than her. Her respect for authority is dependent on who the authority is; she has no love for lazy guards or mad kings, but she can respect groups who genuinely try to do right by the people they serve.
She is more willing to believe kids might have good intentions, particularly those with physical mutations who might struggle because of them.
Hobbies/ Interests: Television and movies, treasure hunting, Mischief and pranks
Job or part time job and description: Student, begrudgingly
Fears/ phobias/ concerns: Slipping into a storm drain and ending up somewhere she is unfamiliar with. The Return of King Atlan. Scary movies and all cryptids.
Special talents: She is pretty good at mimicking faces, though they are all green. She’s also surprisingly good at video games, provided the controller is covered safely so she can cover it with a part of her and apply grip and pressure appropriately.
MoralityGood/ bad/ neutral/ other: Chaotic Good, more or less. Bratty Okay is also valid. She cares about people at her core, but she is wary of them. Hurting good people intentionally is something she would not want to do, beyond harmless pranks. (They are harmless, she swears.)
MutationsMutation description: Viscous Slime Body. Eupraxia's body is composed of a thick, slimy green substance. Her body is not limited to any shape, though it is limited in size. She is roughly fifteen gallons when fully formed, though she is still growing, and the average human is roughly sixteen-and-a-half gallons, so who knows?
She can alter the density and stickiness of individual "parts" of her body, allowing her to slide smoothly across surfaces, cling to vertical surfaces, or trap something in her body.
Strengths:Versatility is the big benefit of Eurpaxia’s form. Being able to slip into tight spaces, glide from place to place, and climb along walls provides a wealth of mobility options. When detached from her “main” body, Praxi can direct parts of her to an extent, though the control is more broad strokes than precise movement. She can move the slime toward her or have it jump to someone, but it does not get more elaborate than that.
Being slime means Praxi’s physiology is basic and limited, for better or worse. Since she has no real nerve endings. Pain is something she is not familiar with, at least not in earnest. She can feel pressure, whether something is pressuring her body or vice versa. Being amorphous allows strong enough hits to just go through her, potentially splashing that part of her body apart depending on the weight and surface-area of the impact.
Weaknesses and Limitations:Senses are a huge limitation. Praxi has no sense of smell, and her sense of taste is limited. When her cells break down and consume materials, (which is a conscious choice,) she can taste it, but not to the degree of a person with actual taste buds, particularly considering how much of a human’s sense of taste is tied to scent. Touch is also limited, mostly to pressure and feeling objects that exist within her form. Her ability to hear has watery undertones, but is otherwise fine.
Vision is actually tied to specific cells of her body that have adapted to function as “irises.” When she’s in her normal form, these are easily noticed as the darker green spots in her eyes. When she’s not humanoid, the “eyes” can move to different spots of the body. Her vision is limited to coming from those specialized cells, and even then, a typical person would consider her vision poor.
Praxi’s size is limited, so if she wants to be taller or wider, she has to stretch herself out, and when she’s stretched, parts of her are going to be inevitably more susceptible to getting knocked off. When parts of Praxi are separated from her “main body,” her ability to manipulate it becomes lesser the further away it is, and past thirty feet, the slime just become garden variety slime.
If Eupraxia loses some of her slime, she can either reabsorb it or, if that is not an option, her body will slowly start regenerating new slime to replace the lost volume. This process is quicker if she consumes liquids or foods soft enough for her body to digest, and this is technically the only time she has to eat. Praxi’s consciousness is tied to the specialized cells that form her eyes. She has evolved this way so her “main body” retains vision, regardless of how much of her is left. That said, if she is broken down until her conscious body is at its most base size (roughly the size of a grapefruit, actually,) it will not break down, but will experience sharp pressure akin to pain if struck, and the process of regrowing naturally from this form can take days.
Finally, it might go without mentioning: many people find slime gross, and amorphous girls grosser. This does not make it easy for Praxi around strangers or in public.
Physical AbilitiesGeneral Physical Capabilities: At top speed, she can cover ground as fast as a fairly athletic adult. Strength is quite low without a physical form, though with enough momentum, she can at least splat herself real good. Her reflexes are poor, particularly considering she has lived a life where she could turn into a puddle before or after being struck.
Fighting Style: If she can slip away, she will slip. If she feels the need to stand her ground, Praxi will try to envelop someone with her body and increase her density and stickiness to hold them in place.
Fighting Style Pros/Cons: She’s relatively safe with such a defensive ability, whether she leans on her mobility or her powers or tries to play the roll of crowd control. Still, she is limited in her reach, and someone agile enough could evade her grasp or take advantage of her stretched-thin state.
History Of Your CharacterEurpraxis does not know her exact origins. She never knew that her mother was a water elemental, or that she was the result of a raucous demigod celebration that left the newfound mother unsure of her father’s identity. She never knew her mother because, when it became clear what she was when she was born, Praxis was abandoned in the underbelly of Atlantis.
Some old man whose body appeared to be comprised of driftwood found the little ball of slime and took pity on her. He safeguarded Praxi until she was five, when he finally passed on, pleased to reach a later age than most on the streets, and glad he could spend his last years safeguarding some of the children abandoned by Atlantis.
Memories of the man are still vague for Praxi, who grew up valuing her own survival. She was tough, but she did not want to test what punishment could be done to her unique body. This led to a young girl who was mouthy but knew when to run away. The guards were aware of her and collectively disliked her, but she was always slightly more trouble than she was worth to catch.
Things changed when Atlan fell, but not as much as some kids hoped. Praxi was a realist, and new that the toppling of a dictator would not change demigods overnight, if ever. She continued to be a thorn in the side of former Atlan supporters until the X-Men made their appearance, changing everything. These people genuinely wanted to give gorgons a chance to live a safer life away from their traumatic origins.
After weighing her options, Praxi decided to take it upon herself to be the one who would watch out for gorgons in this new world. The X-Men seemed nice, but that did not mean all people in America would follow suit, particularly when she learned about humans.

Sabine Sang Sample RP:Everyone expected Eupraxia did not need to sleep. Honestly, she thought the assumption was racist. Sure, her body was… unique! But being slime and constantly moving was actually pretty tiring, and she could keep her eyes deep inside her to blur things out until she actually got some sleep.
She would still be sleeping, if not for the knock at her door. What time was it? Whatever time it was, it was too early. It was a Saturday, and since joining a school, Saturdays had become her favorite thing. With a heavy sigh that did no good considering she did not actually breathe conventionally, Praxi reoriented her eyes and slipped out of bed, puddling her way across her wooden floor until she slipped under her doorway. That was always easier than finagling with the doorknob in her opinion.
As expected, two gorgon kids were waiting for her. She should stop calling them that; on the surface, they were not gorgons. Here, they were mutants, just like anyone else. Well, any mutant; humans were a whole different problem.
”Alright, what’s going on now?” They were good kids; the boy was made of mossy stones while the girl bore a beak and wings instead of arms. Neither was a day over twelve and both were timid, as many former gorgon were.
“Jax and Preston were teasing us and calling us bad at video games because our hands are weird.”
As expected, bullying happened everywhere, though even Praxi could admit, it was nowhere near what happened in Atlantis.
“Well, that’s mean. But you two need to remember that sometimes people are mean, and the best choice is to ignore them.”“We knoooow,” the kids said in disappointed unison.
Praxi let that moment hang before her lips formed a smirk.
”That said, I think the second best choice is to throw slime balloons at them, then laugh when they slip and get stuck.”That earned a much more enthusiastic reply. Sometimes it was good to be the bigger person. Sometimes, it was just cathartic to throw things at jerks.
