Name: Raina Kelley
Age: 32
Appearance: Raina will have darker hair with red streaks and undertones having embraced her ethnicity and wanting a more professional look.
She will dress very professionally when working as a residential youth care worker but her punk styles will have calmed a little. She still wears comfy jeans and a band t-shirt whenever she gets the chance.

Other notable changes: Raina will be married to Rupert! Hence the last name change here- and in the beginning of the plot will find out that she is pregnant with their first child. She will be pregnant for most of the plot.

Power changes: Power wise Raina’s power growth won’t be huge it’s her control of it that will be better. She will easily be able to create ice while singing but also just as easily be able to sing without creating ice. It will take a level of concentration on her end that is quite taxing to not create the ice but it can be done. If she is singing and ice is created when she doesn’t want it to be it is a sign that she is stressed or not focusing. As far as the mermaid transformation this is something she is also able to control. She’s learned to shut her gills so she can still breathe outside of the water and now it takes being submersed in water for quite some time (while concentrating) before the mutation takes affect.

Limitation wise because she is pregnant Raina won’t be using her powers very often for fear of what it would do to the baby. She doesn’t want her body to be under any stress. Her weaknesses from electrical attacks and intense heat attacks still remain. Because she is pregnant she is now more vulnerable then she has ever been.

"History"- Raina was a teacher for the mansion for many years before Marrying Rupert Kelley in 2015 after sating since 2012. When the haywire epidemic ended Raina and Rupert found themselves on the right side of friendship again and soon a romance. While Rupert got ordained Raina finished her masters in Education and Child and Youth Development. Being financially secure Raina decided to leave her work to pursue music for a while. She didn't have dreams of becoming a star she simply wanted the artist lifestyle for a while. She followed suit with Rupert landing herself a job at Pax where she is currently employed.

MISC: Dr. Che will make appearance as an NPC as Raina's baby doctor! His history here will be different than his current one with Raina.
