The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Character's real name: Jebidiah Tulunder Codename/Alias:
Gender: male Age: 42 Nationality/Ethnicity: English Birthplace: He was born in london from an unknown woman late one night in a hospital Personality: Jebidiah is haughty and arrogant. He believes that his intelligence can do enough for him that he does not have to use his powers; however, because of the pleasure he gets from using them, he still does. Notes (Hobbies, Phobias, Worries, ect.): Jebidiah is not a vampire but he is sun sensitive. It will not physically harm him but causes him extreme discomfort. He has a commanding aura about him.
Allegiance (Good, Bad, or Neutral): Neutral
Everyday clothing: He wears an black hooded robe. While, for the most part, he keeps the hood down, in the sun he prefers it up. Uniform (Optional. Required if eventually becoming part of the X-Men): Pajamas: He sleeps in his underwear: boxers.
Hair color and style: He has jet black hair. It is perfectly straight and hangs just below his shoulders. Eye color: His eye's are venomously hazel, but when he uses his powers they change to a cold blue. Build: He is tall at 6'3. He has a slender physique and his skin is very pale.
Scars: He has no visible scars. Tattoos: Across his back he has a tattoo of a man being devoured by blue flames, only to be reborn again as an elegant, white bird. Piercings: none
Description of ability(ies): He has a grasps on all things cold. His favorite attribute is what he calls his 'cold fire'. It manifests on his fingertips and sucks in heat. It looks like traditional fire but shines blue and rather then giving off light, it glows slightly, sucking in light. He also has a very slender scabbard on his belt. The blade shimmers with cold fire. Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): While in the sun, he cannot use his cold fire. It is rumored he once had a great love that was lost. Fighting style (if any): He uses his sword on most occasions.
History of your character: Jebidiah was 15 when it happened. He started to get cold. At first his foster parents thought it was a common cold and took him to the doctors. However, when the doctor reached down to check his pulse, the doctor recoiled at his freezing skin. When he reached down to touch his hand again, his arm caught, what appeared to be, fire that quickly spread to the rest of his body, leaving a pile of only a pile of ash. He parents ran out of the room screaming, abondoning the scared, confused teen. Sample RP: Jebidiah read his book in the study he kept in his house. It was not extravagent, but it was big and comfortable. He thought to himself for the third time that day, "Is it possible...?" He closed the book entitled 'Fate', setting down on the coffee table in front of him. He looked up to the high ceiling, rembering his youth. He remembered when he embraced his power, remebered when he had used it to kill. The two lovers in the park, the deserved it. The called him a freak, they taunted him. He did the only thing that he thought was plausible at the time. He waited until they started kissing, walked up, clenching and unclencing his hand. As he got closer, the coldfire manifesting from his fingertips got bigger and bigger in the palm of his hand. As he was a step away the boy saw him, but it was too late. The boy had time only to see his eyes burning blue. He carassed both of them on the cheek, the way a lover would. They screamed. Well of course they would. The fire moved its way to their eyeballs, popping them both. He then moved his hand from down there cheek to their chests. Blue tendrils came off of his fingertips, onto their skin, disappearing underneath. As they continued to scream, they were cut off suddenly. The fell forward, almost into each others arms. They would not be discovered for hours, for passerbyers would think they were kissing.
That was the night he made the poem that would strike fear into the hearts of others.
Through the darkness he doth come, Brings forth shadow, chases sun. His precious night doth welcome him, The cold, the ice, the winds his friend. As he chants his hearts desire, eyes burn blue with a cold fire. A man before him turns to ash, His glowing eyes pass in a flash. The fire burns bright, though it sucks in light. And as the story is told, the fire burns cold.

Welcome to MRO! And glad the FireFox trick did it for you. And I must say "venomously hazel" is possibly the best description for an eye color that I've ever read.
Random question: have you ever read the Cold Fire Trilogy? Your chara is giving me flashbacks to Tarrant. Which is cool, since he's a pretty kick-ass chara in those books.

Um... I have the book here that i based the char off of... hehe, um I don't see it saying anything about being called the coldfire trilogy.... but the char in the books name is Gerald Tarrant aka the hunter. Yah the book with the fae and junk? Is that the one you are talking about?
Edit: I found where it says the coldfire trilogy and yes hehe i loved him in that book
Whoot! I thought as much. Love that series--one of me friends forced me to read 'em years ago. And I still remember Tarrant's name. Which is a big deal, for me.
If you haven't read the other books, go--find 'em! They're even better than the first.

oh yah, i read the other ones.... the where great... though i liked the first and second better then the third if i remember correctly, it has been awhile since i have read them. Hehe i was even going to have him feed off of others fears, but i decided against it because that is too downright evil then i wanted to make him. I wanted him to be go either way.
yeah definitely. Though his main power is his attribute, he really feels most at home in the cold. I haven't really developed any other powers other then that he can store his cold fire in gems, as he did with his sword, but i left that open in case i wanted to develop it more.
