He took the punch without flinching, he had been doing this for awhile after all. The sweep did catch him off guard a bit, he wasn't used to fighting with his legs and feet, obviously. He got off balance but quickly regained balance after the sweep. "Not bad, I wouldn't recommend doing a sweep if you can help it, mainly because if it doesn't knock 'em over and you aren't fast enough," his left fist shot forward and stopped a couple inches away from her face, "It could lead to an unpleasant situation."
He hopped back from her and began bouncing keeping light on his feet again. He raised his fists in an offensive position, the same position he had assumed earlier. He waited for her to get back into her position, still bouncing a bit. "Alright, this time I won't stop it. I'll just let it play out."
He started circling her a bit, looking for a weak point that wasn't obvious. He'd gathered something about her fighting pretty early on, it seemed to be more like a redirection style of fighting. He would say he was impressed she could do that but seeing as how she didn't seem very chatty in the ring he didn't end up talking about it. The more he thought about what she had done just from one measly right hook had him thinking, was he being hustled here?
He started getting closer to her, he was about ready to deliver the "strike". He thought he'd mix it up a little bit this time. There's no way she'd expect a left hook instead of a right. A slight smirk came to his face as he thought of how stupid that was, but, nevertheless, he'd still do it. Without warning, he threw a left hook, aimed at her head again, and stopped it before it reached her head.
