The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): He possess two cons in his abilities, one is the potentiallity to go insane during combat, this is due to a flaw in his genetics and mutation. The second is a thirst for blood, similar to vampires albeit he only needs to drink once a month. He obtains this blood from bloodbanks, although cowardly opponents have fallen victim. Fighting style (if any): Makes use of his power, overwhelms opponents with his brute strenght and enjoys use of a large technological sword.
History of your character: Primarchs story begins with a mutant who abandoned his real name years ago and instead adopted the name "Emperor." He was a mutant of great telekinetic and telepathic power and possess a genius level IQ in the fields of genetics, cloning and proved himself very capable as a military strategist and diplomat. The Emperor believed modern society was weak and corrupt so instead purchased an island, this was the beginnings of his own nation, a heaven for both mutants and humans. As his society (named The Imperium after his Emperor title) grew, he both purchased and took over other small islands in the region. His presence as a nation leader was becoming apparent as he came into control of more and more territory, and whilst taking over and purchasing small islands caused little problems in the grand scheme of things for current world leaders it was when his growth approached other nations. When other countries started responding to his military movements he realised that he could only be in one place at a time, fighting one battle at a time.
It was then he decided to put his real genius abilities to use and used his own genetic template to partly clone himself and partly create five sons. Primarch is one of these sons. Over the next few years the sons grew and the Emperor taught them the ways of the world and war, once they were old enough they started defending the Imperium, crushing opposition without mercy or guilt. It was clear who the Emperor's favourite son was, one of Primarch's brothers named Sanguinus whom boasted the most successful work in the name of their father.
The Emporer's sons were so succcessful that the Emperor was able to retire from the battlefield at the age of 54, but with all the vigour of someone far younger. The sons continued there crusade for their father for a further three years until disaster struck, Sanguinus felt that he deserved to be the head of the Imperium, he was tired of fighting for someone who sat in a palace far from the battlefield. Without warning his lead a massive navy fleet against Orian, The Imperium's home island. The fighting was terrible and lasted for a full year, brother turned on brother. Primarch stayed loyal to his father, one of three sons who did. Eventually Sanguinus penetrated the palace and made his way to the Emperor, the two fought and eventually Sanguinus dealt a killing blow to his father, Primarch and his fellow loyal brother Chaplain were able to rush Sanguinus and strike him down. Over the next few months several govenors and others who were in a more govermental position then the three loyal sons twisted the Imperium into something it was never meant to be, sicken by such actions Primarch and his brothers left, each going his own way. Primarch spent the next few years traveling the world, achieving a varity of personal goals that lead him into conflict with the X-men on several occasiosn. Now he has decided that perhaps the goals of the X-men may suit his own, so he's arrived to join.
Wouldn't be based on Warhammer 40,000 by any chance. I'm seeing an Emperor, clone sons, the words "Imperium", "Primarch" and "Sanguinus". Also the brtray of a son to the father who pulls back form front line combat. Not meant as a negative as I like the spinning of it into a modern, mutant setting, but I can see the influance.

Calley
12'3''? *whistles* How tall is the average building's ceiling? *can't resist: goes off and takes a tape measure to own house's dimensions* I'm getting 7'6'' over here... man, that's gotta suck for your chara. On the bright side, I'm guessing the Mansion has taller-than-usual head room. What with being a Mansion, and for mutants, 'n' all.
To Hunter, Yeah its based on the 40k chaps alright, love the whole thing and I've been on several different x-men sites with mutants of different kinds and as I was in a very 40k mood I thought I'd give this a try. I wanted it to be similar but not a carbon copy, so of course he can't do some of the more out landish things like spew venom and the sort.
To Calley, thanks! Now that I've got my welcome reply things are starting to role and it looks like it'll be fun.
To Kaz (hehe, that's a name I'm using on a different RPG Forum) Yeah I was trying to get across that he has a certain anti-hero element to him and currently he's only going to stay in the mansion because it suits him or he has some other motive that he isn't telling anyone and that sort of thing but of I can't give away my "down the road" plan for him yet!
