He nodded, smiling a little, shaking off the fact there was something else he'd like to "try." He took a deep breath just before she was sitting across the table in front of him. "Yeah, I understand. I know just enough to survive on, honestly," he said with a shrug. He smiled again as he looked at her, but he shook any thoughts out of his head.
With a sigh he stood to his feet. "I've really had fun today," he said with a smile. "But I think it's about time I head home." Walking over he gave her an awkward side-hug before grabbing his jacket. "I'll see you Tuesday," he said with another smile.

Almost as soon as she had sat back down at the table, Jay was standing up. ”I had fun too,” Zoe said with a smile of her own. Time for him to head home? Glancing at the clock on the stove, Zoe nodded. ”As much as I hate to admit it, you’re probably right,” she agreed, returning Jay’s hug as best she could from where she was sitting.
Standing as Jay grabbed his coat, Zoe followed him to the door to let him out. ”I can’t wait until Tuesday. Have a good night.”

He smiled as she got up to see him out, and he put his jacket on, zipping it up because he knew it'd be cold. Then, he slung his gym bag over his shoulder. "Thanks; I'm looking forward to it."
He gave her another, less awkward hug as he turned and left. As he walked home, he was feeling a mix of feelings. He was going to need a cold shower when he got home...
