She shook her head, wishing that she had something to lean against while she watched. Sleeping on the ground was not the most comfortable thing in the world. "No, I was already up," she lied. He had been quiet, but she'd gotten used to sleeping lightly. The incident with the ice children and his night terrors were both things that made her wake up whenever something moved unexpectedly.
Juliette frowned at his use of the word "therapy". As much as physical exercise was good for the mind and body, she was fairly convinced that Sam needed actual therapy, and he wasn't getting it. It wasn't encouraging to hear him use it so lightly like that.
"No, I was fine," she told him. That was honest, at least. Despite the fact that it was cold outside and they'd slept in an ice tent, she was surprisingly fine in terms of temperature. The cold hadn't bothered her as much as she thought it would. Maybe the blankets that she brought played a hand in things.
>>”You ever practice Tai Chi? Or is yoga more your thing?”
"I'm more of a yoga girl for sure," she admitted with a grin. Tai Chi had always looked cool, but she'd stuck to her niche. Only recently had she broken the mold a bit with her training with the X-Men, but still, she preferred yoga. It was far more relaxing.
