The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Jude was more than happy to just hang out. If Danny (what a lame name) needed to punch himself, Jude was more than ready.
X in training? Psh. He was probably the most capable X ever. He was willing to go the distance with dorkwads like Danny. Most of the X's were still so confined in their narrow still human thinking. News flash, X-men! None of the people Jude punched (or made to punch themselves) were human.
He sat in his Danny suit and stewed on that rather than spewing rhetoric he'd voiced to Mirror already. It wasn't the place or time for that.
It was apparently the boring talking type of time.
An X-Man in training? Ew. The guy would make a terrible X-Man with his complete lack of caring about other people's freedom of movement. And Gawain didn't even try to tell Jude to leave. Wasn't that nice of him.
And clearly, Mirror was about as exasperated with this situation as Danny was. Although Danny was more ready to start making low blows, apparently, threatening legal action - at least they hadn't known specifically it was him behind the warehouse, because Danny liked to think they'd have gone the more polite route and spoken to him in person about it had they known.
"The tank was the Order's," Danny said stubbornly, not entirely sure why he found that, of all things, important. "It's sold, anyway - most of this stuff is. What's not sold is getting ready to be sold. I have a buyer and he's paying quite a bit. No revolution. Just, ah," and he smiled a bit, "Ragnarok, if you'll believe it or not." The guy was crazy, that was for sure - what did he go by, Jörmungandr? Danny had been approached by the monstrous creature who had somehow known all about Danny's cautionary measures, offering to buy them off of him for a rather hefty price. "Anyway, Jaager Worldwide has offered to buy us out too, so I'm only the head in name for a little longer. I'll be out of your hands very, very soon." And he glared downwards at the general direction of where he assumed Jude's center of mass would be. "Might be a bit sooner if you could get your baby X to leave."
Feel free to go for killshots. I don't mind - but you probably will. Danny speaks in flame red.

That... did not sound good at all. In fact, it sounded very ominous. Also, the Order had a tank?!... Had had a tank?... Mirror rubbed the bridge of his nose. Why.

"Jude, get outta Danny" Gawain waved a hand "He's not gonna blow his own money up."
At least Mirror knew what to expect from one of the two.
"Do I want to even want know why the hell you are buying tanks from the Order and who the **** is buying tanks inside of New York City?" he looked at Danny "Come on, help me out here. I can't exactly go back with 'oh yeah, we found all this weaponry, but don't worry, some filthy rich maniac has already bought it all up'..."
