The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

Winter had battered New York for the last few weeks and now that the weather had finally broke and the city began to thaw it was no wonder that people were taking advantage of the slightly nicer weather. Enders certainly was as he got out on his bike for the first time for the new year. He had gone for a good ride taking his motorcycle for a few hours upstate before finally turning it around and heading back to the Mansion before it started to get dark.

Pulling into the mansion gates he let his engine come to a low rumble as he let his feet hang on either side inches above the pavement and rested his free hand on his thigh. Slowing to a stop he let his feet touch the ground as he scanned the grounds observing the comings and goings of excited youths eager to enjoy the notion of warmer weather.

Enders eyes landed on a youngster sitting under a tree reading a book alone and the hint of recognition tickled the back of his mind. Kicking the stand of his bike out he let it rest as he swung his leg over and stood off the bike. Adjusting the gun tucked in the waistband of his jeans he quickly pulled the black thermal shirt over it leaving only the bulge on his right hip showing.

Walking over to the young girl Enders squinted as he tired to recognize the girl his mind racking with the familiarity. When the name finally floated to the top of his mind his hand subconsciously came to rest on the grip of the pistol and his eyes began to glow blue. He had finally come to accept that the hell he had seen had been avoided and as he approached the girl he could see that she had changed as well, having aged slightly from that alternate timeline. Approaching from her side he kept his gaurd up but silently he hoped he could try and get a bead on if she was still that little girl that murdered and pillaged or if she was something else.

"I know it's nice out but I don't know if it's reading outside under a tree nice kid." Enders joked as he came to a stop next to her his defenses still on edge just in case.
