Mutations

He has to remain concerntrated on what he is lifting and moving with his mind in order to succeed. Strengths: Andrei can currently move and lift an object with the maximum size and weight of a dumpster. He can also lift multiple objects simultaneously, and can allow them to move at speeds of 25mph. He likes to aim his knives at people at this speed, so he uses his powers along with his knives against those around him. Weaknesses and Limitations: Andrei must have a constant concerntration in order to move objects. Once he is moving and lifting objects, his mind is susceptible to physic attacks and his actions become slower. The more objects he has interactions with, the less power he can put into each object, therefore limitting his abilities. He can only lift up 3 knives ath the same time, so the weight of the objects he affects at once drasticly falls. When Andrei uses his abilities for too long (half hour to an hour), or puts in too much concerntration (particularly when controlling 2-3 objects), he begins to see spots which results in temporary blindness (temporary being a few hours to a few days, depending on the severity).
Physical Abilities
General Physical Capabilities: Andrei is naturally fast when it comes to making decisions, as well as speed. Fighting Style: He has no specific fighting style, however very talented when it comes to the knife. He can fight very fast with the knife and aims specifically at major arteries. Fighting Style Pros/Cons: Once disarmed from his knives, Andrei is literally horrible with hand-to-hand combat, so he stands no chance.
History Of Your Character Andrei was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, to peasant-like Russian parents. His parents lived through the tough times of Joseph Stalin and their escape to the United States was all they wished for. They found low paying jobs, and had a child but were not quite impressed with him. Andrei was always cold towards others, he preferred to remain alone in his room throughout the day. When his parents forced him outside every weekend, he’d remain in a corner and read whatever book he can in the library. His school scores were absymal, he was smart, that’s not the point, but the fact there were others around him bothered him. One time, during a hot Summer weekend in New Jersey, his parents forced him to go outside and play with the other children. Like always, he went to the library only to find it closed due to the hot weather. He had nothing to do, but to read the newspaper he got from home. As he sat on a corner and read the paper in peace, he was confronted by a group of older children. They stole the paper off him and ran away, which aggravated Andrei. He chased them until they were tired, and one of the children hit him with a small plank found on the side of the street. “Go read your own language, you Commo!”, screamed the boy who had the newspaper in his hand. Andrei, who knew he had a short temper, “Just give me the paper, and I’ll go away.” The boys laughed at him, and threw the paper into the dumpster found beside them. “That’s where you belong, go and get it!” Andrei walked over to the dumpster and jumped up to see where the paper was, however he was met with a hit on the back with the plank. Falling on the floor, Andrei wiped away the tears that occurred instantly and just when he got to his feet, another hit to his side from the plank knocked him back down. Sweating from anger and pain, Andrei was held up by two of the boys so the rest could have their share of hitting him. Turn by turn, all the boys hit the body of young Andrei with the plank. “Nyet, nyet,” was the only thing coming out of Andrei’s mouth after each shot. When the oldest boy came to take his turn, Andrei was praying for the hits to stop, for the boy to stop hitting him. As he heard the sound of the plank moving towards his body, he tensed his entire body and prayed not to get hit. Then he heard the plank break, but he felt no pain. The boys were all in shock, as the plank had broke, but it hadn’t hit Andrei. Scared, as it’d be normal to feel that, they all ran away. He had witnessed that he could do something that was not normal.. A few years later, during Andrei’s adolescent years, his love towards knives were becoming a concern to his parents, who sat him down on the table one night to talk about it. “Andrei, my dear, knives are dangerous, you shouldn’t be playing with them,” said his mother, starting off the conversation. “Mama, I have to play with them, it’s a magnificent tool,” was the only argument Andrei had. Shaking his head, his father put Andrei’s knives on the table and said, “These are the last times you will ever see these, do you understand?” Andrei, who would not go against his parents, felt angry at the fact they would do such a thing. “They’re mine, let me keep them,” he begged all night, but in vain. Once his father got the knives from the table to take them out, Andrei screamed, “GIVE THEM BACK!” , and his father was stunned. Not because his son had screamed at him in a way he had never heard, but because the knives were slowly levitating in the air. Slowly, the knives were coming back to Andrei, and he was surprised at this. From that night onwards, his parents let him keep the knives, and Andrei began to learn from himself this new ability he possessed.
Roleplay Where did you learn about this site?: God Bless Google. Do you have any other characters on MRO, if so who: No. Sample RP: It was a humid, rainy day, the worst of the Summer nights in Hoboken. Watching the droplets on his window, Andrei contemplated how his life had turned out for the last 23 years. What now?The only thought in his mind as he started to write his name with the droplets on the window. The constant shouts in his mind, as his parents left him alone since he hit the legal age. He began some sort of hatred towards them, for leaving him alone. Hypocrite, you love being alone. He never stopped on one thought, on one solution. They left you all alone, because you’re different. His mind always succeeded in getting him angry, but it wasn’t the time. He got up to go to the bathroom, and suddenly heard a scatter in the kitchen. The officials are here for you, the end has come. Oh, how he hated the way he thought. Pulling a knife from his armband and levitating it from his palm, he slowly walked towards the kitchen, his steps silent as the rain came down heavily. The scatter was getting louder as he was getting closer to the kitchen, and suddenly it stopped. Behind the fridge, behind the fridge. He holstered his knife, and looked straight at the fridge, and without a second in between, he jolted his head back. Simultaneously, the cords from the fridge disconnected from the wall and the fridge was moved straight towards him. You gonna knock yourself Psych. Just when the fridge got close to his face, it unexpectedly stopped like it hit a wall, and he slowly got it to land. Smiling at how he controls his ability, he moved the fridge to the side of the house with an elegant hand movement, to see what was making the racket that annoyed him. “Are you kidding me?” he remarked out loud as he saw a rat chew off the cords from the fridge. Mercilessly, he unholstered the knife and he lifted it into the air. Grinning to himself, he moved the flying knife towards the rat and began poking it with the tip. The rat, fearing for its life, began running in all directions, but like always, Psych had his way as he lifted the rat up and twirled it around the air. “Bye bye, Stuart Little.” In a sudden movement, he swiftly made the flying knife penetrate the rat, and both the rat and the knife hit the floor with a dull bang. You had to didn’t you, you psycho. The smile on his face was priceless.
