Mutation Description:
[/b] Sam can cool things as cold as -320 Ferinheight (liquid nitrogen) and create up to 12 tons (about 3 cars or 2 elephants) of ice. His body can withstand his maximum cooling amount without ill effect.
Weaknesses: Sam has a max solid creation range of 30ft (ex: solid ice golem), a max creation range of a city block (ex: snow), and a max cooling range of a small city (ex: air). Sam is especially susceptible to sonic attacks, electric attacks and high amounts of heat.[/ul][/ul]
[/i] Can form a full body suit made of ice.
[/b] Ice armor gives Sam a sturdy shield that protects him from general physical attacks. It also protects him from small caliber bullets, but not the large impact ones.
Weaknesses: Large amounts of electricity (such as lightning), high amounts of crushing force, high caliber gun fire, laser fire, sonic attacks.[/ul][/ul]
[/i] By freezing the water molecules in the air, Sam is able to create a mist.
[/b] Sam is able to obscure people's visibility. The mist often decreases the ambient temperature by 2-3 degrees. If Sam wishes to create a denser fog, he can create fine bits of ice small enough to remain suspended in the air, but this requires quite a bit of concentration.
Weaknesses: Sam may only create a fog with a density that is directly proportional to the amount of water in the air. The more humid it is, the more dense Sam's fog will be. It is twice as hard to create frozen fog in direct sunlight.[/ul][/ul]
[/i](Updated 12/7/21) Sam can create golems made of solid ice. 5-8 depending on size. The golems are controlled subconsciously and react with limited intelligence. If Sam was trying to lift something and it was too heavy for him to lift, a golem would go to help lift. Using verbal commands, or thinking very clearly Sam can direct them. The golems can only operate "intelligently" within sight of Sam. Outside of Sam's sight, they idle and/or disintegrate.
[/b] • Army of one: If outnumbered Sam can quickly even the odds with golems they act like ‘bruisers’ and do what they are commanded
• Sam can manipulate the shape and size of the golems giving them different appearances from humanoid to animal like. The size varies on what task Sam creates them for.
Golems do not feel pain so electricity or cutting/piercing attacks have little effect on the ice creations. They can be damaged yes but they don’t ‘react’ the way Sam or a clone would upon taking damage. Golems are strong and solid workers. Because they are made of solid ice, they come with the durability of their respective sizes. (Example: it is far easier to shatter a small golem than to shatter a large one)
Weaknesses: The golems that Sam creates are very vulnerable to the same general things Sam is weak to. High amounts of crushing force, high caliber gun fire, laser fire, sonic attacks, and heat all affect the golems. A golem must always remain in Sam's field of vision to be effective. They react only when Sam reacts or commands them. If Sam does not know there is anything wrong, they will not act as if anything is wrong.[/ul][/ul]

Basically a ‘level two’ of Sam’s ice golems. These golems are far more lifelike and mimic Sam’s ice form perfectly and move exactly like he would. The clones are ‘more aware’ of their and Sam’s surroundings as long as Sam is in range to hold their form together and guide them. They are capable of more complex movements than golems. Instead of ‘brawlers’ like his golems the clones are far more capable in hand-to-hand combat and anything else Sam’s ‘memory’ might impart on them.
Clones can also mimic human speech. Right now, they are limited to one word or phrase upon creation. Which Sam chooses as they are created. Each word or phrase can be used only once per clone.
Sam is capable of creating two identical ‘clones’ anything further would be considered a ‘golem’ and has restricted reaction. The more golems he creates the less he can control with the clones.
Strengths:
• Can move on their own.
• Each clone can tap into Sam’s thermal sense giving them limited ‘feel’ for thermal temperatures
• They will react to anything as Sam would seeing as they share his memories and experiences upon creation.
• Sam can tap into their memories upon their destruction giving him knowledge he’d personally have to experience otherwise.
• Clones are more durable than golems but not as durable as Sam, they have minor ‘healing’ (ice repair)
• “Trap” Clones within a foot of Sam have the ability to ‘freeze’ someone on contact by encasing them. (move over subzero)
Weaknesses:
• Outside of Sam’s range, the ice clone can only last for five minutes. They can’t create ice like Sam can. Only change their shape slightly for whatever thing Sam would have them adapt to.
• Outside of Sam’s range and time limit the ‘clones’ fall apart attempting to move but having no actual power to keep themselves together.
• The thermal range outside of Sam’s field of control is only five feet for clones.
• ‘Freezing’ someone destroys the clone upon activation
[/i] When things get cold they tend to slow down, including people and mutants. Sam uses his ability to get everything in a 30-foot radius so cold that everything goes in what appears to be slow motion. Mutant/person’s reaction speed slows as well.
To those outside of the radius Sam would appear to be going his normal speed. But to those inside the radius Sam would have the appearance of super speed.
[/b] Using his concentration Sam lowers the speed in a 30-foot radius of every thing by 2% of their ability points. Sam is immune to the Speed drop.
Weaknesses: Sam can only perform this part ability for 20 to 30 seconds at a time during his max radius (30 feet) as the radius size decreases the time increases so at a radius of 10 feet the time limit goes to a minute. Also it only takes effect in his radius once someone is outside his radius the effect quickly wears off. Not to mention that Sam is drained after.[/b][/ul]

Thermo Sensory: While Sam’s mutation is active he is able to feel the lack of cold from others and anything produces a large amount of heat. His brain would register the area where the cold is not and would pick up on the heat giving him something similar to an inferred sense.

Able to feel in a 360 degree radius around himself the range as of now is 15-20 feet
The colder he makes the air around him the easier it is to feel the heat signatures
Not having to rely on his eye sight he is able to make his icy mist denser without the fear of losing his vision
Anything warmer than body heat can be felt, the hotter something is the better he can feel it.
Can feel the heat through standard walls and some barriers
Weakness:Sam’s mutation has to be active meaning the air around him and the area he wants to feel has to be affected by his cold factor. The beginning temperature drop needed is ten degrees at that point his sense is hazy and things are hard to make out.
Someone within his range would notice the sudden drop in temperature
His eye sight is obscured due to the additional information, meaning if he is focusing on his Inferred sense for too long he has to close his eyes to cope with the information.
Anything lower than a humans body temperature he wouldn’t notice
The more heat there is in one location the greater the strain it would be His time limit for activation has to due with the amount of signatures of heat around him, 30 minutes for one other heat signature, 15 for two or more, 5 for five or more anything more than this would be too much of a strain on his brain and would cause headaches and or migraines.
As of now it isn’t very precise for example, if three people were standing shoulder to shoulder their heat signatures would meld together.

Explanation: Being raised, as an Assassin/"Super Solider" Sam is skilled in numerous fighting styles (not all mastered): Kung fu, Tai chi, Tae Kwon Do, Drunken Fists, Jujitsu and is skilled in various weapon styles
Pros for fighting style: Sam often uses combos from the different styles creating something of his own style
Cons for fighting style: Not a lot of cons for the fighting style, however he has a major soft spot for women, is overly sensitive on how much power he uses often going easy on opponents and takes a beating for it. Playing the fool doesn’t help either.

History Of Your Character: At the age of five little Sam Johnson was kidnapped from his home by a loosely affiliated government branch. Although he wasn’t a mutant at the time only a few years of training forced Sam’s mutation to show early. Which only made the higher ups of the company that much happier.
A few years later Sam was initiated as the youngest assassin of T.A.T.M.A.H (Tactical Anti Terrorism Against Mutants And Humans), which was the name of the group that kidnapped him as a child. Mission after mission Sam performed and killed without exception giving him the name of Cold Steel.
Longing for a normal life after so many years of in Sam’s opinion mindless killing he decided that he had enough and before T.A.T.M.A.H. could take him out he decided to escape from the main base he was stationed at.
At his last hurrah Sam decided that he had enough and forced his way through the base. As luck would have it he found specific documents abut him, including name, birth date, and a little information about his family, including a picture of him as a child with his baby brother.
At the age of 18 Sam finally escaped from the life of mindless killing he knew all his life. In hopes to find something better, and in hopes to find his purpose in life and his family.

Sample RP: Sam woke to hear a pounding on the old worn out door of the cabin he had been hiding in. it has been four months since he has been there and noticing how it was clearly abandoned he was safe, or so he thought. Sam walked to the door and looked through the hole in the wall and saw something he has been running from for so long. Two men stood there with an MkIII.
Sam turned around and lowered the temperature around him incasing his body in ice and then quietly walked to the back door, he took to steeps and then heard a familiar voice from his past say “Not a smart move, I would stay put if I were you.” Sam raised his hands and said “Agent Jackson, good to see you again how long has it been?” Jackson replied in a low tempered voice “not long enough, aren’t you tired of running, we missed you back in California we really nee. “ Sam interrupted; “No, you got me lucky for me it only left a mark, that laser wasn’t nearly powerful enough to get me, which is why I am guessing you brought that tin can with you?” “That’s exactly it, you are to come back with us to finish your training we didn’t spend 13 years training you for nothing, we will take you by force if necessary.” Said Jackson as he walked towards the door, which opened and he walked out.
Sam saw a tiny laser sight located on his rib cage he traced it back to the MkIII. He started walking towards the robot and Jackson’s men. Sam got outside and started walking towards the car where Jackson was standing smiling and glad Sam was coming quietly. Sam got to the car and said, “Why would you bring the hell fire model? It’s long ranged right?” Jackson said laughing see you remember some of the projects we had you look at when you were with us, You must have forgot the high powered laser mounted on the thing.”
Sam said laughing definitely " good talking to you again" and then he snapped his fingers and a cloud of frozen mist covered the area. Jackson Yelled and said “ Bad Move SAM!!” The Hellfire was the first to see Sam running but before he cold take off after him realized the ground was frozen solid. Jackson yelled for the hell fire to go after him but then saw as the robot was about to take off using the jet pack, but Sam froze that as well. Jackson said, “ Wish we didn’t train him so well. After we thaw out return to base he will resurface later” as he tried to move his feet off the ground.
Sam at least a mile away laughed and said, “Wish I had more time to stick around.” Sam was about to stop and throw out a decoy so he could get away but instead. He un-froze and then ran for a while. Noticing that nothing is following him he froze back up and skated along the ground with his speed and momentum increasing. Sam thought to him self no way I am going back there…
After a hundred miles of space between him and his past location he unfroze and walked into a remote town. Noticing that this was a good place to lay low for a day or two. He walked to a newspaper stand and purchased a paper to see what’s happening in the world today. He dropped the paper and then took of freezing up and skating off to New York where to his surprise mutants have been taking to camps. Sam being an excellent tracker figured so many people in one area should be easy enough to find. So after heading to New York he would then go to the camp and help where he can.
