Kasumi talked to her mom and dad a lot over her birth day and what she wanted. She wanted a ball with cosplay her mom and dad like the idea they asked her what theme it would be she said "Moon Kingdom." The mom and dad were happy they will find the perfect place and make it look to what Kasumi wants. For they could not be there so they will make it the party of her dreams. It took weeks for her mom and dad to do this. They also posted it in places were Kasumi said that she had friends making sure to get the word out. They wanted her party huge.
At last it is June 15th Kasumi hears a knock on her door. She was doing some work. She blinks a few times she did not know who it was soon she gets up soon she opens the door it is a group of makeup people they smile as one woman asks "Are you Kasumi?"
Kasumi nods to the woman soon the woman waves the people in "We got the right place." The woman keeps talking "I here today is your birth day and you are going to be Princess Serenity but you do not want your spots to show." Kasumi nods to the woman as she smiles to her. The woman smiles back "We have a make-up that is an air brush that will go on will cover up the spots on your face you back and your arms. So they will not be seen. So you will have to get on a new top."
Kasumi nods soon she walks into the bathroom with her bikini top she slips it on soon she walks out in the top. The people had everything set up for the air brush make-up. The woman smiles to Kasumi as she speaks to her "Stand there with your arms up honey." Kasumi nods she stands there with her arms up. Soon the air brush make-up is going on her skin it is a little bit cold as she nods to herself as she but soon the spots on her back is covered up.
The woman smiles as she speaks "Turn some dear" Kasumi nods soon turns to were her right arm is her arm is still up as the air brush make-up goes on. The woman did not have to speak as Kasumi truns to her other arm as she is sprayed again. The woman smiles huge speaking in a happy voice "Now face me and close your eyes."
Kasumi nods as she faces the woman soon Kasumi closes her eyes. She feels the air bruhs make-up going on to her face. It is rather fast as the woman speaks "Ok now open your eyes." Kasumi does so as the woman smiles more "Ok done with the first part now time for you makeup."
Soon Kasumi blushes some as she nods she walks as she sits down in the chair the woman smiles more. She has a another woman sit down a make-up case as she starts to bring out brushes. Kasumi closes her eyes as she feels some make-up going on to her eyes then her cheeks. Soon the woman speaks "Open your eyes." Kasumi opens her eyes the woman puts on a bright blue eyeliner with a deep black mascara to bring out her eyes. The woman smiles as she brings up a mirror to show Kasumi her look for the night. Kasumi looks at herself as she smiles "Thank you!"
The woman nods "You are so welcome have fun tonight! Take alot of pics!" Kasumi nods and smiles as they all leave. Soon Kasumi sets on getting ready for her party. The dress that she has worked on for months she takes out soon she gets the wig out also. She gets the wig cap and pins she pulls her hair up into a low pony tail as she pins her hair back she puts the white wig cap on soon the puts the white wig on. She pins it down as she smiles. She takes off the top and her shorts.

Soon Kasumi spins in it as she closes her eyes. She takes out a box as she slips on a pair of white high heals. At last she puts on the bracelet the earings the barrette's at last the gold moon on her forehead.
Kasumi looks at the time she is on time she nods as she knows it is time to go. She slips out of her room it is late in the evening her mom and dad told her that they had something more for this evening. She hears her high heals tapping as her dress sways with each step soon comes into sight a horse drawn carriage She blushes some as a man bows he holds his hand out as he opens it and helps her into the carriage it seems that her mom and dad put out all of the stops for her party tonight. Kasumi wonders how big is it really going to be?
Kasumi rests her hands in her lap as she looks outside hearing the horse hooves on the rode she does feel like a princess as she smiles to herself this is her day. She is at last to her party. The man opens the door and helps her out he bows again.
Kasumi lets out a gasp of air the place looks to be like the Moon Kingdom. She is over took as her long silver hair sways in the wind she soon walks inside. It is huge there is a throne for her to sit on and one for someone to sit by her. She smiles thinking of Shin.
The place is silver and white with foods and drinks of every kind. Kasumi looks around still as she nods her head she feels her heart pounding all of the stops have been put out for her party everything her mom and dad must of put a lot of money into this. She soon walks and sits on the throne and wates for the others to come to the party to greet them. She smiles big with her hands resting on her knees.
(Everyone bear in mind it is a cosplay party so come someone form an anime or V-game ^^ Have fun with this yey!)

He'd been getting things ready for a while now. The tuxedo was pressed, primed, and ready. A bouquet of roses sat slickly on the bed. He'd shaved, combed, and prepared to look as close to unreal-life as possible, because Shin knew how important this was to her. Even Thor was decked out in a little red bow tie for the formal event. Of course, the bow tie was replaced with a set of angel wings when Shin realized Thor would make a much better Koro-chan cosplay than a Tuxedo Mask Jr. The Siberian husky not sat impatiently beside his water dish in front of the bathroom door. The water in the shower cut short, and Shin stepped out amid a torrent of steam. The towel fell to the floor as he stepped forward to get dressed.
Thor and Shin walked through the doors into Kasumi's party a half-hour later. Shin wore his Tuxedo Mask costume proudly as he stepped into the moon kingdom. He caught sight of Kasumi.
"You look great," he smiled as he walked up to draw her into a hug.

Cosplay…. As he rethought what Shin had told him Sam still had no idea what exactly he should do for a costume, never having the luxury as a child to watch cartoons or animation. Recently however with his friendship with Shin had turned out to be somewhat beneficial in the animation information department. In an attempt to impress his friend shin however Sam took it upon himself to look up cosplay costumes online to see what costume he would be going to Kasumi’s party in.
Opening his box a week or so after he sent out for it Sam was pleased to have donned the suit from the animation Bleach something that he had read up upon recently. As he slipped into his costume he looked in the mirror and grinned slightly as a large blade of ice formed to his back and remained attached to it until he lifted it and said, “Bankai!” the large blade then formed into a smaller one just like in the magna that he had also bought online. Nodding his head slightly Sam forced the ice sword to become large again and placed it at his back. With another nod he smiled nodded and walked off to Kasumi’s party, looking forward to Shin’s reaction at his costume.
Entering the party in his suit Sam put one hand over his shoulder and placed it on the hilt of his sword and said, “Seems like I got here just on time!” he said as he spotted his former husky Thor and Shin and Kasumi, who looked like a prince and princess. Choosing not to comment on the hug he just walked in he crouched over and called over to Thor. “You guys look good!” Sam said still holding onto his hilt of the large and somewhat heavy ice sword on his back, “and this place looks awesome!” Sam said as he looked around the room as everything seemed like the inside of a castle.
(OOC: feel free to poke fun at Sam's lack of know how when it comes to Anime, Magna, and Cosplay! Also Shin, hope you don't mind me mentioning your awesomeness when it comes to the subject, if it's a problem i can change my post)
The small white sedan slowed to a stop in front of the party, and out stepped what seemed like some mad scientist. David was in awe of the place in front of him, he didn't know much about anime, so the reference went right over his head. It didn't matter though, the style and majesty was impressive enough, he almost felt out of place. "Thanks for the invite Shin." He muttered as he walked up to the steps. As he walked he started humming one of the songs from his character's play, Dr.Horrible's Sing along Blog.
He made his way towards Shin and the others, a smile spread across his face. "Hey Shin whats up!" He didn't know the birthday girl, but he knew enough and guessed it was the girl Shin had hugged "Happy Birthday."

Streak never expected it to be so hard to find out what cosplay was. It took hours but he was finally able to find something. It took him several more hours to find something that he liked and could wear comfortably. Once he'd found something Streak ordered it and all he had to do was wait for it to arrive. When it did Streak immediately tried it on. He needed to be sure that it fit and he didn't have to hack it up trying to taylor it himself. Luckily enough it fit. No hack job required.
The day came and it was time for him to don his costume. Streak thought that it suited him well and that he could see him using it again for Halloween later in the year or some other costume party. Maybe. Only time would tell if he would wear it again or not. Once he was actually wearing the costume he found that it was rather comfortable. Streak wore the hood down as he inspected himself in his mirror. "Lookin' good. But it's missing something." Streak said. Then he got it. Weapons. There were plenty of sheaths on his costume that he could place some of his own creations in them. Deciding to do so, Streak formed four knives and placed them in the sheaths on his outfit. Streak then looked down by his side and realized that the sheath for the sword was empty. It looked lonely. He needed to comfort it. Streak then formed a sword. Streak paid particular attention to the hilt. He'd gotten ready early and so he was trying to find something to pass the time.
It didn't take long for him to get it the way he liked it. Once he'd finished playing with the sword he placed it gently in the sheath from the costume. Streak then exited and headed to the party's location. Once he got there he realized that he wasn't the first one there. He was glad that he wasn't the first one there, mainly because he didn't know anything about this. The only reason he'd picked this costume was because he thought it looked cool. Streak decided that it was probably better if he didn't wear the hood. Sam was already there. He decided he'd mingle with him for a bit. "Hey Sam nice outfit." Right now Streak was ignoring Shin and Kasumi, mainly because they seemed to be having a Kodak moment and far be it from him to disturb that.

Kasumi looks to Shin and his outfit she finds herself blushing a little bit. Soon Kasumi hugs him as she smiles resting her head on his shoulder "Thank you Shin look at you.. I mean you look like a prince tonight/" Kasumi smiles more as she stands there. Soon Kasumi looks to Sam and smiles and nods "My mom and dad had to go all out... this is the first year they was not with me and would not take no.. so I talked to them about it."
Kasumi stands there with her hands in front of her. She is not use to this yet she smiles still. She can feel her heart raceing "Sam you look killer! Ichigo Kurosak in his Bankai form you were it well." She smiles more as she stays close to Shin. She does feel like a princess tonight. She does not care about gifts or things like that.
As long as people care enough to come she is happy. Kasumi never thought of gifts for the day of her birth but for to be with the people that she cared about. That was the best gift for her. Soon she looks at David as she smiles and beams "Thank you very much. I am so happy that you can be here." Kasumi smiles more. This is going over so well.
It felt like a dream to her yet she loved it. She did not know that this day was going to be this big. Being dressed like this being treated as such such she will be sweet and caring to everyone. But that is the way that she is always caring to everyone. Soon Kasumi rests her head on Shins shoulder as she smiles more "Well you are with me tonight. What are we going to do?" She looks up at Shin and smiles more.
Jewel never watched any anime (or played any V-games, really), but when Streak figured out what Cosplay meant and told her about the party, she felt like she should. At least to find a good costume. So she spent a lot of time in front of the computer, browsing, until she found what she was looking for. She was excited at the thought of a party. She really liked parties. And in the couple of days she spent at her new school, she did realize how friendly people were around here. She was a tiny bit nervous too, she didn't really know anyone invited, except for Streak, who volunteered to be her escort for the evening (and this time, there were no objections from the parole officer). So she ordered the costume, and waited for the big evening with a mix of anxiety and anticipation. Putting on the costume was more difficult than she'd thought - it was quite complicated. She managed to do it on her own though, which was a relief, and she had high hopes of being able to remove it on her own too, after the party. She looked at herself in the mirror. The dress was actually pretty, she liked it. She didn't have time to watch the whole movie (or whatever it was taken from), but she liked what she saw. She couldn't do much with the silver and gold in her hair, but oh well, at least the main color and length was right. She didn't have the staff to go with the dress either, but she didn't miss it. She arrived to the party with Shawn, and looked at all the other guests with a shy smile. She recognized Shin, and nodded to him in greeting; she also spotted Thor, and that brought out her real smile. She glanced at Streak, waiting to see if he'd introduce her.

Cosplaying was something Arielle really did, but she wasn't against it either. She wasn't a complete anime or video game junkie, but she knew and loved a few titles. When she had heard about Kasumi's birthday cosplay party, well of course you say the word party and Ari is there. The added fact of having to dress up made it more appealing for her to go. Costumes were always fun. The only thing is, what character would she play as? Well...the invite said video game or anime characters. Even though skin color doesn't really matter, Arielle preferred to cosplay as a character she could pull off just right. There weren't that many dark skinned anime girls that she knew of so...she turned to video games. After that it was totally easy for her to choose a character. She chose her costume and decided to cosplay as Jade.
Arielle was in awe at the set up of the party when she arrived. Something told her that she should have cosplayed as Princess Neptune! Meh, oh well. There was always halloween. Besides, being a sexy ninja assassin on the moon wasn't so bad. She strolled over with her staff weapon in hand, covered in fake blood with a plastic decapitated head stuck on the end. She might have gathered looks but, she was cosplaying a character from one of the most violent video games ever made. She walked over to where the others were gathered with a smile. "Kasumi, Happy Birthday Girlfriend! I love the Moon Kingdom set up! It's totally awesome! Can I steal a hug from your prince?"" she chuckled as she went to give Shin a hug. "I won't forget my other boys" she added hugging Streak and then Sam. She saw another young man and a woman she had never met before, so she figured introductions were in order. Hey there, I'm Arielle, but everyone calls me Ari. Nice to meet you guys".

Hearing about Kasumi's birthday party Jeramya had attempted to look up 'cosply' in a few books at the mansion's library, when that failed he turned to the internet. Seeing so many different pictures of people dressed in various costumes, Jay assumed cosplay was a shortened new (to him) term for costume, not catching the anime theme behind it all. One costume in particular caught his eye. It seemed silly to him, but entertaining. The only downside, he had no way to get it since he had no money.
Jeramya had went to the roof to think of what he could do for the girl's party. After a hour or so, he remembered the drive from the church to the mansion with Father, they had passed by a large park on the way which he had seen a few statues off in the distance. He dared not go there during the day, but there was plenty of daylight left to work on a gift for the young lass. On his way to his room, he remembered seeing a star shaped locket-pendant with the pictures. It seemed rather simple, construction wise, though he wouldn't be able to paint it.
He worked all through the day and partially into the night before setting the near finished pendant down and headed to Central Park under cover of darkness.

With the help of some friendly and surprised people, Jeramya found the park relatively easily. He wandered the area for quite some time, looking at many of the statues only for moments while others for quite a bit longer. Soldiers on horses, angels, normal looking people....Jeramya had begun to feel a bit discouraged not seeing anything that looked like a costume he could use. He stopped and stared at a most peculiar site: A large mushroom with a very tall girl in a dress sitting on it, a short crazed looking man with a top hat, a rabbit standing upright holding a watch, a few large mice and a cat?
He had never seen such a thing. 'The crazed top hat man could work,' He thought to himself as he got up close to it and inspected it. 'Oh but the bunny, wouldn't that be funny,' Another thought as he shuffled over to it. He took note of the watch and chain, and the cane it was holding. As he reached out to touch the watch, he heard the distinct sound of stone on metal. In the dim light he hadn't noticed this small collection of statues was made out of bronze or copper, he assumed bronze.
Momentarily Jay frowned, not ever taken the form of anything that hadn't been carved from stone. He shook his horned head and set his jaw in determination. He would try, worst thing possible, he wouldn't be able to do it. Closing his eyes he concentrated on the form .....

Knocking lightly on the doorframe to let anyone inside know someone was entering. Jeramya walked in holding the non-functional watch, cane taping the floor lightly with each step, two long ears sticking up from the top had borrowed from the crazed man, and a cute, button nose to finish it all off. He hadn't taken on the bronze texture, but his stone-like skin was exceptionally polished, smooth, and slightly reflective.
From his common perch on the roof he knew just about everyone in the room by name and recognized Kasumi almost instantly, though he wondered inwardly where the blue and green spots had disappeared to. He walked up to her and Shin, nodding slightly to the man. "On this day, we celebrate another year of life of a wonderful young lass. Kasumi, I hope this day treats you especially well." The watch in his coat pocket, cane held under his arm, Jeramya removed his top hat and bowed, just enough to show the star pendant that sat atop his head. The locket open, showing a polished Eudialyte at the center with a waxing, crescent Moonstone under it, held in place by the locket and super glue taken from the Mansion.

Streak looked at Lily. She looked nice tonight. He was glad that she'd decided to come. Streak hadn't gotten a chance to see her costume prior to this because she kept saying that she hadn't made up her mind yet. Well, it looked like she'd made up her mind now. "Hey Lily. Ya look great." Streak said to her when she arrived. Arielle. She always was the best at being the center of attention. At least for guys. When Ari gave Streak a hug he also hugged her and said, "Do you even own clothes?" Of course he was joking but it always seemed like she always wore a little as possible whenever she could.
Once Ari showed up and started to make some introductions he decided that he should probably let her know who it was that she was going to be partying with. "Lily this is Kasumi, the birthday girl. Shin, her... boyfriend? and friend of mine and whom you've met. David, a computer expert. Sam, ice mutant and very good friend of mine. Ari water mutant..." Just then he stopped making the introductions and put his mouth right next to her ear, so that only she could hear, "the biggest flirt at the school." As he said everyone's name's Streak pointed to them individually. He then turned back to everyone else and said, "And that guy walking in is Jeramya, our resident gargoyle. Literally. Everyone this is Lily. She's new at the mansion and I brought her here to meet people and party. So what do yall say? Let's party." He said smiling. Hopefully everyone liked the little introduction that Streak had given them. Streak figured that if they wanted a better introduction they could talk to her personally. Besides people were always better at talking about themselves than having someone do it for them.

She smiles more as she stands there Soon Kasumi sees Jeramya she waves to him soon she is blushing some as she hugs Jeramya "Thank you so much for coming." Soon her eyes looks over him as she sees the star locket she takes it as she smiles more "Jeramya you should not have thank you so much." She hugs him again as Kasumi beams "It is wounder full!" She never knew that she would get anything like this in her life it was something that she always wanted. This night could not get any better. She soon holds it in her hands as she smiles more.
Kasumi smiles to Lily "It is nice to meet you. Yes Shin is my boyfriend." Kasumi smiles more "I am so happy that you can make it tonight. I have blue and green spots but for the night they are covered by makeup. Due to my dress that I made.. I wanted to look like Princess Serenity form sailor moon and she does not have the spots. So I got air brushed for my party. I have the spots over my nose cheek bones. Down the back of my arms over my shoulder blades. Around my belly button and down the back of my legs. The makeup worked well. Also my powers is think of a poison tree tree frog " Kasumi smiles more as she stands there as she nods. Some of the white hair falls over her shoulder. She is happy to meet new people.
She did feel like a princess this night. The set up the people she could not be happier she pulls some of her long white hair behind her ear. She looks around the place that she is at her mom and dad did a good job at this also they had her take pic's of places that she liked and they made the last call she has no say so were the party was they did a good job she has to say that. She smiles bigger as she nods standing by Shin.
Finally. Being introduced to people at parties was something Jewel used to deal with on a daily basis. "Good evening, everyone." she smiled at the others "I am happy to be here." She really did look happy. Jewel was the kind of girl who shines in a friendly company. She chuckled at Streak - he did his best with the introduction, and she was getting used to him doing things like that. Kasumi, the birthday girl, seemed really nice. Plus apparently she was Shin's girlfriend, and that meant she must be someone special. Jewel smiled at her too. "Happy birthday, Kasumi. Nice to meet you too. That costume looks wonderful, by the way... It might make me interested in anime after all" she chuckled. She listened carefully as Kasumi talked about her powers. She looked really interested.

Shin smiled at the comment, holding Kasumi close a second in the hug. It wasn't anything flashy, just a hug, but from the way she rested her head on his shoulder, he got the feeling it had made its mark. Letting go, he nodded to Sam. The ice manipulator was wearing a flowing black cloak, and was that... if only Hitsugaya were taller and lost the white hair. That sword of ice would have been perfect for a cosplay of the pint-sized captain. Still... "Good costume, he added after Kasumi gave Sam her reply. "Though I think Ichigo has orange hair... Eh. The coat's cool, either way."
Shin waved at David as the lab-coat-laden form traipsed into his periphery. "No problem~"
Shin's eyes dropped to the side as Kasumi rested her head on his shoulder again. His fingers snaked out stealthily, in a sneak attempt to slyly snag the hand, but Arielle's approach broke his stride.
"H-hey," He feigned a smile, turning the attempt into a haphazard feint of a wave. "What's this about a hug?" He only had time to mention it before he was pulled up in a sneak of a hug. One blink, two. Free at last. Not that he was complaining, just... he glanced over at Kasumi as Ari stalked off to hug the other guys. A sappy smile for the birthday girl. She really did look fantastic.
Meanwhile, as Kasumi and Shin got sucked up by meet-and-greet time, a playful husky padded its way around the room, admiring the decorations as much as a dog could do. Bright lights, strangely-dressed people, and somewhere someone was making something good. A familiar scent caught his attention. The dog's eyes drifted over to fall upon a dark blue skirt. Thor tromped over to smile up at Jewel, tongue lolling to the side.
"Do we have music?" The fingers struck out to lace around Kasumi's hand in sneak attack round two. "With a party like this, we'd be hard-pressed not to dance. A little one-two sock-hop, maybe a waltz? It takes two to tango, and uh... I got a rose." His free hand came up in a snap and a long-stemmed thornless red rose shot into his hand from the sleeve. He twirled it once, then held it out for Kasumi.
It had been awhile now since she had last been to the mansion or any palce for that matter. Taking some time off, she went to visit her father who was in critical cndition at that weird hospital. They had told her that he was suffering from breathing problems. It was such a hard time for her and her mother, both. Eventually the problems seemed to end and he was stable. Deja talked with her mom over the months and started to really connect with her like a daughter should.
She felt it in her gut that it was time for her to go back to where she belonged, or hopefully was welcomed back. It would be so weird and strange dealing with everything once more in the mansion and truthfully, was she ready? The good thing was doing her time away she had a chance to help her mother with her dreams, soothing her when needed and helping her sleep peacefully.
As Deja looked around in the Taxi, she had a certain picture. Staring at it, she wondered what was gonig on in his world. How was he dealing? Did he make some new friends? What was happening with his powers? Did he have a girlfriend with him? So many questions and so little time as the girl with a red T-shirt and blue jeans stepped out of the taxi and walked straight ahead into the mansion with her bags. She noticed it was quiet as she turned all around. Thats when she got word from a little guy who told her about where everyone was.
Present-
Standing infront of the building, Deja had picked out a great suit that represented someone who she thought was great. A hero of heroes, someone she played on video games. It was none other than the female Batgirl. Walking into the place, she looked around..spotting people. This was the birthday party of a girl named KAsumi, Deja would have to wish her happy. Standing into the ball room, she noticed it was beautiful and the person she spotted first was arielle, but not wanting to say anything, she stayed quiet. Her eyes panned to another person, someone she hadn't seen in awhile. She really didn't know what to say so she just kept quiet as she walked around.

Blinking slightly as more and more people started to arrive to the party he began to wonder why there was faces he didn’t quite recognize, could it have been the fact that most of the time he should have been doing paper work and greeting people he spent it sleeping in his hammock or purposely avoiding doing his jobs, that could have been it, or the fact that Streak and Shin seemed to be snagging the new mansion residents while Ari would be hard at work with all the forms and resident applications. Either way Sam was slacking and it was obvious that he had no intention of doing any work until the last minute.
A wave to Streak who was dressed as a video game character he was familiar with while the woman in a Yuna costume was one of those unfamiliar faces. “Right back at you silver guy.” A hug from a skimpy dressed Ari soon followed as Shin commented that Ichigo’s hair was orange. “Yeah I know! lied Sam as he completely forgot and decided to go sulk over the punch bowl as he waited for more people he might know arrive. Lifting the large ice sword from his back and leaning against the wall Sam poured some punch as he spotted a familiar gargoyle he hadn’t seen in a long time.
With a sip of the punch Sam sat down at the table and watched the costumed mutants gather for the party, there was anime characters videogame assassins and of course the costume he was the most familiar with due to the symbol on the front of the suit, Bat Girl. It took him a few seconds to pick up on the face of the woman but he finally was able to mentally unmask the female and was quite surprised to find out it was Deja, the dream walking mutant. “Long time no see!” Sam said happily with a wave from the table he was sitting at, “Where have you been all this time Deja?” Sam asked curiously as he stood up from his table and put the large sword of ice on his back as he walked over to great his friend.
