MUTANT REVOLUTION ONLINE Mutation. Adaptation. Equality, superiority, and order. Darwin dreams darkly in a world where change outpaces the norm day by day. The school that Charles Xavier dreamed of as a safe haven has overflowed; now, all students are referred on to Xavier’s Sister School for Gifted Youngsters, a mansion complete with its own team of X-Men who strive to maintain the balance in New York. Others have sneered at the Mansion’s naive ideals, and gone through the Sanctuary’s Golden Doors to claim their proper title of Homo Superior. Still others look beyond these petty squabbles to the world’s rotting roots; war, suffering, chaos. At Mondragon Labs Medical, there is a healer who will cure them all. The Mutant Factions grow in strength and number day by day; their threat and promise hangs heavy over the human world. Homo sapiens have always been the favored child of Adaptation, however. In the minds of a few rare men and women, a force is rising up to silence these challengers to the throne. Fear and hatred are the lot of all things new. In this volatile world, what will you swear to protect?

Where Will You Stand?
The X-Men The X-men are an idealistic group of mutants whose goal is to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants and to protect the weak, even if it means facing off against fellow mutants to protect humans that may hate them anyway. They offer a safe shelter and an education to young mutants at Xavier's Sister School.	The Order The Order is a group of radical mutants who have gathered in an effort to have their voices heard and demands met to gain an uppance in society, by any means necessary. They are led by a mutant and a fiercely vicious woman named Lori who houses the members at the Sanctuary. Join them and find your proper place in the world.	The Kabal The world is full of distasteful chaos. It seethes with pointless hatred and cruelty. Let the X's and O's bicker like lovers in the streets of New York City; Slate's Kabal will bring the world itself to the worst degree of peace. Current takeover: Romania.

So I am back, not that anyone probably missed me much.. I've been super busy with internship one week, moving to a new apartment the next week and then getting hospitalized because of the lovely swine flu. Even so I'm back now

Back for now, although I will probably not be on much on Monday and Wednesday Arvos (Aussie time) Also, am now in yr 12 so all sorts of weird new things like study demand my attention. I will, however be as active as possible

Just a heads up, my family has been going through a lot of problems and I had to move out. Currently, I am staying with a friend and I don't have a car or anything so I cannot get to places that have internet access and my room mate does not have internet. I think we're trying to set it up. So until I get that all up and running, it will be a bit hard for me to get on these days. Sorry if I owe you a post! I'm trying to get all caught up!

I am in that same boat as Verdi, this is my last year of schooling (barring university) and I doi need to focus, however I'll make a point of coming on here because I need the outlet. This is simply a "please understand when I'm gone for excessive tracts of time" anyway, for now, I'm here, but yeah...

First I apologize for my somewhat lengthy absence. I feel horrible for those I've left in half finished threads and even more horrible to say that my posting will remain scarce, if at all, for another couple of weeks. I won't get into too many details, but I've had some issues with my move relating to my roommate bailing on me at the last moment. As a consequence I've been couch hoping for the last couple of weeks and that is likely to continue for another couple of weeks. In all likelihood things will settle down for December and I should have a place to live by then *fingers crossed* at which point I'll be back. Just wanted to let everyone know I haven't left MRO and I promise as soon as I'm able I'll be back in full posting force. This effects both Meld and Juka.

It's amazing how over a single weekend your priorities can completely change. I went into it planning out the next steps for where I could take my characters, contemplating a third character, and considering where there was anything else I could do to help the MOD team. While I won't bore you with exact details, those things are now the furthest from my mind. In one short weekend my personal bank has failed, and both my mother and my wife's mother are now battling serious medical conditions. The new few weeks and months will be full of us trying to encourage one another and keep our spirits up. I have a hard time picturing any time avialable for actual roll playing and so unfortunately I must put my both characters and my MOD duties on hiatus for an undetermined period of time. I will do my best to pop into the C-Box on occasion to say hello but I have no idea when things might normalize again.

I apologize to anyone that I leave hanging in current RPs or in upcoming plots. I hope you all enjoy your continued writing and there is still a very helpful MOD team here for all of you. Thank you for the good times, good friendships, and good memories.
