A flyer arrived early in the morning. It was advertising a new self help centre called Spiritual Balance. While it was a well made flyer advertising meditation, tai chi and kung fu it was the man running the place that would grab people’s attention. Hunter Antonescu. He had returned to New York after over a year away. (OOC: Here’s the thread for Spiritual Balance, any and all are welcome)

It was one of the busy mornings in the Infirmary. Busy, as in the Doc dropping some significant amount of paperwork in her lap to make sure she had something to do for the day while he was immersed in his research. Alexandra had been spending a good hour already writing – from time to time grumbling. She wished the doc would pay more attention to his own writing. Currently, it looked like hieroglyphs to her. One of her phones buzzed. Multi-colored eyes rose curiously, glancing at the device. It was the Kabal phone. The pen was dropped on top on the paper, her hand reaching for the phone. Fingers tapped lightly on the screen until the contents of the text message she had just received were displayed. Hunter Antonescu was back. And that was everything. “ Interesting.” she muttered. It was no surprise that the message was purely informative. Slate had been very specific when he took the Kabal under his command. If Hunter Antonescu came back, the only request he had was not to interfere in case he decided he wanted back his belongings. Alexandra shrugged, letting the phone to rest back on the table. She was curious on what would happen. But right now, the paperwork in front of her represented a much more pressing matter.
The situation became much more interesting later, when, during her lunch break, Alexandra was heading toward the kitchen. The room was filled with various mansion residents, some on their way out and some, like herself, have just gotten in. A pile of flyers rested on top of the table in one corner. Alexandra curiously glanced at one that was currently being read by Chi. To see Spiritual Balance and Hunter Antonescu written on it was enough to make her grab one from the pile herself. After she’d seen the full contents of the flyer, an eyebrow slowly arched. Very interesting. Alexandra pocketed the flyer thoughtfully, before resuming her usual activities.
Two days later, Alexandra had finally decided that it was time to see her former boss – who now claimed to be something entirely different. She’d called the phone number on the flyer. Your usual cheerful receptionist answered, introducing herself as Ellie. Alexandra had given the name she’d used back when she’d first came to the US – Alexandra Leigh, and requested a private meeting with Hunter. Less than a minute later, she was given the date and time. The meeting was set for the next day, at noon. [OOC: Continued to: Changes]
