The school that Charles Xavier dreamed of as a safe haven has overflowed; now, all students are referred on to Xavier’s Sister School for Gifted Youngsters, a mansion complete with its own team of X-Men who strive to maintain the balance in New York.
Others have sneered at the Mansion’s naive ideals, and gone through the Sanctuary’s Golden Doors to claim their proper title of Homo Superior.
Still others look beyond these petty squabbles to the world’s rotting roots; war, suffering, chaos. At Mondragon Labs Medical, there is a healer who will cure them all.
The Mutant Factions grow in strength and number day by day; their threat and promise hangs heavy over the human world. Homo sapiens have always been the favored child of Adaptation, however. In the minds of a few rare men and women, a force is rising up to silence these challengers to the throne.
Fear and hatred are the lot of all things new. In this volatile world, what will you swear to protect?
Where Will You Stand?
The X-Men
The X-men are an idealistic group of mutants whose goal is to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants and to protect the weak, even if it means facing off against fellow mutants to protect humans that may hate them anyway. They offer a safe shelter and an education to young mutants at Xavier's Sister School.
The Order
The Order is a group of radical mutants who have gathered in an effort to have their voices heard and demands met to gain an uppance in society, by any means necessary. They are led by a mutant and a fiercely vicious woman named Lori who houses the members at the Sanctuary. Join them and find your proper place in the world.
The Kabal
The world is full of distasteful chaos. It seethes with pointless hatred and cruelty. Let the X's and O's bicker like lovers in the streets of New York City; Slate's Kabal will bring the world itself to the worst degree of peace. Current takeover: Romania.

Why Mutants are Awesome and Humans Just Suck
... its obvious: mutants are a superior race.
Enraged that the world has oppressed you and your kind? Do you have any enemies you might like to put out of the way? Perhaps you’d like some friends or family to succeed where they aren’t currently? Do you enjoy the pain of others or perhaps you'd like to be a professional libertine? Would you like an outrageous pay check?
If you find yourself answering yes to these question and more, Join the Order. Help us to rid the world of lower life forms and make this world one that is fit for mutants to rule as they were born to do.
None right now, but keep an eye out for a little white cat with black spots here and there.
How to Join
So, you want to be one of the Future Leaders of Tomorrow, do you? A wise choice indeed. In a world where mutants and humans have so much trouble coexisting, this really is the best route to take.
You, my dear Homo Superior, will become an Aspirant. This title should be self-explanatory. Lori Faust, a.k.a. Charge, is the woman to speak with about gaining this title. You may, of course, speak with any Order member about joining. If you know who the right people are, that is.
An Aspirant will become a full-fledged Order member once we are sure you can be trusted. Through various, undetermined tasks we will get to know you and eventually we will pass judgment, either giving you our blessing and a more proper welcome, or deciding that you need a little more polishing before you shine just right.
Loyalty is key. We cannot have spies running amuck in our lovely home and blood traitors will be broken.
The Sanctuary
Behind the golden doors ...
No doubt there are some nasty rumor swirling through the air about those that live in the Sanctuary. We beg of you to reserve your judgment. Humans and X's just don't understand.
You may have heard whispers of an organization living within the Sanctuary's walls, guarded by a magnificent golden door. However, to the public, that's all they are. Whispers.
The Order is a secret faction, not one that flaunts themselves like a certain group of gifted flubsters. The public is kept largely unaware of our existence, though mutant in the loop, at the Mansion or Mondragon Labs, would likely be clued in. We don't always get along with human-huggers.
What the public does know is that the Sanctuary is an all-mutant safe house. Humans can find shelter elsewhere, as the Sanctuary's residents have turned their attention to those that truly deserve it. We are a place where mutants can feel safe, secure and protected from a cruel and judgmental world. We will not turn away any mutant who seeks us out. Be they gruesome or beautiful, every talent is useful.

Order Timeline
Winter 2006
A powerful mutant by the name of Opressor opens the Sanctuary to the public. It is proclaimed to be a safe haven for both humans and mutants. However, the grand opening does not remain as joyous as it should when three individuals by the name of Raptor, Syn, and Isabel make their appearance.
Spring 2007
Members of the Order are summoned for a briefing of their first mission. Oppressor plans to waste no time in putting his Faction to work. They will Kidnap Haywire. Oppressor and the Order get moving on their mission and things get a little crazy. A group of X-Men infiltrate the Sanctuary under the guise of potential residents while one of their members pokes around, trying to get some dirt on the Order.
Summer 2007
A newly appointed Second in Command calls the Order together for a meeting to discuss what will be done with the captive Haywire girl. Haywire and several other mutants are escorted to King Pharmaceuticals and pushed to their limits. The X-Men do not wait long before they crash the party and the first battle between the factions breaks loose.
Fall 2007 – Summer 2008
After the Mutant Registration Act is passed, the Sanctuary is raided and several residents are hauled off to the Registration. Accepting Hunter Antonescu's invitation to lay low in Mondragon Labs, the Order bides its time with the other two Factions as the Resistance. A plan for a mass Breakout of the Camps is formed and is soon put into action.
Fall 2008
A little birdy is drawn to the Sanctuary by the sparkling of the infamous Golden Doors. Naturally fond of anything that glitters, the little thief can't resist taking them back to his nest. Understandably upset by the theft, the Order soon sets off in persuit of their prized doors, intent on getting them back.
Spring 2009
The Order undergoes a little reconstruction. After sharing an unnerving dream of a torn future, the X-Men and the Kabal gather outside King Pharmaceuticals, intent on destroying the strands of Haywire's DNA that are being manipulated into a virus. Inside more fights break out while Sebastian and Seizure seek out Haywire to destroy it.
Fall 2009
KP begins restructuring and rebuilding as Faust Pharmaceuticals, following a Press Release given by Faust Pharm's new executive CEO, Lori Faust.
