"That would be nice to do. I would maybe like to take a class if it doesn't cost me too much. And I'm pretty sure most butterflies don't talk. Well, at least all the ones I met didn't talk." And when Regan told her to hang on tight and shielded her, Butterfly nodded and told her "Okay." and braced herself for the harsh cold and winds.
When they got inside and Regan took her furry hand down, Butterfly looked around and took in all that she could. She was already interested the instant she got inside, but she hoped that Regan would show her more.

Butterfly smiled when Ty said that he thought she would look good in it. She laughed a little when he said that she would look good in anything she wore because she was his sister. She laughed at his mischievous smile, but it felt so good to actually be claimed by someone. Knowing that they weren't afraid to call you a relative and to actually spend time with you. This was a feeling that Butterfly had been so desperately wanted from her family but never got. And the one person she knew the least about was the one person that showed her the most care and love. She was so glad that she had found him and that they were related, even if she did pick on him at first.
She nudged him back playfully, looking as well at all the people and business going on inside the mall. "I've been to the one in Macon, but its not nearly as big or as cool as this one. Now that I think about it Ty, it'll take more than a day to get through this mall, but at least we can cover most of it. Wanna keep walking around JC Penny or find another store?"

"Not really. I try, but I don't exactly understand them completely. But I'd like to control them." when Regan asked about her powers. She agreed when Regan talked about the plants perking up. "They sure did get a nice person to take care of them though."
Butterfly tried to move out of the way as Regan took her apron off and when asked if ready to go inside, Butterfly replied with an excited "Yes!" Although she kinda hoped that she would change back to her human self sometime soon so that she could actually walk around and not have to fly or rely on Regan to carry her around as much. Or it might be okay that she stayed in her butterfly form that way she could eavesdrop and no one know she was there.

When Ty told her that they would be taking the subway instead, she replied "I've never been on a subway before." They walked to get on the subway and Butterfly was just taking in all the details and excitement of traveling this way for the first time.
When Ty and Butterfly got off the subway and stepped into the JC Penny, Butterfly stood with her jaw dropped and was amazed at just the sure size of clothes. She was sure that this wasn't the only floor. She couldn't even begin to fathom just how big this mall was. The one in Macon was miniscule compared to this one. She was so overwhelmed with it all that she didn't even hear Ty say Holy crap man.... Butterfly just started to walk forward and look at the clothes she found appealing. She picked up a dress and held it up against her and asked her brother if he thought she would look good in it.

"Wow, that's pretty interesting. I'd love to see what you can show me. As a matter of fact I might need to take a few lessons from them in Power Controlling 101" she said with a laugh.
"And you do a good job with keeping up the greenhouse. I can tell by the way you work and give attention to the plants. Speaking of which, those vegetable sure do look good." she said with a smile. She thought the school would be an interesting place and she never turned down the chance to learn something new. Especially when it was with something like her powers. "So what kind of activities do they have here for training one's powers and for fun?"

Butterfly got up off the couch and straightened her clothes out. She loved going to the mall in Macon. So she was thinking that the one in New York would be bigger. When Ty mentioned going to the mall, she got excited and said "That'll be fun and it'll probably take the whole day."
When he came out the bathroom and told her they could leave when she got ready, she said that she was ready to go and was almost to the door and wanting Ty to come along. She was so happy to be spending time with her brother.

Butterfly listened as Ty talked with her about his girlfriend. "Just keep on showing her love no matter what happens. Maybe during the moments when she gets mad is when she needs it the most."
When Ty talked about spending New Year's with her, Butterfly got really excited. "That'll be so cool. I can't wait." And when he apologized, Butterfly replied with "What are sisters for?" messing up his hair playfully.
Upon the request to go out in the city and have fun and actually spend quality time with her, Butterfly got even more excited and almost screamed "Yay! Of course we should. Besides I need to be able to figure out where I'm going in this city anyway and it'll give you a chance to help me figure it out." She leaned over and hugged her brother again. She was so glad that she had someone that actually wanted to spend time with her. She should have had him around a long time ago. And she was so happy that she would have another sister like person in her life too. She couldn't wait to meet Tses and have her as another part of her family.

Butterfly listened and was actually surprised when he said that she was hoping that she would like her. "Of course I'll like her. As long as I can spend some time with you too. And I'd like to meet her."
She listened more as Ty opened up to her. She was hoping that he would. That's what she has wanted. She wanted someone she could open up to and be close to. "I'm sorry Ty." she said, rubbing his shoulder."Maybe she'll open up the more love you show her and tell her that you wanna be around her no matter what happens. Even if things go from bad to worse."
Butterfly listened more and then saw him blush when talking about Tses thinking that Ty was cheating on her. "Awwwww. Yeah that must have seemed really bad to her. You walking around with some other girl. At least she knows now that I'm your sister. So when can I meet her?"

Butterfly smiled after the hug and playfully slapped his shoulder when he called her a goof. "Well when you're used to people always leaving you all the time, then you sort of get anxious when someone leaves and you don't know if they'll be back. Especially if they are someone you're really starting to care about."
"How is Tses by the way? Did you tell her about me? Does she not like me and get mad at you? she asked Ty. She really wanted Tses to like her, but she didn't want their relationship to suffer just because of her. She hoped that maybe she could meet Tses soon. She wondered what she looked like and what she would be like. She had to be cool to be her brother's girlfriend. At least she hoped she was.

"Thank you" she said to Regan complimenting her colors. Butterfly listened to Regan speak and tell her about the school. "There's a school for mutants? I mean what goes on around here? What do you teach?" she asked. When Regan said that she didn't travel out in public much and that she could try to help if traveling through the woods, Butterfly nodded her head and told Regan that she would very much appreciate any help that she could give her. "I'm kinda curious about this school now. Could you show me around before you take me through the woods?" asking Regan. There was no harm in asking, was there? She could always say no if she wanted.
Butterfly was just laying on the couch with the battery powered TV on, watching something so she wouldn't feel so alone. When she heard a knock on her door and heard Ty's voice, she jumped up and open the door and met him with a big hug. When she saw him his hair was a mess still and she could definitely tell that there was something wrong, but she didn't wanna try and pry just yet. Maybe he would tell her and confide in her. After all, that's what brothers and sisters did, right?
After hugging her brother, she let him come in and she sat back on the couch. "I'm so glad you came back. I was scared that you were gonna just leave me. So what have you been up to?'
"You're Welcome. I just thought I'd tell you so because there aren't very many nice people like you in the world." When Regan tilted her head and looked puzzled, Butterfly laughed a little and said, "Yes you're talking to a butterfly. That's my name by the way. I'm a mutant like you too. My powers allow me to change into a butterfly."
"I stumbled across this greenhouse when I was trying to find my way back to my apartment and got lost. Other than knowing I'm in a greenhouse, I have no idea where I am. This city is so big and hard to navigate through. Maybe when you get done, could you help me?"

After Butterfly went and walked onto the furry hand, she was carefully brought over to the calla lilies and nudged off. She smiled when she was told to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. She slowly fluttered her wings to gain warmth all over her.
She watched as the furry woman went back to work. She decided that she wanted to make herself more known to the woman. She could tell that she had heard her when she said thank you earlier. Butterfly went and flew over to the furry woman and landed on her shoulder. She watched her slightly and then said "Hi, what's your name? I like you and think you're nice and very pretty. I'm the butterfly you have been so nice to. I really enjoyed your humming as well."

Butterfly watched as the furred woman bustled around the greenhouse watering the vegetables and hummed. She seemed like such a good natured person. It was nice to find people like her in the world. When she had turned to find Butterfly on the leaf, she smiled at her niceness and politeness. And she was very intrigued that she knew a lot about butterflies. She seemed nice enough and when she extended her clawed furry hand to Butterfly and said that she would move her to another plant while she watered these, Butterfly walked onto her hand and let her place her somewhere else. "Thank you" she said kinda quietly, wanting to be polite and yet still wanting to watch what was going on.

Butterfly smiled when Melissa told her that she would do fine. She looked around the neighborhood and when Melissa said that the area wasn't as bad as it looked, Butterfly replied with "If you say so." She followed Melissa. She knew what the ghetto could be like and even though this area was vacant for the most part, she was still on her guard ready to take off if need be. She walked past the part squirrel guy and walked into the bar. She heard the guy sobbing and she felt bad for the guy. She knew what it felt like to be alone. Butterfly nodded her head when Melissa said that the place didn't start going until night.
She looked at Melissa and waited for her to finish her sentence. "Although what, Melissa?"
