The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Raina still wasn't so sure about everything and she found herself wondering how Sam had made it this far. She'd been so drawn out of the mansion she had begin questioning if it was really the place for her... especially after Luke invited her to move in. Ya know, if that even still stood after everything.
"Sam... " she began a little hesitant. "Im not sure... I can give you a clear answer right now." she admitted. "In theory I want to do this. In practicality Im unsure I can." it was the truth.
Her cheeks burned red at the admission and she hoped her friends didn't think any less of her. "Can I think on it a bit more? Do you want your answer now?"

“…Okidoke.” Shin replied. He couldn’t hardly argue with that. There wasn’t much point arguing about it either. Sam seemed dead-set on having him become a full X-men. It was something Shin had wanted too. Ever since he'd seen the cruelty mutants suffered, and wanted to do something to help the world. As Ghost so aptly noted, 'Helping people is important'. He put aside the ego-bashing for now. And that whole thing about Sam beating him with Haywire in effect? Pft. “I’ll just have to redouble my training.” Shin smirked. If it was possible for someone to go Super Saiyan, he had to be prepared with SS2.
Shin crossed his arms and spoke carefully. His eyes were serious as he walked the linguistic tightrope. "I accept your offer, Sam. I'll do what I can for the X-men. I'll try to give beyond my best. Thanks for the vote of faith."
He honestly hoped 'beyond his best' would be enough. Then Raina spoke. Shin glanced at the woman who sat next to him. She too was uncertain of this decision. He held back his comments and let her speak. Shin didn't know much about Raina's life as of late. What he did know was that she was a great teacher, she was always there when students needed counseling, and that she loved her work at the aquarium. She'd obviously worked with the X-men before, and if Sam saw something in her that said 'team leader material', there was obviously something there...
Shin looked to Luke. He'd heard about all the fighting that had happened on the sidelines of King's Pharmaceuticals while he was busy protecting Kasumi and working with Lee and Tarin. Luke had fought some sort of animal shifter. Shin had been too focused to notice at the time. He had no way of knowing Luke's current situation. All he knew was that Luke and Raina had a history. If Raina was having doubts in her abilities as a possible leader, Shin would leave it to Luke to speak in Raina's favor and ease those worries. If Luke didn't say a word, Shin would speak his part. As far as he was concerned, half the battle good teachers fought was learning to be good leaders. Raina had 'good teacher' down. Shin had faith she'd be an excellent team leader if she gave herself the chance.

For the moment, Luke was glad to have basically stepped into the background. His reply had been diplomatic enough that Sam hadn't made any comments on it and everyone was so concerned with their own responses that they were at least temporarily ignoring him. Leaning back into his chair the blind man breathed a silent sigh of relief. There was a sense of hope rising in him that he might just be able to make it out of this meeting without having to deal with either his new disability or his relationship with Raina.
His time in the background was all to short. As Raina spoke up, expressing her own self doubts, Luke felt a frown pulling at the corners of his mouth. Was everything going on with their relationship part of the reason she was so unsure? If it was then he needed to speak up. Whether their personal relationship continued or not, Raina was a great team leader and he would work with her anytime on any mission.
"Raina, I've worked with you out on the field and you're a great team leader. You have the experiences and more important the heart to do the job." Luke spoke softly and gently but with a firm resolve behind it as his blind gaze stared off into nothingness, "Sam already said he understood all of us had different responsibilities that pulled at our time but I really think you can do this."
The comment might have been out of line but damn it, Luke wasn't going to let Raina walk away from an opportunity like this on his account!

All things considered so far he thought the meting so far was going well Shin, accepted that what happened at the KP building was all he could do, he also accepted Sam’s offer to make him a full member. Streak being on board was to be expected after all he was always enthused about working for the team. Ghost’s big heart wouldn’t allow her to say no and Luke was giving Raina a piece of his mind for not being so sure about being a team leader. That was where the problem lied he knew what Raina was capable of and he trusted her with the lives of those around him, he knew she was a more than competent leader but the fact that she wasn’t sure about it unnerved him slightly. ”As I said before Raina, I need people I can trust, and I am more than willing to plan around your schedule when the time calls for it but no, I don’t need an answer right now, you can take your time with the answer but I still want you here for the meeting seeing as some things are going to be happening fairly soon.”
With that order of business set and four out of the five team members ready and willing Sam lifted a vanilla folder the first folder on his pile, ”First things first we have some new recruits, which means a few things, normally when we have a mission it is anywhere from two to four people but with these new recruits I want them to get the experience needed to advance to Full status as soon as possible so they will be ready if an emergency comes up.” opening up the folder Sam slide the folder to Streak and said, ”Pass the papers inside around,” Turning his attention to everyone else Sam continued, ”When you read the list of recruits, let me know if you see a problem with the possible recruits, and then I can hear you out then argue with you again…” smiling Sam looked down to the paper in front of him.
Reading off his own list he named all the possible new recruits, ”Jewel or better known as Lily Lafayette, Kasumi Secura, David Fisher, Tythan IIes, Dominic Johnson, Alexandra Kettler, and Mark Yanto.” he set down the list and continued, ”All of which expressed interest in joining the team and I personally can vouch for all of them when saying they meet the basic requirements for the team.” he paused then looked around before continuing, ”Fade is also looking to join the team again and I have already reinstated her as an active member, however I asked her if she would be interested in leading a team for tryouts and she happily agreed to it.”
”In retrospect on a standard mission now I want to set things up so a trainee, a full member and a team leader lead a mission, there will be exceptions of coarse but we can worry about those when they appear.” feeling parched Sam took a minute reaching for his glass of water and drank the contents of it before setting it down and stalling for a minute letting everything soak in. ”Now, within the next month I would like to have tryouts, and seeing as there is a total of eight members for the tryouts I’ll need a volunteer to lead a team during the tryouts, the one who leads the a team will be paired up with two of the newer recruits and from there will personally make the calls for the three man squad.” Sam looked over to Luke or Shin, curious to see if either one of them wanted to get some practice as a team leader.
”To those who aren't in the session leading a squad your job will be setting up a session or station if you will, one that you run and then watch for the team work and success of each individual person. After the session is over and they pass or fail, the teams will rotate into a new session manned by another team leader, I’ll be overseeing everything from the God Room where I’ll be patched in to everyone’s frequencies, seeing as each team will get it’s own communication line for the session in question.” he had thought long and hard about this and after discussing it over with Tricity he had determined that three stations would be ideal and each station would have an hour and a half time limit. ”To sum it up one of you will lead a team while three others will run stations filled with moral and physical dilemmas to gauge our new recruits.” looking around, ”Any questions?”

Streak was glad that the others had decided to agree with Sam's decision. It was no surprise that Streak had agreed. He had always been good for a mission or two here and there. Those were always the fun things. The only one that seemed to be on the fence about things was Raina. He'd have to talk to Raina about her decision. He was confident that she would agree to it but he wanted to make sure that she did. He'd known her probably longer than the rest of the people here. The only difference between Streak and Luke was that Luke was her boyfriend and Streak was more like her brother. A brother that could talk to her about anything and hopefully convince her of something that was the right decision.
Sam seemed to move onto a different subject that was more interesting than debating whether or not they were fit for the positions Sam offered them. Tryouts. Streak knew that there were plenty of people that were itching for a way into the X-Men. The two of them only had to get a tryout set up and there would be people lined up to get in. The silver man took the folder Sam handed him and passed it down with the rest of the papers in it for everyone else to take a copy of the list. He looked down it. There were actually only a few people that he knew on it. Although there were some people that Streak would have to ask Sam and the other X-Men that weren't in the meeting about. "Who's Kaz? I've never seen anyone here with that name." He wanted to ask as Kasumi also because of what happened to her at the brawl. What made them think that she wouldn't make the same reckless decision when she was on a mission with team mates? But that could wait to be discovered during the tryouts.
The silver eyed mutant was considering the rest of the people on the list. Fade was a shoe-in because she was already part of the team. A few other names jumped off the page at him and Streak knew that he needed to address them. "Mark Yanto and Tythan IIes? Never heard of them." He sure as hell hoped Sam could vouch for them. because if they were seriously trying to get in then they should at least be known by a few people here. If someone else knew about their actions and morals then hopefully they would speak up and not leave all the answers to Sam. On a similar note Streak would definitely take a team through the tryouts if no one else volunteered. However, he thought that perhaps Raina, who wasn't sure about leading a team would benefit the most from leading a group through the tryouts. Of course Ghost, Luke and Shin would also benefit a lot from leading a team, there was no question there, but if she was on the fence then maybe this would be a good way to help her make up her mind. Of course leading a team could always backfire and make her deny the position Sam offered her. There was just no telling how she would react to it.
It was obvious that Luke cared a lot for Raina. There was something going on there between them, but it was so not her business. It was just... nice to know someone cared for someone as strongly as Luke cared for Raina.
Ghost focused very carefully on what Sam was saying. It was a good distraction. He passed out papers, but in her current state the were less than useless to her. She couldn't even pass them along without physical hands to help her. She let everyone else handle that business and clung to her incorporeality. It was easier to pay very careful attention to what was actually being said anyway. Sam had a habit of reading most of what he wrote out anyway.
To streak's question Ghost jumped a little. Again, not the easiest thing to notice when she was a little hovering cloud. "Like Luke, Kaz is one of the Full Circle Bookstore's patrons. He's helped me on and off with business things as well as funding." As well as sanity and protection. She was excited to hear his name called out. Last she heard, he hadn't seemed all that certain.
Jewel and Mark Yanto were the two that Ghost knew the least out of the list. Mark Yanto she had seen time and again in passing, but had never actually met nor did she know him as anything beyond Mettaliar... just as most didn't know her as anything beyond Ghost.
The tryouts also sounded interesting. A new take on things. It was good to get into smaller groups to better know each other and how they would all fit. Though if it were up to her to create a sort of obstacle, she didn't yet any any ideas. "I'll go wherever you most need me." The Ghost cloud blurred and condensed on itself, perhaps too eager to get out of the meeting.

ooc: sorry for the delay, was a busy week! IC:
Raina let out a sigh of relief. If she could just get a few things in order she knew she could take this on but it wasn't like she could drop everything at the moment. Surely Doctor Grey would understand. She winced a bit though when Luke spoke up on her behalf. She waited a moment and decided not to acknowledge it. She didn't need a boyfriend to speak for her. Vouch for her. Whatever.
"Ok, well I'll try and let you know soon. After I get a few things organized." she agreed leaning forward in her chair to inspect the papers being passed around. She examined some of the names and listened to CS.
"Tythan IIes?" she asked "some of these kids are barely 16..." she started thinking of the sessions she had with some of them. "and still so new to the mansion." she added. "I'm not trying to discriminate or anything..." how could she put this without breaching the confidentiality of their sessions? "I just think... we ought to ease them in slowly." she said feeling that was the best way to put it.
She sat back feeling better after saying her piece.

Luke did his best not to react to the fact that Raina was basically ignoring and decided to keep his mouth shut. If she didn't want his help or want him to say anything then that was exactly what he would do. She was a big girl and could apparently handle it just fine by herself.
But now it was time to focus back on his own issues. Sam was calling for volunteers to lead one of the training teams and without even being able to see his expression, Luke was willing to bet that the man had glanced at him at least once. Leadership had come naturally to Luke for some time and if he had his sonar he would have immediately volunteered for the position but for now that was going to have to wait. It looked like the group finally deserved an explanation for why he was acting at least a little bit strange.
"All of us dealt with some bad stuff at King Pharmaceuticals." Luke spoke up, his voice even and rather emotionless as he steeled himself for whatever comments his friends would have once the revelation was made, "For some of you it was connected to Haywire but for myself it was the fact I had to fight a friend. Beyond that, my sonar has been gone ever since the fight. I'd offer to lead a training team but since I don't know when it'll come back, I'll have to let someone else do it."
Falling silent, Luke hoping that the subject would be droped but seriously doubted it would be. The worst part of the situation was the unspoken worry that continued to nag at the back of his mind. Would his sonar ever come back?

Agreement. Luke and Shin were in it. One fervent nod followed Luke's supportive words to Raina. Sam and Luke had said it for him. In all their opinions, Raina would be an excellent team leader. Shin had nothing more to add, except "Agreed."
He turned his attention back to Sam as the ice mutant moved the conversation on to the topic of the day, which was...
"X-men tryouts?" Shin blinked down at the piece of paper as it came around to him. He looked up at Sam with a slightly-confused, slightly irritated look on his face. Kasumi's name was on this list. And Dom's, and David's, and Jewels, and... was Sam sure all these people were ready for X-men trainee status? He knew Kasumi was, but... really. "Kasumi is—” ‘Is what?’ Shin wondered. Ready, of course, put part of him wanted to say ‘off limits’. Kasumi had always wanted to do what she could to help, Shin knew, but the selfish desire to see her safe and away from harm gnawed at him, wore him down. Shin’s voice wavered as he found his words, but Luke’s announcement cut him off.
“Wait, your SONAR is gone? Like, completely off?” Shin took an extended blink. Well, it is possible, he pondered. A mutant with temperamental powers was not an uncommon sight in the world… but to simply vanish. That made no sense. “If they’re gone right now… I don’t think your powers are gone forever,” Shin noted carefully. “Anime logic dictates a loss of power after a significant moment in growth, understanding, or usage of a power signals the calm before the storm. If your powers are gone right now, Luke… I have a feeling they’ll come back to you once you’ve regained your strength for them. They may even come back stronger than ever.”
Kuwabara with his Spirit Sword, Kurama regaining the power of the Yoko, Uryuu Ishida unlocking the ‘full potential of the Quincy’… then the subsequent arrow to the back that brought its return… Sailor Saturn’s transformation into a child… Sasuke’s full potential being obscured by the curse mark, Naruto’s curse seal, Kaiji’s reversal of fortune… Various mecha pilots that fell into moments of angst… Their bright slap changes that brought with them the return of ‘awesome’. Shin stopped. That was plenty. Anime history was rife with moments of loss and turnabout. Why should Luke’s problem be any different.
Even if this was real life.
~*~
“As for tryouts, sure… I trust you have faith in these kids.” Shin frowned uncomfortably. “I’ll even help out leading a few missions if you need me, Sam. I have one request.”
He locked eyes with Sam seriously. This was no joke. “Don’t put me in charge of Kasumi’s tryouts. Don’t ask me to work on her team… and don’t tell her I told you that... I just don’t think I could handle it if personal emotions got in the way of my duties as a member of the team.”
She wanted to be taken seriously as a fighter. She wanted to help. This decision was a tough one, but he knew it was the right one. He didn't frown about it. Shin merely nodded, bastard smirk slipping onto his face. "Do that, and I'm fine doing whatever you need to ask of me."

Eyes wandering from person to person at the square table he debated in his head if it was easier to get a round table of sorts to make things easier so he didn’t get whiplash from turning his head and attention to person after person. Again Streak was more than willing to help, again no surprises there Streak was always one to help and was over eager to go on a mission at a moments notice, something that Sam admired about the Silver gilded comrade.
As expected however when all but Luke and Ghost picked up the files he noticed that a few members of the meeting raised objections to those currently on the list either due to the fact that they didn’t know who they were or they had their own personal reasons. The first topic that he noticed going around was the discussion of Kaz, something he chose to over look for personal reasons. Yes Kaz had shattered every bone in one of his arms with a single punch but that alone would cause panic and mistrust among the ranks and to be fair Sam did start and then continued to instigate the fight, so he held no ill will for him and was actually pleased when he found out that Kaz expressed interest in the team. “ I have met Kaz and from what I have seen he is a powerful and Ghost said has offered his support to her book store one that expresses peace between both mutants and humans something we ourselves are trying to do…” said Sam again neglecting to tell him about the first time they had met, the book store as well as the valentine dance had been far more productive meetings.
His gaze shifted down to the list as Sam continued, “As for everyone on the list I have either discussed them joining or had a training session or had met them in person, all of who show a lot of promise to the team, and while some may be young,” Sam looked to Raina who expressed her opinion about Tythan, “I can personally vouch for, if you notice none of the possible members on the list will be younger than sixteen when the tryouts will be held. I also had hoped I could trust the newest and most inexperienced members with those who have been with us for a long time.” he raised his eyebrows in Raina’s direction to express that she was needed here even if she wasn’t sure about having the proper amount of time.
Reading down the list Sam stopped at Tythan and once again continued this time looking in any direction he could his eyes constantly shifting to all the members at the table’s movements. “Like I said I need people I can trust and though he may be young Tythan has already saved my life once and seeing as Nika is near the same age I figured it wouldn’t be a problem.” Sam looked down at the list that listed the age of all the mutants on the list as well as a general description about their mutation all except Kaz who doesn’t have a full mansion file.
“But it’s the reason we are having a tryout isn’t it? If you don’t think they could handle the tasks you set for them and your right you can say I told you so and I can tell them they have to wait another year?” Sam looked about the group and then looked back to Raina, “Does this seem fair to you?” he asked curiously as he turned his attention to focus on Luke. “Shin could be right… if you want we can have Doc take a look at you, he would be able to find out if your Sonar disappearing is anything physical, if it isn't there is a good chance it is temporary, and if your Sonar hasn’t returned by then you can always accompany me in the God Room…” said Sam reluctantly wishing there was more he could do or say but knew he wasn’t a healer so for the time being changed his attention to Luke figuring he could have a private meeting after this meeting if need be.
“And Shin regarding your request…” Sam looked to Shin and smiled, “Kasumi is more than ready for tryouts, but yes, I didn’t plan on putting her under your supervision or on your team…” looking up Sam eyed Luke and Raina “This goes for you two as well, I am making it a habit no other personal feelings get in the way of a mission, `if you have some sort of relationship with any member of the team or a future member let me know…” he as well had to follow these rules, which meant him and Alex would not be on a team regardless of what they were.
“I might have to call you up on that Shin soon…” looking around he cleared his throat and said, “Alright so Shin will lead a team of two other members while the rest of you come up with a scenario, Luke even if your Sonar isn’t working I’d like you to have a session of your own design as well, not only will it help me out but it paints a picture of what kind of Team mate you could be for the future prospects…”
”Any other questions before we continue?” he had some missions on hand but none that required immediate attention seeing as most of the facts were still being figured out and beside the missions he had to discuss a few of the already existing members on the team.

Streak was completed taken aback by Luke’s admission to his loss of powers. There was nothing that he could do to help him with the problem so he only felt sorry for him. A little selfishly he thought I’m glad I haven’t had to go through that. But less selfishly he was sorry to hear that one of his team mates was basically out of commission until he regained his powers. Streak himself didn’t press the issue at the moment, however it did seem like Shin had said enough for them at the moment. Streak couldn’t help himself. He had to roll his eyes at Shin. This wasn’t some comic book this was real life. Things never worked out the way they did in the movies or TV shows. This was real life. The nice guy never gets the girl, the good guys hardly ever win, and things hardly ever turn out all peachy-keen at the end of the day.
Addressing his concerns with the new recruits was certainly a good thing. He didn’t know them personally but he was glad that someone there could vouch for them. Although the relationship part of their discussion was interesting… Streak wasn’t quite sure what he relationship was with Lily or anyone else in the mansion to be honest. Although, he did think that something could happen in the future. Streak thought it would be extremely interesting to see if Sam followed his own rule because Streak knew that he dated more people than there were students in the mansion. Scenario’s did seem to be a good thing for the silver mutant because he thought that he was pretty good at coming up with something that always seemed to challenge whoever was participating in the scenario. This was already a very informative meeting. They were deciding things that would probably take a long time to do if they were in a much bigger group. When Sam asked if they could move on with business Streak gave him a nod of his head. He was ready to move on with this conversation because it was evident that if they continued talking about this they would be beating a dead horse and repeating themselves.
The X-business was all well and good. She had no idea what she would make as a challenge, but it'd be something. Also, if Sam determined not to put anyone on any team with anyone else they cared about, Ghost was going to be on a team by herself. She didn't say it, though. It wasn't like romantic between herself and Sam or Luke or even Shin. But she'd just as soon loose her own arm rather than see them loose theirs.
There was just something in the way Luke phrased it that made a lightbulb go off in her head. "Oh!" It sounded like something had just bitten Ghost on her hind parts. Her gaseous figure moved a little.
"There was one time when my power cut out. A man was there. He said it was him and he was a human. He uhh-- wasn't very happy about that." Ghost tried to think of what this meant. "Did you accept anything strange or... I dunno, did you..." She almost asked if he'd eaten anyone for some odd reason, but Luke did NOT eat people. "get a blood transfusion? Something like that?"
Another recollection swam up to the forefront of her mind. "He was at the brawl. He could have done... something." She scratched her incorporeal head. Why was everyone looking at her like that?

Rainas cheeks burned. Right now she wished she was anywhere but here so she could scream at Luke. She could barley contain herself she was so angry and could not focus on the task at hand. She wanted to say something. Anything. Why hadn't he told her? All week? She knew when they ran into Rupert because she felt it.. or felt the lack of it- the sonar. Why couldn't he have told her first? Why'd he have to announce it and make it obvious she didn't know yet? She was hurt, angry, and embarrassed.
"That should be fine CS." said Raina in the coldest voice ever practically dripping with disgust. It was so out of character for her it would probably give everyone the willies.
It was all she could do to keep her eyes ahead of her and not cry. Raina. Was. Pissed.

"Wait, your powers cut out too Ghost?" Shin paused, hazel eyes gauging the mood behind the ethereal haze. Those (what he thought were) gaseous eyes seemed serious, and Ghost wasn't the type to lie to her friends, so... was it possible?"You're saying your powers didn't work in close proximity with some person... funky." Well, there had been stranger things in comic books. Shin shrugged it off.
He glanced back at Sam, letting Luke respond to Ghost unimpeded.
A single nod was directed to the ice elemental's request. "Of course. Glad to be able to help. And thanks. I was worried some people might not understand my apprehension at letting personal matters get in the way of what's important..." He did not glance Raina's way imperceptibly. No, he did not! And his eyes didn't shift around the room to focus on Luke either. They kept their beady little hazel irises tactfully focused on Sam and Sam alone.
He'd have to do a bit of leadership practice when he had free time, maybe snag a book off Full Circle's shelves and skim it during break. Two people was twice as many as Shin usually led... and that counted himself. He wondered who he'd be paired up with. Tythan... Iles? He held up the piece of paper in front of him, surreptitiously eying the fresh meat. With a name like Tythan, maybe he'd be a titan. Ooh, think of that. Images of Final Fantasy IV gameplay shattered in his mind. You Can Summon a Titan! That'd be big! Or maybe the kid could shoot heat beams out of his eyes, and they could have staring contests while no one was looking. And then there was that Kaz guy. Shin blinked.
"I met Kaz before, didn't I Ghost? He was at the grand opening of Full Circle, and I think I saw him feed a little shoulder dragon back in February. He should be fun." Shin smiled glibly, finger on the Kaz-man's name as if to say 'Here be dragons.'

Why was it when you were going through something everyone suddenly felt the urge to try and explain why it was happening? It was as old as the story of Job in the Bible when his three friends had assured him that he must of sinned for God's wrath to have fallen on him so strongly. It was the same way that a lawyer would tell his client they wouldn't have fallen and broken their leg if the steps had been a half inch shorter and so they needed to sue. Why couldn't people just accept that sometimes crap happens to good people?!
Luke nodded along with the different suggestions, doing his best not to scream. First there was Shin, comparing the problem with Anime. Then there was Sam telling him he should see Doc, as if he hadn't already thought of that. Then it was on to Ghost asking about blood transfusions and who knew what else. "It'll be fine... as far as I know, Doc healed me after the brawl and kept me from dieing. Since he has a healing ability I dobut I needed any sort of blood transfusion. All I can do is sit back and wait. Who knows what might happen."
And then there was Raina... the icy tone in her voice made Luke actually wince ever so slightly. He should have told her. He should have made her his very first call but he hadn't. Instead he had tried to protect her from it and then allowed the whole Rupert/Raina situation to get in the way. She had been blindsided and Luke just knew there was going to be hell to pay later on.
"I'll be glad to work on a program with you CS... I'm sure we can come up with something." Luke offered with a tight smile before settling back into the cushions of his chair a little more fully and slumping down slightly. When was this damn meeting going to be over?
