It uses energy from Cain’s natural cell processes meaning excessive use will weaken him. The force does not emit heat, which builds up in Cain’s hands causing excruciating pain and, if used too much, possible spontaneous cellular combustion.

Explanation: Cain has made his own fighting style, which is mostly street fighting mixed with bits of different martial arts. Pros for fighting style: Its mix of different styles makes it unpredictable. Cons for fighting style: It is mostly speed based rather than strength.

History Of Your Character: Cain grew up an only child. His parents were giving but not enough to spoil him. At the age of thirteen, he began to notice his mutation. Thinking it best not to tell his parents, he asked them if they would pay for bass lesson to keep his hands busy. As the years passed without incident, Cain grew more comfortable with his powers and became quite skilled with his bass. Near his eighteenth birthday, he heard of a rock band comprised of mutants that needed a bassist, taking interest he decided that maybe it was time to tell his parents of his mutation. On his eighteenth birthday, he told his parents he was a mutant, which they did not believe until he demonstrated. His parents promptly told him to pack his things believing mutants were evil destructive creatures. After crashing at a friend’s house, he found the band he was looking for and was welcomed in with open arms. Through a vote, the band was named The Muties. Cain did not like this name but was persuaded it was going to be a good name. There were very few clubs that would hire them but after some good word spread, they were getting gigs left and right. After a year with the band, Cain began to notice they were getting increasingly violent toward normal humans. Not wanting to become a monster, Cain quit and, with money he had amassed from almost nightly gigs, flew to New York seeking out Xavier’s Sister School.
Roleplay Where did you learn about this site?: I saw your banner at the T-Virus Labs. Do you have any other existing characters, if so who: Not here.
Sample RP: Cain looked around the streets trying to get his bearings in this new place. He glanced over at a barbershop he thought that maybe the barbers would know where to find the school. He entered the shop seeing it mostly empty he noticed an older barber and asked him, “Excuse me sir, I was wondering if you would happen to know the location of the Xavier Sister School.”
“That depends, are you a mutant or a mutie basher,” the barber inquired.
“Um, I… I’m a mutant,” Cain responded quietly as not to gain the attention of the few patrons that were in the shop. “Well take a seat and I’ll tell you the way,” the barber said as he dusted the hair from the back of the seat rotating it slightly.
“I don’t want a full blown haircut, but you can trim it up a bit,” Cain said as he sat at the chair removing his hair tie.
After a few minutes of conversation and a trimming, Cain stood and put his hair back into a ponytail. “That would be eight dollars,” the barber said as he swept some of the hair into a pile.
“No problem sir, here’s ten and an extra twenty for the information,” Cain said as he handed the barber the money and left, headed toward the school.
Cain walked down the street and saw the school in the distance, but before he could reach the gates he was knocked into an alley by a large man. “Heard you talking in the barbershop, I don’t like muties. I’m gonna teach you and your kind a lesson,” the man shouted as he pulled a knife out of his pocket.
“Look sir, I don’t want any trouble,” Cain said as he prepared to defend himself.
“Well you got trouble, freak,” the man said as he ran toward Cain, knife raised.
Cain dodged the man’s first slash, but was nicked on the arm by the second. Angered by the man’s attack Cain decided the only way to stop him was to use his mutation. He dodged another slash and hit him in the chest knocking him into the wall at the end of the alley.
“People like you make me sick,” Cain said as he left the alley and headed to the school…
