Hair color and style: black hair, dyed lime green in permanent dye. Her hair is short and curly and reaches just below her ears, her bangs matt her forehead, just above the brow.

Visible mutation: Her glass-like eyes, as well as her small stitches that crisscross her skin on her stomach and around her neck.

Everyday clothing style: She normally wears a white and green hoody, with the words “Doll Face” on the front in white font. The overall hoody is a light green with some ware and tear on it, but wearable, she always keeps the hood down, unless it is cold outside. Her pants are loose cargo pants the color beige, nothing notable about them other then keeping her comfortable. Her shoes are your run-of-the-mill classical red and white sneakers, with patches of dust and dirt on them.

Uniform (optional): Luna wears the standard X-men uniform, navy blue in color with a long skirt attachment at her waist. She wears full fingered gloves, matching combat boots, and a blue beanie on her head, her bangs framing above her eyebrows.

Sleepwear: a long white, plain over shirt with green hippo slippers on her feet.
Miscellaneous clothing: Hoodies, jeans, slacks, a few dress shoes, boots, her casual sneakers, and her old dress she never wears.

Character

Personality: Your normal twelve year old tomboy, sarcastic- yet endearing to those she cares for. She lacks the drive to do much without much prompting making Luna quite lazy, unless a situation demands it. However she is kind to those she feels deserve it, and all-overly rude and or defensive around the ones she doesn’t like. Despite her low-middle class life growing up, Luna has developed a good above average vocabulary, however only uses it when she feels like the situation needs it. Most of the time she speaks like a normal preteen.

Despite being a tomboy, she loves to play with dolls, particularly teddy bears. She has a sweet side towards the immobile plushies and is known be gentle with them… until she blows them up of course… Luna is still admirable though has her faults, one in particular is her fear of fighting. Sure may talk and act tough, however when it comes down to it Luna refuses to harm an individual or let harm come to her. Making the situation increasingly difficult for to understand why she is the way she is. She despises jerks, pushovers, and idiots who think they are better then her because she female.

She is known to show aggressive tendencies towards males in general however will condone to them if she wants to keep up her image. It doesn’t mean however that she won’t beat the crap out of them if angered enough. To finish her personality up, Luna has a short fuse at times and a tendency to snap when bitter or generally in a bad mood. Though other than this she is easy to talk to when she isn’t experiencing emotional stress or being a little brat.

Hobbies/ Interests: Her dolls. Sports, making her own makeshift dolls, and surprisingly has a knack in sewing.

Fears/ phobias/ concerns: She has a fear as mentioned before, of harming others or them harming her. She also hates horror ANYTHING, movies and books being most of them. She happens to be afraid of Halloween due to a not so traumatic encounter when she was five. She is very superstitious, of anything from black cats to ghosts.

Morality

Neutral- Though she is a good person at heart, her moralities can be very much swayed at her age. Besides this fact, Luna hates to be labeled. For good or bad- Luna would rather be just there, instead of in the morning newspaper for some big annoying reason. Though she is leaning towards good at the moment, something could quickly change her mind with enough persuasion…

Mutations

Mutation description: Her mutation is not extreme or very noticeable it only shows on her skin and in her glass-like eyes. Her skin or more closely her stomach is riddled with strange green stitches, it seems as she grows older the stitches appear on other parts of her upper body. Making her look like a stitched up “doll” sometime in the future.

Though her mutation ability is not one of the body, it comes in the form of her teddy bears. She has the ability to make said dolls from materials in her possession as long as they are made of the components that make up a doll for example: thread or cloth, or fake fur. Doing so she always has a piece of some material in her jeans’ pockets. Or idle in her hand. Doing so she forces some of her natural energy into the the material forming the teddy bear.

However it does not stop there, she uses them by tossing them physically at the opponent and on contact they explode. She is able to control the size of the explosion based on how much material she used for creating the doll. Lesser material smaller explosion. Also when Luna uses the fabric/thread/fake fur it slowly is eaten away, making it in a sense a medium and a material.

Strengths: The multitude of explosions she is able to create.

Weaknesses: The distance that she is limited to, due to her physically throwing the teddy bears. Her material in 'stock'.

History Of Your Character:
Luna was born to a family of three. Her mother- Rachael Highland, her Father- Yuri Highland, and her older college student brother- Owen Highland. During her first stages of life, Luna was more normal then ever. She had normal birthdays, normal tantrums, normal, fights, and normal rebels against her parents.

As she grew older Luna had adjusted to life as a normal kid, a tomboy enjoying nothing more then beating the snout out of annoying boys, or playing tackle football, with the local neighborhood kids. Though through the years of growing up she was always attached to her dolls. Almost obsessively so- that she kept it secret from her family and friends incase they were to worry about her mental health.

Luna soon began asking her mom on how to sew after she realized she could try and make her own dolls. After much prodding and poking of her mother, Rachael relented and began teaching Luna the arts of sewing. It came quite apparent at this time that Luna was very good in what she was doing, much so that her mom gave her, her grandmother’s doll- a teddy bear from back when Rachael was little and learning to sew herself.

Luna treasured the gift and as time went on nothing notable changed. However as she became more obsessed with her sewing and her craftsmanship Luna began to slowly take on a more “doll” like appearance. Even more so when after her eyes became glass like, stitches became visible on her stomach. Luna freaked out- though refused to tell anyone.

As she had gotten older she made a mistake… when she was done with an argument with her older brother Owen at the time, as he was going to college, and Luna did not want that. She locked herself in her roof, and furiously threw her grandmother’s teddy bear, expecting it to bounce and fall, however it did the exact opposite… it exploded, and not a small explosion but an blast that took out half her wall!

Her parents quickly ran up to her room in fear of what happened, however Owen had already left- or so it seemed the explosion caused by the doll landed the debris onto the car that Owen was driving out of the garage- effectively killing him… Months later after several prompts and questions by psychologists, they got an answer from the saddened girl, she caused the doll to blow up, thus killing Own. Her parents had no clue what to do… Their daughter was a mutant and they could do nothing…
However they had one chance, and even though they were grasping for straws they took the chance… now Luna finds herself heading to “Charles Xavier's Sister School”- how will she fair?

Sample RP: “This is for the best…” Came the kind reply of Luna’s mother Rachael. “… I KNOW!” Luna growled, still upset with herself about what happened just a year before… “Do not speak to you’re mother that way Luna!” came the sharp rebuke of her father Yuri.

Luna grimaced what did it matter anyway? She was going to school for people… for people like her, no for ‘freaks’, at least in Luna’s mind at the moment… There was silence as Luna began to walk to the bus stop, waiting for her ride to New York. “We’re sorry we couldn’t come Luna- but you know.” Luna glared at the ground as she held back her tears for what her father was about to say….

“I don’t care- dad!- just, leave me alone…” As she said that she grasped the remaining material of her Brother’s shirt in her hand. A reminder of what she had done… It still hurt her! She didn’t want to hurt anyone.. or herself- with these “Powers” of her’s they would just bring more harm! “Goodbye Dolly dear, be safe..” Tears began to streak down her face as her mom spoke those words to her, just as the bus pulled in at the stop opening it’s doors. As the green haired girl turned her back to her parents and took her first step onto the bus she spoke as harshly as she could as tears fell from her face…

“Don’t EVER call me “dolly” again!” She cried as she paid and gotten on the bus. Her parents could only fell sadness, as their only child now- left their lives for who knows how long… ‘I don’t deserve a cute name…’ Luna looked at the streets go by… ‘I don’t deserve this power… to harm others’. Luna blinked as she thought she saw an image of her brother, as more tears pricked her eyes as she wiped them away.. ‘I just deserve… to be myself!’

Hair colour and style: Luna’s hair is now in a pair of icecream swirl pigtails, each ending in a tight curl. Her bangs now frame around her face into a curl at the tips. The hair color is a lime green with her black roots showing due to over the years of her consistent dying and re-dying of her hair. Her hair has grown to her shoulders when not in pigtails and just let loose.

Eyes: Her eye’s are permanently glazed over. You can’t even tell she’s alive anymore. The only thing keeping people from buying her is that she blinks and her glass-like amber eyes move when she is looking at something. Other then that they just look like a porcelain doll’s eyes, blank and emotionless- yet still capable of tears.



Height: 5’5

Build: Slim, curvy, and thin.



Visible mutation: Luna’s mutation worsened if possible. Her "stitches" have now taken up on not only her stomach, but her ribcage, her upper arms and shoulders, twice around her neck, and even now across her right of her face in a crude manner, giving her a creepy vibe. Like someone’s overly used worn out doll. Her legs have the same stitching all the way down to her ankles. Where they stop at the balls of her feet.

Scars/ Tattoos/ Piercings: two diamond studded earrings on both ears.



Other features: Her usual blue ribbon is now a tattered mess, and is tied around her neck as always.

Everyday clothing style: Luna has dropped the tomboy act slightly and went for a more gothic look. She now wears a dull body length trench coat, with several silver buckles to hold it together on her person. The bottom opens up into a "v" shape showing her marred legs and her short sailor skirt the color blue that she now wears. Her mesh top covers her now visible breasts size as she is still a modest person despite her looks. Her shoes are long fashion boots that you would usually see a hooker wearing, though to Luna it fits for her and her style. She never wears makeup, but will wear the occasional dark green eyeshadow on outings.



Uniform: Luna wears the standard X-men uniform, navy blue in color with a long skirt attachment at her waist. She wears full fingered gloves and matching combat boots. The X-men insignia is on her left breast.

Sleepwear: A loose long worn out pair of Christmas pajamas, red with little tree decorations on it. A pair of white socks and her occasional light green sleep robe.

Miscellaneous clothing: Luna now carries a smooth light tan bag that holds her fabric and material needed for her explosives. It’s always hanging from her right side.





Character

Personality: Luna has grown up… a lot! Gone is the new and afraid mutant girl, and in it’s place lies a young woman who went through tough times in school, family matters, and work in order to keep a substantial life. Luna has always been a tomboy, however now She has added her womanly touches to it embracing her femine side Luna has become more social, more conversational, and more violent. Though she still has her kind childish heart in the center of it all. Luna has defiantly changed over the last ten years. She now has no fears in harming others due to her self control over old and new powers. Though she is confident and mature, Luna still has her down sides. One being her consistent desire to make things explode in violent ways, making her almost an arsonist. However years in the Xavior Mansion had kept her on the right track- Most of the time. She has a time where she get into spots of trouble due to her mouth, but she is still sweet and endearing as always. She has a dislike of people judging her clothing or her natural appearance.

And is quite twitchy when it comes to the mention of "settling down". She is more outspoken and wild and now has a love to explore and to get into random fights when bored. Though all this wild side has it’s downfalls. For one she lacks some of her original creative flair, she still depresses over a current loss of her mother and father- in a similar way she lost her brother. However this was not all her fault, though Luna treats it as it was all her fault… All and all Luna has truly shown she is a capable girl and is still going strong.


Hobbies/ Interests:

Job or part time job and description: Works part time at a comic book store, as well as a sewing expert.

Fears/ phobias/ concerns: Her fears lie in her inability to change her appearance constantly looked at with fear or disgust just because of her physical impairment. She has terrible dreams that usually end up in someone close to her dying, so Luna tries to distant herself from most new people. Her concern is that people will not accept her as who she is.



Special talents: Luna is no an expert in sewing and makes several normal dolls, ranging from holiday to important occasions- all of them teddy bears.


Morality

Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: Good, Despite being different on the outside, Luna is kind and caring and strong willed on the outside and inside as well. Her loyalties lie to the X-men and no one else.

Mutation description: The same as before- She has the ability to make said dolls from materials in her possession as long as they are made of the components that make up a doll for example: thread or cloth, or fake fur. Doing so she forces some of her natural energy into the material forming the teddy bear.

Secondary mutation description: Using the same natural energies as before Luna is capable of creating invisible threads that can move the teddy bears on the ground as though they were walking. This ability lets her fling an explosive several feet or at long range at an enemy. She can also make them walk / run/ and crawl at an opponent making it a toyshop nightmare… for the foe that is…

Strengths: Her ability now to not having to literally throw the teddy explosives, and the distance and damage she can now do to an enemy.


Weaknesses: This ability takes her energy away from her, amking her weaker the more she uses the ‘threads’. Also, the more ‘threads’ she creates, the harder it is for her to control. Up to twenty teddy bears at once is her maximum over that and she can harm herself and possibly faint in the middle of battle.

The further her bears travel the less control she has over them, at a maximum of 25 35 feet, before they start to wander. If a teddy bear is walking and trips or is batted away during it's movement, while activated. The bear will explode on contact with something solid. After using her bears to much or using over her total limit, Luna is prone to fainting in a timezone of 30 minutes after using her power for so long. If strained even further that lessens down to about 20 to 15 minutes before fainting.


Fighting Style Long range guerrilla warfare.


Explanation: Using her threads she can hide at "posts" and throw a barrage of bears at an enemy. If spotted she will run and hide for cover once more. If there is nowhere to hide she will go into a "do or die" mode and bombard the enemy with explosives for an escape.

Cons for fighting style: Being spotted and her physical lackivity.

History Of Your Character:


After several years in between school, her living in the Xavior mansion, and her growing up. Luna decided that after highschool she would find a place to work. She didn’t want to go to college as she felt she would blow up the college instead… So after some work and research she found herself at a comic book store a stone throw’s away from the Mansion. Though she felt this wasn’t enough, so Luna decided to go see her parents, who after seeing them off and on decided to move in with them for a little while, while the doll mistress figured out what she really wanted to do with her life. After several hints and questions from her mom, she relented and began a side job of sewing, making teddy bears for a small price ranging from 5 to 15 dollars. A few years went by and everything was calm, her parents were happy and so was she.

Though things went wrong when a group of mutant hater radicals attacked her and her family one evening. She came in the door that evening after going back to the mansion for abit only to come back to a group of thugs and her parents tied up and unconscious. Fearing the worst she went to free them, only to be confronted by the radicals’ leader. They had guns… and told her NOT to move, she did however and a shot rang out, her mother was dead, and her father was close as well… In her rage she summoned forth an ability she never used before, in fact she only had in theory. Summoning the ‘threads’ she commanded the teddy bears to form around the house, each blew up at once brining the house on them… Luna as always survived but wished she didn’t her only family left in the state was dead, and she had no choice but leave them behind. After an interrogation by the local authorities, she was eventual let go after a month of jail time for damage to property.

After words she ent to rebuild what little life she had returning back to the mansion even having thoughts of joining the Order. However she felt she was at home with the X-men and thus went there… for her sake even after holding so much survior’s guilt she wanted to live… live because her family would not want her to have a sad death… If only that was true….
