The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Looked at Calley.. "Calley, huh?" patted Calley on the head, with the hand that is attached to the arm that had the wrist cuff on it, that is just held in by the sleeve of his trenchcoat right now.. "Yes.. I am from the camps.. and yes, there is some information.. I don't think anything followed us.. If they did, I would have smelled, seen, or heard it when we got in the car.. or when we got out of the car to come in here.... or here even.. " he shrugged a little, scritching between Calley's ears.. "Ice witch?"
Calley couldn't purr anymore, but he could contentedly drop all of the weight of his head--and his crossed paws--into the dragon man's lap. The guy's reaction had been nicer than he'd expected. Both of theirs had been. Therefore, these two had just made his list of Thoroughly Awesome People. His eyes half-closed lazily as he listened to their replies from the safety and comfort of his own personal scritching dragon.
"More burgers would be excellent. I'm a growing tigger, you know," he confidentially replied. It was even true. Sort of almost after a unique definition of the phrase. He was trying to gain back weight. For awhile there, he'd been getting dangerously--very dangerously--underweight, for no reason he could find. Now he was gaining back weight, for no reason he could find. He wasn't about to complain. He was just going to eat everything that was put in front of him until he was a gleaming example of tiger health, instead of a slightly scrawny tigger that looked a bit like it was recovering from a brush with anorexia.
"It's still bad outside, then? Like, crazy evil Alien-knock-off-robots patrolling the streets bad?" His tail swished against the tile floor. "Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions. I got brought here right after the raid on the Mansion, and I pretty much haven't left since. I'm sort of useless in a fight so they don't really include me in their plans." His tail swished again. "Tiggers not being Stalker-proof and me being annoying, and all."
"Who's the Ice Witch? I'll tell you if I know her! Maybe if she's evil shadow puppet leader-y, she might have even sent me without me knowing about it. I could be all evil shadow puppet leader controlled and not even know it." Swish, swish, whisker fan.
(sorry about not being around.. haven't felt up to RP'ing here lately)
Ayesac looked at Shrapnel, and Calley.. "well.. it seems that we are going to wait here a long time.. Why don't they hurry up?" he watched Calley for a few moments, random thoughts going through his head, not really anything of interest.. not really sure what he wanted to say or do..
The dragon man seemed distracted. This was reflected quite clearly in the fact that he was absentmindedly staring at the tiger in his lap, instead of petting it. Sacrilege. With an offended huff, Calley lifted up his head and set his paws back on the ground. At least the other guy knew what's what: he'd ordered up some more burgers. Calley's tail twitched from its base to its tip. With a discrete shift of his paws, he slid over to the other man. With an I-don't-care air, he made sure his head was distinctly within petting range, but he never actually looked at the guy. His ears swiveled without a care in the world.
He caught the sound of footsteps long before the man appeared. "Sorry to keep you waiting." The guy apologized, more as a formality than because he was sorry for anything. "I'm told you have important information for us."
((ooc: Enter Nameless NPC Man #37.5! You may now divulge your info, and thus stop sitting in the waiting room. Feel free to run 'im.))

Standing up to his feet, Ayesac looked at the man.. "Where you wish to speak?" he picked up his Trench Coat, holding it over his shoulder.. watching The man intently.. while his ears payed attention to the sounds around him.. taking a few steps towards the man.. "Food was good.. Drink was alright.. Took you long enough to come out here, though I do understand that you may have been watching me from a camera, or something.. sending this Feline out to scout out my intentions.." picking up two of the last Burgers, handing one to Calley, the other he shoved into his mouth.. taking the whole burger into his mouth.. speaking with his mouthful.. "Lets go.." a few chunks of Burger fell from his maw..

Following the man, Ayesac took note of the things that they passed.. he remained rather silent as they went towards the office.. "hm... looks comfortable in here.. May we take a seat?" he looked at the mirrored glass carefully lifting a brow.. "if someone is behind the glass, I would rather them be here, to partake in this, and not hide behind trivial things such as that.. that is if they are worth while.."

Ayesac tells Jeff information on how the security structure of the camp was, talking about the stalkers, how the cameras are.. the motion detectors.. he didn't tell them anything more, or anything less.. the distrust was mutual, due to the fact that they were treating him more like a criminal, then an informant.. once finished, he folded his arms.. "and I will help as I can.. treat this information as truth, or as false information.. that is not my call, it's yours. Just know, it's the information that I know to be true, though some things may change.. "

Looked at Jeff for a moment.. "Yea, Loyal to our genes, but you know.. he has no mark that proclaims him as one of us, unlike me, I have no choice to let others know, and wouldn't have it any other way... Either this guy is a mole within the organization, or he is one dumb mother fucker.." he stood up, tossing his trenchcoat around him, as he put it on.
