If she is wearing a skirt she favors above the knee pleated skirts worn with a fitted top. She is usually always wearing heels or wedges though on occasion she does wear boots.

Personality:
Mina is usually quite shy at first but is very outgoing and sweet once she comes around. She can be a bit opinionated and is not afraid to speak her mind if needed. She has a generally favorable attitude toward most things and people. Some people describe her as a bit stand offish toward new people as she has had a traumatic past in her younger years. Once befriended, Mina is fiercely loyal, willing to stand up for her friends. It takes quite a bit to anger her, as she generally tries to behave rationally.
Hobbies/ Interests
Mina is quite into music and art. She is usually seen listening to pop music quite loudly through her headphones. She is also quite into gardening and can usually be found outside in the rose gardens.

Though most don't see them, Mina has quite a few phobias. She was bullied a lot as a child for her nationality in Korea and France so she tends to be quite fearful of new people, particularly girls. She is also quite afraid of small spaces and this has been known to trigger her powers

As noted above, Mina is quite a linguist, speaking fluent Korean (first language), French, and English. She also has quite the talent for making people laugh.

Mutations
Mutation description
Mina can control the air in a 1-mile radius around her. She can safely control calm air almost indefinitely but if she has to fight natural wind patterns or storms, she will tire out much more quickly. On a clear, calm day Mina can use her full wind strength to flip over a car. If Mina wants to do something big (make a cyclone or clear away a rough thunder storm) she will tire out after about 5 minutes. Mina has also shown a minute amount of control over lightning by ionizing the air from the ground up. IF she is able to manage this, she can only do it once and is instantly woozy and unstable. By manipulating the current of air close to her, she is able to manage flight but only up to 1 mile upwards.
Strengths:
Her control and command over her wind powers is quite good. She is nowhere near peak control but is generally able to control her mutation.
Weaknesses and Limitations:
Mina has trouble clearing strong wind patterns or storms and will tire out very quickly. If she wants to create a cyclone or create a strong wind, it will tire her out after about 5 minutes. Her control of lightning is extremely limited and IF she can produce a bolt, she is only able to do it once and is instantly woozy and exhausted. If Mina flies for too long or too far up, she will start to lose altitude and ultimately fall.
Physical Abilities
General Physical Capabilities:
Being of a petite form, Mina is quite fast and able to have quite a bit of physical stamina. However, this also comes at a cost as she is not very strong and can't take much abuse before she needs help. As a trained gymnast, her balance is superb as well as her general poise and posture.

Mina doesn't have very much fight training as she is very new to the mutant world.

History Of Your Character
Mina Park is an only child, born to a Korean father and a French mother in Seoul, South Korea. She had a happy childhood in Korea, living there until her father had to transfer to Paris when she was 10. Mina's mother tried to tutor her daughter in French but this did not take away from the bullying she experienced at the hands of her school mates. They taunted her for being half Korean and the way she spoke, Korean being her first language. It was during one of these many bullying sessions that she discovered her mutation. Mina was sitting alone in a classroom studying when she was approached by three local girls. They began to taunt her mercilessly and imitate her pronunciation of French words. Mina cried and begged them to stop, however they were relentless. As her sadness and anger festered inside her, wind began to whip inside the classroom, quickly spinning up into a cyclone. Every object in the room was tossed about as Mina rose into the air, screaming for the girls to stop. All three girls were injured in the accident before Mina herself overexerted herself and fell unconscious. She awoke later that evening in a hospital, surrounded by her parents and the headmistress of the school. The headmistress told her parents that she had been expelled, and compared her to a dangerous animal that ought to be put down. After this incident, her father forced her to learn at home for the next five years, never allowing her to leave the house without a chaperone. He was ashamed of his daughter. A mutant, not the princess he'd always dreamed of. It was at 18 that her mother discovered the Xavier school and decided that if Mina were to have any sort of a normal life, she had to learn to control her powers. Mina was sent to New York, in hopes that she may return a changed woman.

Sample RP:
As the sun began to rise over the horizon, a sweet scent filled the front lawn of the school. A gentle breeze carried the scent of roses from the garden across the quad, though not a breath of wind was in the forecast. Mina stood tending the flowers, pruning the vines and singing softly in Korean as her powers manifested the gentle wind that carried their perfume. She was quite a pretty girl, slender and small. Her long dark hair was pulled half up and flowed down in gentle waves. She wore a pink striped top that hugged her frame and a white pleated skirt. She roses she had cut were laid at her side in a basket, fresh for arranging. She reached deep into the bush for the reddest flower she could see and yanked her hand out suddenly. "Aie! Merde!" She had cursed in French and covered her mouth, the breeze whipping up a bit as her cheeks turned red. "Steady on Mina..." she said to herself, concentrating and returning the quad to the stillness that had been forecast that day. She put her headphones in her ears and after a moment, loud EDM beats were heard coming from them. She quickly scooped up the basket and walked toward the school, closing her eyes and nodding her head along to the beat.
