Josh is a very all around person, He is sarcastic and witty, often fond
of Black humor, something others don't enjoy about him. He is cunning
yet kind but enjoys lying, a talent he's had since a young age. He is
kind though, and would die for his friends. Also he cant stand money and
greed, believing it to be a cause of all evil.

situations with them, also he is afraid of being alone without friends
and losing those he cares about.


Special talents: A decent singer and guitar player, he was the tight
end at his high school's football team so pretty tough too.

bad/ neutral/ other: Neutral, Although he is kind and enjoys many human
cause's such as animals, gay and racial rights, Josh can be a bit free
spirited and rebellious. He would like nothing more than to storm though
the streets of New York and beat down human supremacist gangs, yet he
knows its not the right way.   

Mutations:Mutation description: Josh's mutation is sand
shifting. He can change his molecules in his body into sand at any given
time allowing him to phase through material objects such as grates,
chain link fences, and holes in walls. If he is running he can shift
through the chain links and come out on the other side solidifying
and running still. He can talk when he shifts into sand and he enjoys
shifting so much he usually just travels around as a blob on the floor
of sand talking to others. He can also drag a person into a sand cloak
and suffocate them with sand,  or he could chose to allow air pockets
for them to breathe but he cannot change sizes while doing this. He is
locked at his weight and cant change his size though. He can lose parts
of his body if he loses the sand and he try's to keep himself together
at all times. He hasn't figured out yet if a limb would be replaced, but
he doesn't want to find out. Also, when Josh is in sand form he can
slid around on the ground when he wants but raise up like a python being
charmed by a flute, sort of like a "telekinesis."


 Strengths: His power allows him to slip through
small gaps as sand, letting him slip through many things by changing his
density. By changing his density he can become loose like sand in the
wind, yet when he hardens he can become compact sand, so his punches are
pretty painful.  


Weaknesses and Limitations: He can be contained in a jar if you can
manage to catch him and If he gets wet he has to instantly shift back
into a human before he becomes mud. It also takes a couple of hours to
use his power again after getting wet, so it wouldn't end well if he
fought a mutant with Hydrokinesis. He also can turn into glass if he
encounters a strong flame, so he wouldn't want to fight a mutant with
Pyrokinesis. He can be blown around by a strong wind to. He also can
lose parts of his body if he loses some sand.

General Physical Capabilities: A football player since he was in 5th
grade, and a track runner since 7th Josh has a bit above average
strength and speed for a guy his age.
Fighting Style: He took Karate when he was 8, is that good? Mostly street brawler style.


Fighting Style Pros/Cons: Not really good against multiple enemies and
he prefers only one or two at a time. Not the best self defense
technique. History Of Your Character : Born to a loving family
with a relatively normal and quite child hood growing up as a football
player. Like most mutants he discovered his power when he hit puberty
when he was 13. He was at the mall when a few guys from the rival junior
high's football team remembered Josh, he was cornered alone and his
friend was in the bathroom, they came at him, one of them punching Josh
right in the gut. His mutation kicked in and he shifted into sand. Josh
freaked and without knowing it he solidified into hard sand with the
boys arm stuck through his gut. He wasted no time in punching him in the
jaw and shifting back into a human. The kids freaked calling him a
"freak" and a "Psycho" and ran away. He figured out he was a mutant and
wasn't a bit distraught about it grateful for a useful mutation. He
spent the next 2 years learning and using his power's before hearing
about New York and deciding to head there. One night he ran away from
home and headed to New York which took him a couple weeks hitch hiking
and walking. He arrived and is currently pondering his next step...

RP: "Freak!" the kids shouted as they ran away, the injured one leaving
drops of blood on the ground. Josh unknowingly smirked and something
snapped in his head the thought flowing like a waterfall. That felt good
he thought to himself, but I'm a mutant? At least its a good power he
thought as he ran a hand through his curly hair. Well what now? What if
mom and dad find out? Or worse the popo? he panicked heading towards the
Joes pizza in the mall.

 He tossed a handful of cash at the droning teenage
cashier and got two cokes for him and his friend. Who cares! he
exclaimed in his head, I have super powers like those old comic book
guys he reasoned with himself heading back towards the rest room. He saw
a splotch of red on the floor near the restroom and smirked knowing It
was sick but he loved the feel of the power. They started it, he
reasoned with himself taking a sip of his coke.

 His friend walked out of the rest room and stopped his
jaw dropping looking at the blood. "What happened here?" "Beats me."
Josh replied shrugging handing his friend his coke. "Lets go watch a
movie"he grinned. "Alright" his friend complied and they headed to the
movie theater the gears in Josh's head churning as he sipped his Coke.
