Haven’s headquarters is a converted mansion sky rise located at 840 Fifth Avenue, north of 66th Street and facing Central Park. A formal double entry opens into a beautiful marbled lobby. The front desk caters to business needs while the concierge handles member requests.

FLOOR BREAKDOWN

The first few floors are dedicated to dining and event space, catering to small convention or meeting needs as well as formal dinners. The Inferno is connected to the lobby. The next two levels are private Haven offices and meeting rooms, including classroom. Above this are luxurious apartments for various member needs, including one floor for special members of the organization and a floor for actual faction members. The top two levels are reserved for faction meeting rooms, private lounges, Inner Echelon offices, and whatever else the faction might need. Devon’s penthouse is located at the top.

INFERNO

The Inferno nightclub is off of the lobby on the first floor. It is reserved for members of Haven or their guests. The latest in sound and light fill the club with various entertainment depending on the event or manager’s desires. An elevated VIP section provides higher tier members, celebrities, famous athletes, special guests and more private seating and entertaining areas. Two bars serve the patrons while a tantalizingly illuminated dance floor will keep patrons moving.



BASEMENT & SUB-BASEMENT

The basement is mundane and used for various means of storage. Below this the secret sub-basement levels including mission operation and meeting space for faction members as well as the training facilities nicknamed Character, Leadership, Academics, Service Success or simply: CLASS. This facility is outfitted with new-gen technology including augmented reality holographics, nanite / android robotics, as well as the latest visual projections. All education operations are supported by the Architect, Amanda Overhiser.

THE GRAND SKY ESTATE

The top floor penthouse is Devon Hadden’s private residence: the Grand Sky Estate. He occupies it alone for the time being and various personal items in resident decoration. The southern 2nd bedroom reserve for a personal office, though he has a normal office on the floor below like other members of the Inner Echelon. The other bedroom and pool house are kept clean for visitors while the pool alternates to a hot tub in the winter.
