The X-Men
The X-men are an idealistic group of mutants whose goal is to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants and to protect the weak, even if it means facing off against fellow mutants to protect humans that may hate them anyway. They offer a safe shelter and an education to young mutants at Xavier's Sister School.
The Order
The Order is a group of radical mutants who have gathered in an effort to have their voices heard and demands met to gain an uppance in society, by any means necessary. They are led by a mutant and a fiercely vicious woman named Lori who houses the members at the Sanctuary. Join them and find your proper place in the world.
The Kabal
The world is full of distasteful chaos. It seethes with pointless hatred and cruelty. Let the X's and O's bicker like lovers in the streets of New York City; Slate's Kabal will bring the world itself to the worst degree of peace. Current takeover: Romania.

Mars,Mercury and Abyss will be heading to the camps to run things from the inside. The three saw things from the outside of the camps last time, their purpose is to draw as much attention to themselves as possible, they figure if the guards are having fun torturing them, then they minimize the torturing of the other prisoners until liberty has arrived. I by no means think that the big red guys will be the only ones mistreated, but they will be three pillars of martyred strength to watch in the inside community.
Venus, is joining the Romanian resistance as much as possible, Why? because they have women that don't know the women, he knows. Besides what could be more fun then trying to seduce women that don't know what your saying?
Jupiter and Saturn will be heading up the ruthless violence division of the orders resistance. ( I hope you like what is left of your country when we are done with it Slate)

Location is unknown; they contact mutants to take them to their headquarters and not vice versa. When they do come to you, you will be blind folded during the trip and you’re not going to be allowed to wander around.
The Palace of the Parliament – Nr. 2 ~ picture 1 ~ picture 2 Senate Bombing Mission will take place here.
Camps – Nr. 5 ~ picture The holding cells and everything else that concerns the prisoners are underground. The picture represents the entrance to the camps, which officially is just a warehouse. Note: Camps are not gender separated.
Fake Safe House – Nr. 6 ~ picture The address of this safe house is posted over the Internet to lure those desperate enough to try it.

I made everyone a small list of helpful websites for Romania as we are starting to get down into the plot more, and hope it makes posting easier. Just be aware that there is some reading involved, but it is worth it!
**Update** Apparently the site I posted for culture is like, 20 years behind the times or something. BUT It still might be useful. I will be looking for a better site to link for you all.

I know I'm a little late but I have talked to Calley about getting involved in Romania and am hoping to sign Meld up for a couple.
In particular, I'd love to sign her up for helping to free people from the camps and possibly for an assassination though Meld isn't technically Order at the moment *cough cough*.

The Guide to the Romanian Take Over
History
If interested in the history before the public appearance of mutants please read the Wikipedia article on Romania. (It is the most accurate, apparently other sites have stopped updating their information a couple of years ago… let’s say… 20.)
In Romania the existence of mutants was greeted with fear and suspicion. As years passed, these feelings did not fade away. The authorities were unsure of how to handle this, that is until the United States passed the Registration Act. Rumors of a Romanian one existed but it took a few months before it actually was approved. Although the Romanians didn’t have the Stalker bots to aid them, with good timing and efficiency they managed to get most of the mutant population into camps.
Some had managed to escape it, either by hiding, or by leaving the country but compared to the number of mutants in the camps they were few. Mutants disappeared from the camps from time to time, not to be seen ever again. Tougher mutants managed to survive the Camps as long as it lasted (~ 9 months) but, when they came out, almost none was the same.
Some found relief in the payback. The number of criminal mutants increased with each month. Still, it was somehow manageable. Others, although the wounds of the Registration Act were still fresh, found the power to move on and continue their lives.
It didn’t last very long.
In 2009 Tiberiu Kettler, while running for president brought the mutants under the spotlight once again. His campaign subtly suggested another Mutant Registration Act while making promises that Camps and collars will be used only for criminal mutants while training facilities were to be built for those who didn’t have control over their mutation.
Across the ocean, a certain molecule manipulator watched this with distrust and decided that she wouldn’t let it happen. In May, Senator Kettler’s house exploded, ending with the death of both the senator and his wife. Authorities were unable to give a proper answer regarding these surprising deaths. Was it just a regrettable accident or a carefully planned murder?
However, the majority of the Romanian human population has decided. Murder, committed by mutants that did not share Senator Kettler’s views.
Protests against mutants started shortly after. The human population requested another Registration Act, claiming that none would be safe until the ‘freaks’ were locked away. The Government’s decision was delayed, and, humans started to make their own justice. Mutants that possessed an obvious mutation or were publicly known as mutants could no longer leave their homes without the fear of being chased away. Of course, it didn’t stop at this. When the simple beatings didn’t satisfy the humans, the first mutant was murdered during one of the so called peaceful protests. Housed were burned to the ground while their mutant inhabitants were locked inside.
Violence against mutants was the new trend.
Authorities closed their eyes at these deaths and dropped the ‘lack of evidence’ excuse. It didn’t take long for the X-Gene possessors to fight back. The Underground, a mutant organization, although it had existed before, now became public. Mutants who have suffered because of humans or have gone trough the Camps were anxious to join the Underground and follow its cause. Revenge was one of their goals and they made sure that for each death among their kind, they caused ten among the lines of their enemy.
Streets were dangerous to walk alone, no matter the genes you possessed.
On November 1st, the second Registration Act was approved. The mutant hunting season was now officially open.

The Underground & The Order – “The Resistance”
As soon as the Registration Act had been approved, the Underground had decided it was time to call reinforcements. And who could have shared their ideals better than the Order?
Their goal: Use the Registration Act in their favor and create as much chaos as possible. The new Registration Act provides them a reason to recruit even more mutants for their cause while they slowly try to take over the country with a few strategic hits.
The Kabal & The X-Men
With peace being their ultimate goal, the Kabal have come to Romania to shove some peace down the throats of both humans and mutants. And guess who they called to join? Yes, the X-Men.
Their goal: Peace, of course. Obtained by various means. While the X’s help mutants hopping borders, the K’s don’t mind getting their hands dirty and use other methods.

Info for Bribing Missions
Romanians are very well known for their hospitality. It is true, but remember, it is a time of war and perpetual danger. No, people won’t help you. They’ll look at you with suspicion and fear, and rush away. No human will publicly admit that he supports mutants (because they fear that they might be helping an agent undercover or anything along those lines).
When it comes to bribing, yes, Romanian politicians are very corrupt and although they want the money Slate offers they won’t accept immediately. They are afraid because if they are to support the mutant cause and Slate does not succeed in his plans, they are pretty much doomed.
Economically speaking, most of the Romanians are average. Most have enough money to live just fine, while smaller number either don’t have anything or have more than enough. Now, the last are mostly the politicians you need for your bribing missions and do not worry, even if they have more than enough, they will never stop wanting more.
Romanian names for politicians (for both Bribery & Assassination Missions): Used: - Radu Dimitrie (used by Lenna & Circe in Achilles’ Heel) - Anatolie Belododia (used by Dryad & Martin in Money Talks) Possible: - Names: Ciprian, Costantin, Octavian, Pavel, Andrei, Traian, Teodor (male names --- most of the Romanian politicians are male). - Surnames: Antonescu, Zaharescu, Ionescu, Popescu, Marinescu

It takes place on December 1, the Romanian National Day. While the Romanian authorities are busy parading at the Arch of Triumph and protecting all those lovely politicians that have come there to watch, the Palace of the Parliament would be less protected, therefore the bombers should have a less difficult task to accomplish.

While most believe that the camps are situated where the old Concentration Camps were or where the Camps of the previous Registration Act were.
Their location, however, is in the building that Senator Kettler had built during his political campaign as a prison for criminal mutants (right) if he was to be elected as president. (Pretty confident he was, wouldn’t you say?)
