The day began, as it had on so many days previously, with birdsong. Even before the sky began to lighten from black to dark blue the first few trills and tweets began. Soon the relative silence of the night was filled with twittering. For the birds, there was a busy day ahead. The chicks had hatched and were hungrier than ever and recent dry spells meant shortages of both worms and mosquitoes. The day began early when their were little beaks to be fed.
When the birds first awoke, most humans and mutants were still asleep and dreaming. On this particular night, many of them shared similar dreams full of portents of a possible future. For some inexplicable reason the dreams were especially long and especially vivid, however, once the bright morning sun began its quotidian climb and the dreamers were wrested from their sleep by the light or by their alarm clocks the dreams faded from memory just as quickly as normal dreams would fade.
A few dreamers who had been especially touched by something in their dreams remembered one or two particularly meaningful parts of their night's vision, but others were left simply with the barest impression of what they had been dreaming in the last moments before they awoke.
Two mutants in particular had met each other bright and early for an appointment, both still brooding over what they remembered from their peculiar dreams. When they found out that both of their dreams had been of a similar nature and that both dreams had seemed to be warnings, they decided the coincidence was too great and they must do something about it.
And so it came about that the Sanctuary healer and the red bishop of the Order made their way into King Pharmaceuticals with the goal of destroying samples of tissue and DNA that had been collected from the mutant Jacquelyn Guy, code named Haywire. Shortly after their entry into the building, the Order got wind of what was happening and began to converge upon the pharmaceutical company with which they were affiliated. Anticipating trouble, Sebastian had already called the leader of the Kabal who was his protégé in the arts of healing and requested backup. The young leader, remembering that one of the leaders of the X-men had once offered to help him if he needed it, called Cold Steel and asked him to send what aid he could. By the time the X-men and Kabal members had arrived, the Order was already in place and ready to fight to protect what they believed was rightfully theirs.

This thread is open to X-men, Kabal members, and the Order for the purpose of a brawl. For this fight the Kabal and X-men are acting as allies. There is no posting order, but please be considerate of not leaving others behind as you post. Sebastian and Seizure are working on the actual destroying of the haywire samples in this thread. They hope that the X-men and Kabal can keep the Order occupied long enough for them to find all the samples.

Another day, another opportunity with which to wreak havoc, and what an opportunity it was proving to be! A mere four hours ago the sadistic wanderer had been idly strolling down New Yorks industrial district with his hands casually resting within the pockets of hid jeans and a low but cheery tune issuing forth from his lips. Things had become somewhat dull over the last few days and thus Hull had set out in an attempt to liven things up, though that might perhaps be a poor choice or words. What the former solider truly craved was some sort of new toy, an unconventional tool with which to amuse himself. Certainly the city possessed a good deal of firearms and a nearly endless array of potential car bombs but such things became dull after a while; people learned you see and the streets had began to lose their numbers as civilians learned what to watch for.
Predictability was one of many things the macabre traveler simply could not stand, therefore when he had realized that people were beginning expect things from him he had determined that a change was in order. A new game needed to be played, and where better to get the necessary pieces than an industrial pharmaceutical which owned a delightful range of hazardous and lethal chemicals?
The killers research of the facility had been brief, as had his preparation. The second he had obtained the company’s address he had set out in nothing more than a pair jeans and a leather trench coat which he had acquired form an earlier escapade. For those that knew Hull however they would be aware that the madman was almost never unarmed and could turn almost anything at hand into a weapon. Fortuitously for the former soldier however very few individuals knew of his capabilities and those that did often failed to live long and prosperous lives.
The security at Kings Pharmaceuticals had been quaint, almost amusing and it had taken the demented wanderer mere seconds to remove a suitably sized piece of the chain linked fence and stroll on into the grounds. Once upon the premises all the anarchist had needed to do was wait until he tripped some form of alarm which caused which caused an oversized security guard to come waddling over to his position with a gun in one hand a flashlight in the other. The bumbling oaf hadn’t even bothered to radio for help and it had been a simple matter to let the fool approach and then slit his throat once he believed his suspect to be ‘detained’.
The corpse had then been dragged behind the nearest available form of cover and divested of its hat, jacket, keycard, flashlight, radio and gun. The attire had proved itself to be somewhat baggy on the malevolent wanderer’s leaner frame but it had still been acceptable for appearances sake. Once this had been accomplished it had been almost depressingly simple to stroll through the facility uncontested, he had of course received a few curious calls upon the deceased guards radio, inquiring as to why he had chosen to move his “fat ass”, however after flipping the bird to nearest security camera the questions had soon ceased.
Now all that was left was too find some suitably potent chemical concoction, appropriate it for his own purposes and then determine how best to share it with the rest of the city. The only thing left to do at this point was decide where to begin his search.

Could dreams predict the future? That was the question Sam had as he jumped from his bed as his phone had begun to ring, never before had he had a dream like the one he just awoke from several hours before. It was too vivid too emotional, he felt like crying. That was the best way to sum it up; the dream was almost perfect, he was happy in the dream for the most part one thing he remembered however was a lot of people died from a mutant virus one that made mutants go haywire. He was startled to say the least when Slate had called him on his cell phone, he offered to help the young leader of the Kabal if he should need it but to call on that help so soon after the meeting and given the reason he needed the help it made Sam wonder, Was it really a dream?
It had been a few hectic minutes after he hung up the phone with Slate but Sam had arrived to the King Pharmaceuticals as fast as he possible could, the ice slide trailing form the mansion slowly shattered after falling out of Sam’s area of control, he didn’t have time to properly melt the ice, it would fall in chunks but they would be small ones if that, the matter at hand was far more pressing. Turns out the virus were very real and very dangerous just like in his dream, what hadn’t happen yet was the release of such a danger. With it being in the hands of the Order he knew that their lack of care for anyone other than their own would only increase the risk of them using it. They had to be stopped and it had to be destroyed.
Choosing to push all the random jumbled up memories from the dream Sam looked to the group that stood in front of the building clenching his fist slightly, they had to be stopped it was of grave importance that they don’t stop Garret and the other that Slate had mentioned, he was proud of Garret for making the right choice he knew that Garret could handle the destruction of the samples but if the Order intervened it would only prevent him from destroying it.
Seeing as it had to be destroyed Sam deemed it necessary to get the entire team along with the trainees to help aid in the destruction of the potential virus. A quick call and all the communicators would be alerted of the situation, if communicators weren’t answered phones would ring until answered, it was a top priority to get this situation under control after all.
Checking his watch and waiting for the arrival of any of his team members or Slate himself Sam decided to wait for some back up, the building from what he was told was crawling with members of the order and he had no intention fighting them one at a time. He knew they wouldn’t let the destruction of Haywire go smoothly and a fight couldn’t be avoided even if he had tried, they wanted it to get released he and Slate wanted it destroyed there was no way around a confrontation.

What exactly are dreams? Are they memories or are they just your mind trying to figure out what had happened over your life and your brain put them in a weird story format. Streak slowly awoke from his sleep to the sound of his communicator going off. Once he'd heard what Sam was saying, he was wide awake. The remnants of his dream from his worldly travels, slowly faded from his mind. Although there were a few parts of it that he just couldn't seem to shake, even as he headed towards the destination he continued to think about those remnants. Why can't I shake this? Streak thought. This dream was different from all his other dreams that he'd had in the past. They weren't even like his nightmares of the camps. It was like he'd actually done it and someone did a bad job of erasing his memories of the fact. Thus creating a simple dream-like state. There were more pressing matters at hand and he didn't need to worry about whether that was a very very vivid dream or if it was reality at the moment.
Streak had been in King Pharmaceuticals once before with Nika. He was perfectly aware of what was being developed in those labs. He wasn't happy about it and when he'd been there before they had found out almost everything there was to know about that. Streak flew as fast as he could to get there. The Order was bad news. That was true. But if they were able to get their grubby hands on it then every one would be in trouble. Silver Streak was completely confident that if that formula fell into their hands then it wouldn't be long before they unleashed it at the mansion and even the rest of the city.
Streak landed next to Sam. He was easy to follow because he was leaving a trail of ice behind himself. Of course Streak wasn't worried about being subtle here. There was no need. "Thanks for calling me Sam." Since the battle, it was obvious that that's what it was about to turn into, hadn't started yet he continued the conversation. "We need Nika here. Me and her know this place probably the best of any of the X-Men around. We did a spy mission here late last year. Would have told ya but Neena wanted it on the DL ya know." Streak said. Sam got the call but he was going to make sure that this thin succeeded. The battle always brought out the strategist in him and this was no different. This substance was very volatile to every mutant here and it did need to be destroyed. They needed to get inside. Huh... This could be a little more difficult than he originally thought. Especially once all the Order got in there. Streak could only wish that more of their teammate would show up soon. Streak cracked what seemed like every bone imaginable as he limbered up for the fight. This was going to be close quarters, which would mean that they needed to be fast and agile. Otherwise they'd get bogged down and it would work.
It hadn't taken long for a message the circulate though the Order members, telling each of them to get to KP and prepare for trouble. It had taken even less time for Isabel to borrow a vehicle from the Garage and set off toward the indicated destination. Her mind was still buzzing with the somewhat vague memories of a strange dream from the night before. A number of specific details seemed to escape her as she struggled to remember everything she'd dreamed. For the most part it was all travel and fighting. She seemed to remember some mention of war, but couldn't recall having been on the battlefield or not. And there was something troubling about Bane, but she couldn't recall exactly what just yet. It was too much of a coincidence that they were all being called to KP after such a dream where Haywire seemed to be a major component.
She didn't bother taking any great care in stashing her mode of transportation once she'd arrived at the labs. There were several motorcycles still in the Garage and no one ever seemed particularly upset when one got totaled. Her main concern was getting into the building and keeping everyone else out. Haywire was in danger, she knew that much. It wasn't far from unrealistic to assume the X-Nerds would be the ones targeting the facility. She didn't want them there, but she wouldn't be completely truthful if she said she wasn't at least a little excited to have the chance to maim a few of the X's members. And this time the Order was entirely justified in fighting back. The X-Nerds were the ones trespassing this time, and she would not stand for it.
It only took a moment or two to get past the security guards. She was well known as a senior Order member and very few questioned her loyalties, making it relatively simple to have access to the building with very little trouble along the way. She had yet to run into any of her companions thus far, but she didn't doubt they'd be along soon enough. For the time being she was content to prowl up and down the hallways making sure things were running smoothly until any opposition showed up. She would do her best to keep Haywire out of the reach of her enemies and to protect Syn's plans for the Order's future. And this time she wouldn't let something like a stomach wound stop her.

Alexandra Kettler was far from a person who believed in dreams and foretelling the future trough them. That’s why when she had gotten up from the strangest dream in her life she was concerned but yet not too stressed about it.
This dream had made her experience several new emotions, and most of them she was convinced before this dream that she would never experience in her real life. But the most dangerous idea in this dream was something called Haywire virus. In the dream, this virus was the cause of pain and death on the whole planet, mutant and human population alike. She didn’t mind the deaths of humans of course… but the effects on mutants were far from good.
Good thing it was only a dream.
The ringtone of her cell phone quickly brought her back to the real world and the caller was certainly unexpected. She blinked before answering; she didn’t receive many Kabal phone calls ever since being at the Mansion. Taking a breath, she pushed away the ‘what could have happened?’ possible scenarios and answered.
“Hello?”

After pulling her boot on, Alexandra hurried to the door while trying to put her hair in a ponytail. This phonecall was perhaps the proof that dreams had something with the real world.
Haywire is real.
She shook her head as she ran along the hallway. A question kept coming back into her mind, what if the rest of the dream looked how her future will be? There is no time to think this. Thoughts drifted away, mind cleared up, focusing on her mission. Get to King Pharmaceuticals and destroy Haywire. And, of course, don’t blow up your cover, since she had been informed that the X-Men would be Kabal’s allies in this mission. And since she wasn’t an X-Man or even X-Man Trainee yet, she had to find a reason for being there when she met them.
The garage doors opened, letting a figure dressed completely in black on a motorcycle slide out of it. Although she had received instructions where King Pharmaceuticals was, just throwing a glance outside and they became useless. A familiar ice trail was stretched in front of her but quickly decaying as her iceman was sliding away. Smiling under the helmet, she followed the trail at top speed.
When she got there, Sam wasn’t alone. Stopping abruptly next to him and Streak, she got off and removed the helmet. Taking a deep breath, sky blue scanned the two, already preparing her answer if they decided to ask what she was doing there.
Another relaxing morning at the mansion, boring, but relaxing. David was laying on his back on the bed, his headphones on and the sunlight just poking in through the window. He quietly stared straight up at the ceiling, a smile on his face. The music caused his mind to slowly drift away, fall into a trance of sorts. Before his mind completely sailed off he thought he saw something out his window, something quick. He slowly rolled off his bed and stretched his arms. As he walked to the window the image showed itself, it was like a bridge of ice stretching from the mansion, definitely out of the ordinary.
Well, of course curiosity got the best of him, and once he saw that the ice was starting to fall apart he knew he had to hurry. He quickly threw on a yellow t-shirt, some cargo pants, and sandals, then ran down the stairs. "Gotta hurry gotta hurry." He was excited, maybe today wouldn't be as boring as possible. the music he listened to seem to heighten the excitement, pumping him up. He ran to the garage and grabbed his car, it wasn't much but it should get him where he was going, wherever that was. The car started right up, and he pulled out of the mansion, and started following the trail of ice. "What is that?" he thought as he stretched his neck out, trying to see as far as he could.
It didn't take long to reach his destination, he pulled the car over to the side of the road and closed the door, tossing his headphones through the window. He started running up excitedly to the three who were already waiting in front of the building. He didn't even know what building this was. Obviously it was some place important, and the two didn't look as happy to be here as David was. There were others up at the front of the building, facing them. He slowed to a walk as he approached the three "Hey what's up?" He asked innocently, he wasn't an X-men, didn't have a communicator, and didn't know anything about the situation.
The dream, that's what Lee kept insisting to herself it was, had set Lee on edge for the day. Not that she could really remember all that much about it, it was more just left over feelings. And vague memories, at least they seemed like memories, the odd time that Tarin mentioned something.
It was harder to pretend that it was simply a dream after the phone call they had gotten from Slate. Haywire. Though she couldn't exactly say why, just the word Haywire sent a thread of fear and terror through her like none she could ever remember feeling in her life.
Slate was more specific than that, though, saying that there were samples of it in a lab there in New York, and it had to be destroyed before it could be turned into a contagious virus.
And, according to Slate, there were already plans to get in and destroy the samples, but he was expecting problems and wanted people there just in case.
Lee didn't like the idea of going looking for trouble like this, but with how she felt at the mere mention of Haywire, she didn't think she had much of a choice, so hurried to go change out of the skirt she was currently wearing. Which left her wearing a pair of jeans, the first pair of pants she grabbed, and black tank top.
Which just left them the problem of how to get to this lab Slate had given them directions to. It wasn't an address Lee was familiar with, meaning it wasn't something nearby, close enough to walk to. Meaning they were going to have to cab it.
It took a while to get there, but finally they were approaching the address Slate had given them and Lee saw a couple of very familiar figures up ahead. "Let us out here?" Lee said over the seat to the driver, and after they paid the outrageous fare, she climbed out, glancing around the street. Up ahead she saw a handful up people she recognized from the mansion, including Sam. If there were this many people here, the situation likely wasn't going to be very good.

It hadn’t been a dream. Tarin’s mind positively buzzed with the implications behind the call that he and Lee had received shortly after settling down. Waking up from that dream had been more than a shock to his system, and after he and Lee had gotten off the phone with Slate, he hadn’t felt any better. All that Tarin could remember about the Haywire virus was the fact that he and Lee had been terrified when their daughter had caught it, but that was enough. Anything that terrifying had to be destroyed.
Tarin didn’t know if there was a title for the positions he and Lee held in the Kabal, but this was one of those situations that they’d agreed to be a part of when Slate had asked them to help. Tarin didn’t like the idea of putting Lee into a situation where she could be in danger, but if there was something Tarin had learned, it was that Lee could take care of herself. Besides, there was still a possibility that everything would turn out alright. A slim possibility, but a possibility still. There was no reason to be unprepared, though, and Tarin had dressed for the occasion. The pants and boots he’d worn in Colombia sat below a plain black t-shirt and Tarin had pulled a baseball cap over his vibrant hair. He’d almost commented on Lee’s similar outfit, but had held back in leiu of the seriousness of the situation.
They’d elected to take a cab, their destination was too far to walk and other transportation options were out of the question. In reality the ride only took a few minutes, but it felt like an eternity. Tarin paid the cabbie, with a minimum of grumbles then made his way to where Lee was standing.
There were people around, a handful of people who looked like they were ready for a fight. Lee was approaching them, and Tarin reached out and snagged her hand, pulling her back.
“Before we go over there….” He said, then pulled her close for an intense and passionate kiss. The kind of kiss a man gave his woman before walking off into battle. Finally releasing her after a few moments…or maybe minutes, he smiled. “I love you.” He said, just in case. The unspoken words hung in Tarin’s mind, and he approached the group.
“I guess we’re in the right place.” He said, gaze settling on Sam, the only one he recognized. “Slate didn’t mention you all would be here though.”
Dreams. Something Fade had not experiences much of over the past few years. Most of the time, she had quite disturbed sleep or she did not even get to sleep, so dreams were a thing of the past. But not that night, not one bit. She woke up in a fierce fight for air, lurching up into an upright position and gasping for air. As she steadied her breathing, she looked down and only saw her covers, that had been the first time in about nine years that Fade had such an odd dream that she turned herself invisible in her sleep.
Rubbing her eyes, she turned herself visible, placing her feet on the ground just in time to hear something ringing from the bag that she had failed to unpack after returning to the Mansion. It was muffled, but she could still hear it and she made her way over to the bag, tossing all of her clothes out of it before she found her old X-Communicator. It had not gone off in the past year, she figured they had deactivated it, but it was ringing now, which only meant one thing: it was vitally important.
Curiously, she answered and listened to the message. The last bits of the message were sent to an unused phone as it lay on the floor where she had stood over just a few milliseconds ago. Already, she was on her way over to KP. The last time she had lost control of her invisibility was when she fought at KP over a year ago. It was a brutal battle and she had been in charge of going forward and attempting to catch up with Syn and the Oppressor to save Haywire. The results were disasterous. Within a close perimeter to Haywire, she immediately lost control of her powers and different layers of her anatomy would disappear. Under her invisible skin, her bones and muscles could be seen and she kept phasing so drastically that she would even sink into the floor.
The memories had taken a long time to erase, yet then again, she never did erase them. Surprisingly enough, this proved to be her advantage as now it seemed they were in the same situation. Ice trails and tire skids painted the way for Fade and she turned to the garage, but she did not know how to drive, she never had a permit, a liscence or even a car! Immediately, she ran out to the closest main road and found her own route by phasing her claws into passing cars and hitching a ride from car to car. The way to KP was engraved in her memory and every car that went in the opposite direction, she leapt off of and caught the next car.
Finally, although it did not take her too long, she had reached the gates and saw Sam, Streak, and a few others that she did not recognize. Not caring about who was fighting by her side, she simply nodded to everyone she did not know. Quickly, she dodged through everyone to find Streak and stood next to him, the only one she really had any kind of close relationship with.
"Haywire?" she asked for clarification. It seems this was a major deja vu for her, but no one else had fought by her side when the first battle at KP had caused so much destruction. That did not matter, she knew damn well what was ahead, she just needed to keep herself alive and destroy this on-going Haywire threat. Other than that, she stood still and firm, ready for yet another battle next to her allies.
Slate had been trying to contact him for weeks. This message was different, though. This one was actually interesting.
There will be a fight at King Pharmaceuticals.
There was more than that. Slate wasn't a master of being concise. The only other important part was this, though: We are going to destroy Haywire. That, and X-Men. Kabal. Order. Sounded like the whole gang was going to be there.
Calley's face was smothered in his mattress, over at the Mansion. He'd been planning to visit Katrina, maybe. Or maybe just sneak out again. Then the dream had come. Now? He picked himself up slowly, rubbing the back of his arm over his eyes.
He didn't know much about dreams. But it didn't take a genius to interpret this one. Not much to interpret: he was dead. He was dead, and no one had cared. No one had really even known. And the worst part of it? He'd still been alive. Not just one of him: hundreds of him. Thousands. That was his power, right?
****. That.
Haywire. That had been in his dream, too. Lots of people had died. What. Was he supposed to care? He'd known for two years about the virus. Now the whole Scooby Gang was off to save the day, was it? With a heart-warming show of Faction cooperation, either. My, what a wonderful world Slate was sculpting already: only a few months since he'd gained power, and he was already ordering around two Factions. Slate. Slate hadn't cared that he'd died, either.
Calley rolled off his bed at the Mansion, barely glancing at his X-Communicator as it buzzed so urgently. He'd already gotten the message.
Not long after, the nondescript nineteen year old sauntered casually up to the crowd gathering in front of King Pharmaceuticals. A nineteen year old teenager who still remembered one little fact: it wasn't that no one had come to his funeral. It was that no one had even bothered to have a funeral.
He grinned at the people he recognized, and at the people he didn't; he walked through them, right up to the steps of the building. Good ol' Kingy Pharm. He turned around. Faced the crowd. And, still smiling, he said:
"If you want to get to Haywire, you're going to have to get through me."
**** his Miles form. Hiding? That was what got him an unmarked grave in the first place. This early in the morning, with this many dreams swirling in his head--dreams from every splinter that had lived and breathed and grown in a future that had never happened--it was hard to tell what was real, and what wasn't. Maybe later in the day, he'd regret this. But right now?
Right now, if he was going to die, then he was going to make sure that someone damn well noticed he'd been alive.
((ooc: I hear the Order might need some reinforcements for this fight. Care for a whole zoo?))

Raina's dream from the night before was still having an affect on Luke. Not that he was worried about their relationship any more but the fact she had been able to keep from changing in the shower was still a shock to his system. Raina had since gone off to work at either the aquarium or mansion, he could remember, while he had chosen to take a early morning run.
New York was known as the city that never slept and while that might have been true for some sections, others did seem to get into a restful slumber in the middle of the night. Jogging down the street Luke was almost completely alone, except for a few delivery trucks that drove by and parked here and there.
The vibrating of his X-Com stopped Luke in his tracks. Sam didn't provide any details about what was going on except to say that there was a major emergency at King Pharmaceuticals and all of the X-Men and X-Trainees needed to assemble.

The black motorcycle roared over the streets, zipping around the few cars on the road as it raced toward the assembly point. Still dressed in sneakers, jogging pants, and a gray t-shirt, Luke had only paused long enough to grab his staff, baton, utility belt and a black motorcycle helmet. The wind whipped around his body, tugging at his shirt but the blind man ignored it as he monitored his sonar for any obstructions in the road. Apparently he was one of the slowest to respond because when he pulled up quite a few of the X's were already there. Quickly putting down the kick stand, Luke set his helmet on the bike and then walked over to wehre the other were standing, looking up at the Pharmaceutical building. It felt strange to be wearing his Wraith belt while out of costume but there had been no way that he was going to get caught in another battle without his weapons.
"What's up Sam?" Luke asked quietly as he took up a place standing with the rest of the group while nodding to the other to acknowledge them. His sightless eyes stared straight ahead as he crossed his arms over his chest to just monitor the situation for a few moments.
"If you want to get to Haywire, you're going to have to get through me."
The shock that Luke felt couldn't really have been described. He knew Calley. Sure, the two of them might not have been extremely close but he had seen Calley when the young man was at his worst. Calley had said he was experiencing withdrawl because of a shift he'd done but Luke never would have thought that he could make a choice like this. Suddenly the mission itself took a backseat in Luke's mind as he just looked at the powerful young man that was now standing between them and their mission.
"Calley... do you know what you're doing?" Luke asked quietly, stepping out in front of the others as he fixed the young man with his sightless gaze, "You're the one that brought me to the mansion. You're the one that introduced me to the X-Men. I can't believe you'd do something like this on a whim so what is it... what's your reasoning for going against your friends?"
Although he hadn't been around long, Richard had received a call to help. He hadn't been told much, just where to go, and to find someone who he recognized when he got there...and to be ready to fight.
The Honda Goldwing rumbled to a halt, and Richard flipped down the kickstand. Grabbing a pair of dufflebags off the back seat and slinging the straps over his shoulders, he walked towards the group of people, looking around cautiously. He carfully unzipped one of the dufflebags partway and stuck his hands inside, fiddling with something that clicked faintly.
Aura awoke with a start, she was unused to remembering her dreams, and as she grasped at the remnant's of the slowly fading memories, she wondered if it had been real. Images of her power and what she could become filled her with hope and pride, it was true she had not approved of everything the future order did but that was besides the point. Aura did not believe dreams could predict the future still the dream fascinated her. The power she had held, was amazing, she had helped to level a city with what looked like both ease and grace. She closed her eyes hoping the dream was this world, but after a few moments she received a call to head for KP. The dream would have to wait, orders came first and it sounded like this was going to be one big dance.
Looking around for something to wear, Aura picked up a shirt from the floor, but this one was almost two separate garments, the long slash mark across the back had seen to that. Aura cared Little about clothing an understood the differences between clothing types even less, gathering an outfit from her closet, she smiled thinking of Kasumi. She ran her fingers across the silken pink bow on it's chest as well as the short green skirt before picking it up and slipping it on. The pink and green Sailor Jupiter costume fit well, but most importantly it was clean. Grabbing the two stolen police revolvers, which she had found ammo for as well as a pair of pipe bombs, she was off, quickly making hr way to ground level, briefly considering the garage's cars, but she had no idea how to drive. Calling a taxi she waited just a few moments before slipping into the car of a slightly perverted driver. Aura simply advised him where they needed to go and she was happy the ride was relatively short, they had arrived behind KP. The Driver turned to ask for his Fee, but all he received was a pink blade, to the side of his face, the blow did not kill, but she was unsure if he would ever see out of that eye again.
Slipping the man's wallet out of his pocket, Aura added it to her bag, getting out she looked around and saw their was an alleyway, taking this she realized the KP building really was quite large, an impressive visage. As She emerged into the front of KP she heard someone mention going through them to get to haywire, slipping back into the Shadow's Aura's hands held her hand, as more memories rushed to her, memories of the war and of Moscow, she loved both bu what botherd her more as how the haywire had effected her. It was a terrible drug, if the dream had any truth to it. Either way however her personal beliefs and convictions were entirely irrelevant. Shaking fee of the memories she slipped out into the light, walking casually over to calley, she had no idea who he was, but that matterd Little, he seemed to be planning to defend KP and that was good enough for her. Taking a flanking position to calley, Aura looked over the other line that was forming, and noted that Frosty was here as well as many others she did not know. She smiled this was going to be a lot of fun, as it was obvious that each side was waiting for the bulk of their forces to arrive. Aura pulled down on her outfit slightly, feeling the long pink bow tails behind her, gently brush her legs with every movement. Recalling something Sumi said, Aura pulled out a small hairpiece and put her hair into a pony tail as she waited for things to get started. No one was to enter KP and that was just what would try to ensure happened. "Looks like we will share this dance" she said to calley, a smile across her lips. "One way, one path, Loyelty is life" she said oud enough for anyone nearby to here, she even waived to Frosty.
Yawn. Stretch. Yawns were good, unless you were waking up from such a weird dream and trying to figure out what the heck was going on. He opened his groggy eyes and knew that he should get up. Soon after he woke up his phone rang. It was a phone call he hadn't expected. The last time he'd gotten a call from Slate he found himself wandering through the jungles and rebuilding a school in Colombia. It was good pay so he didn't mind but this one was different. Haywire. Something Chris had never heard of. Even thought the name of the virus was strange he couldn't help but feel that it was not a good thing. Suddenly thoughts from his dream came in and he realized that it was worse than he'd thought. Fission quickly jotted down the address and threw clothes on as he struggled to remember what he'd dreamt about jut then. The memory of the dream was fading fast and all he could remember was that many had died from it's use. Humans and mutants alike..
Chris jumped in into his car and sped down the streets. Chris quickly parked his car just a few buildings down and he walked up to the group that was standing out front and looked like they were ready to storm a castle. The thought wasn't helped by the fact that King Pharmaceuticals was a giant building. He only knew the couple that was there. Once again he felt like he was interrupting something with them. Thankfully they stood with the rest of the group before he walked up to them. "Hey fancy meetin yall here." Chris said to Tarin and Lee. He didn't know anyone else and since he was new to the Kabal he hadn't had much time to get aquainted with the rest of them. As for the others he could only guess that they were X-Men. Racking his brain, he didn't remember Slate saying anything about the X-Men being here; however, he was glad that they would be here to help in this fight.
