MUTANT REVOLUTION ONLINE Mutation. Adaptation. Equality, superiority, and order. Darwin dreams darkly in a world where change outpaces the norm day by day. The school that Charles Xavier dreamed of as a safe haven has overflowed; now, all students are referred on to Xavier’s Sister School for Gifted Youngsters, a mansion complete with its own team of X-Men who strive to maintain the balance in New York. Others have sneered at the Mansion’s naive ideals, and gone through the Sanctuary’s Golden Doors to claim their proper title of Homo Superior. Still others look beyond these petty squabbles to the world’s rotting roots; war, suffering, chaos. At Mondragon Labs Medical, there is a healer who will cure them all. The Mutant Factions grow in strength and number day by day; their threat and promise hangs heavy over the human world. Homo sapiens have always been the favored child of Adaptation, however. Where Will You Stand?
The X-Men The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.	The Order The Order is a radical group of mutants, carving themselves a cozy place in NYC through murder, malice, and Mafioso-style dealings with the local human population. Human law was never made for Homo superiors.	The Kabal The Kabal: owner and operator of the Colombian drug trade, and majority vote in the Romanian Parliament. We do what we must because we can. World domination has never been this good.

Mutant Registration Act Plot
Uprooted
Katrina, the daughter of a Senator who supported the Mutant Registration Act, finds out that she is a mutant. With the help of some persuasion from her mother, her parents decide to send her to Xavier's sister school (which her father believes is a school just for humans). Katrina is not thrilled.

Katrina's Room
Katrina unpacks her belongings and muses over her current position when the mansion is attacked. Katrina hides under her bed and uses her powers to make a cop not-see her when he searches her room. She falls asleep and reawakens in the morning to find the mansion in shambles.

Raid Aftermath... *shudder* math
Katrina meets a cute pink parakeet, some creepy guys in black, and a flying red head on the mansion lawn. They all decide to go to the pro-offered safe haven that the men in black tell them about.

Gathering the Resistance
Everyone arrives in a huge garage attached to an even larger complex, where they are met by a shiny man with a ponytail who apparently is in charge. Other mutants arrive in other vehicles, then they all go to breakfast.

Breakfast
During breakfast, the refugee mutants meet some of the Mondragon Lab regulars and Hunter gives a speech about an upcoming war between mutants and the government.

Curled up with a book for both
After breakfast and a nap, Katrina goes exploring and finds the library- and Calley. She and Calley figure out a math problem together, then Katrina conciously tries to use her powers for the first time. She successfully makes a sunflower look like a book, but can't quite get it to smell and feel like a book at the same time.

Entering the room
Having gotten BLTs for lunch, Calley and Katrina stumble upon Deja and Geo during a rather intimate moment. Calley throws the T part of his BLT at them, then the discussion turns toward families and the question of whether or not mutants are still human. The topic upsets Katrina and she leaves crying, and the others comfort her (or appear to comfort her).

Making Music
Katrina goes to the music conservatory to practice oboe and finds Hunter already there, playing violin. They play duets and Hunter has her practice making illusions while she plays and he practices trying to block them. Katrina stretches her powers too far and faints. Afterwards they get ice cream, but Katrina falls asleep before she finishes hers and Hunter tucks her in for a nap. (Somehow the 400 year old vampire manages to out-cute the twelve year old. Round one in the cuteness war goes to... Hunter)

Hanging out > Hanging out - food
Katrina is bored, so she visits Kaz and gets a high speed tour of Mondragon Labs. Then they continue on to the canteen where they meet up with Nicki.

Planning the Resistance
Katrina attends the resistance meeting, and no one kicks her out for being too young. She hears many opinions and is left with many questions.

Katrina's Bedroom (solo)
A solo post, Katrina reflects on what happened at the resistance meeting before going to bed. She also finds that someone has left clothes for her.

Nightmares and Nightwanderings
Katrina wakes up after a nightmare and wanders to the canteen for some milk. Along the way she meets Kitra and after a midnight snack, they decide to go to the library where they meet Calley in tiger form and they share a bedtime story. They fall asleep, only to be awoken again by Abyss.

Playing Solo
Katrina practices oboe, then is joined by Hunter who gives her a key then tries to convince her he is 437 years old. They also discuss more serious matters.

Infiltrators' Exit
Katrina meets with Iris and Hunter before they leave on their away mission.

On the Road
Katrina gets to know Nigel Banks, who is posing as her father, while riding in the car on the way to help Hunter and Iris move into their new apartment.

Infiltrators' Apartment
They all have a look around the new apartment, then Katrina and Nigel go to the grocery store on the corner to pick up supplies to make Nigel's breakfast specialty: monkey omelets. Katrina learns that Nigel plays D&D, Hunter knows how to make tasty omelets, and Iris likes animals.

Catching a Stalker
Katrina practices her invisibility while listening in on the plans to catch a stalker-bot.

Alone in the Library
During a solo post several weeks after arriving at the labs, Katrina reads a few choice books in front of the fire in the library.

Just another day at the Labs 'n' Such
Katrina meets a mysterious girl her own age who talks like she knows more than she lets on. Katrina learns that other students from the mansion besides herself have made it safely to Mondragon Labs.

Shogun's House
When growing pains keep her awake one night, Katrina goes for a walk outside and meets Shogun's horse, who she nicknames Dove. Then Shogun appears and Katrina tries to disappear from his radar without much luck. Maybe she will have to try again someday.

Pax Noel ~ A Peaceful Christmas
Katrina and Calley decorate the library for the holiday with origami peace cranes. They both wish for more peaceful times. Later, Kitra arrives and they all exchange presents.

Katrina's Room (Christmas Day)
Feeling lonely for her family, Katrina borrows Kaz's cellphone to call home. She talks to her father for the first time since she found out she was a mutant. He is less than receptive to the idea that his daughter is a mutant. Kaz comforts her afterwards and leaves a telephone message for her mother.

Hide-n-Seek Mutant Style (see also Northern Section and Southern Section)
Katrina does her best to help out the resistance! In a mass training session on teamwork, Katrina is the invisible moving target that everyone is trying to catch in order to win the game. Will she have enough stamina to remain invisible, or will her luck and illusions run out at the worst possible time? (Happy-fun times with Pluto!)

Metamorphoses (solo)
Katrina practices her oboe and her illusions. Gradually she gains control over some of the different aspects of her powers.

Quiet Time in the Library
Katrina meets Syn in the library and the two have a little chat. Or interrogation. It's hard to tell with Syn.

Misconceptions (in progress)
Katrina meets Zephyr in the library. At first she thinks he's Calley and he thinks she's his younger sister. What will happen when Katrina shoots Zephyr in the head with a dart gun?

Silence (solo)
Katrina is worried about all of her friends in the resistance that are off on dangerous missions without her. Maybe that's why she is having such strange dreams?

Fully Recovered
After a tumble off of a tiger (which was probably all her own fault), Katrina finds Geo in the infirmary.

Happy Birthday to me
It's Geo's birthday and he and the Abyss guys are planning to go out on the town, when Katrina crashes the party. The life of the party was, of course, the Statue of Liberty.

The Last Stand (in progress)
While everyone is away fighting the good fight for the resistance, the cats decide to play... with Dr. Ingram's keys. Who would have thought they would get attacked by a homicidal science experiment?

Things Get Back to Normal
Regrouping X-men
Katrina wants to find out what the X-men are all about, so she sits in on one of their meetings- invisible.

Family Reunion
Katrina and her mother are reunited after almost a year apart caused by the Mutant Registration Law.

An Apple a Day
They keep the doctors away... but not the specters!

Flowers That Won't Fade (solo)
Katrina discovers that if her illusions have a bit of her DNA in them, they don't fade quite as quickly.

A Dandelion by Any Other Name
While practicing her new found permanent illusions, Katrina meets Garrett and Ghost.

Making IM's Birthday Party
Katrina and Fausto meet for the first time and an intense battle begins, involving eggs and flour. This could be the start of a beautiful friendship.

Ghost and Zephyr appear out of thin air, Katrina flies, and everyone eats pretzels. Just like any other normal day at the mansion, but more awesome because there are double the air manipulators.

Reforming the X-men
Another day, another X-men meeting. This time, Katrina tries to go without the invisibility cloak. They did invite people who were interested in the X-men after all.

Knocking on Heaven's Door
Fausto and Katrina go to the funeral of the man who killed Fausto's parents and whom Fausto killed.

Learning to Knit
Katrina meets Ruby and Shin, Bruce attempts to eat Ruby's robot. Bad dog.

Floral Print and Stripes
Calley accidentally kills someone, and Katrina accidentally eats belladonna berries. Garrett accidentally puts the new girl, Dryad, into a coma- or was that on purpose?

Across the Icy Grounds
Raina's birthday bash ends up with the X-men and the Order bashing each other. Katrina tries her best to rescue Bruce from the chaos, and ends up as the only one keeping Geo and Sam from killing each other. Also, Cold Steel breaks her arm. *angry fist shake in his direction*

Dreaming of a White Christmas
Snow angels, kittens, a shirtless ice manipulator, and friends visiting... what more could you want for Christmas?

Poking the mansion's secrets to see if they wiggle
Calley, Ghost, and Katrina set off on an adventure to explore the mansion's dungeon. What secrets will they find there?

Art, Music, and Kat
Fausto shows up during art class and whisks Katrina off to meet the members of his band, sing karaoke, and eat cake.

Supermarket Hijinx
Katrina and Jacen run into each other at the grocery store, quite literally. Katrina's mother, Claire, and Jacen seem to hit it off and at least exchange phone numbers.

Who let the dogs out?
Oops.

Kat nap!
Studying is interrupted by lizard boys under the bed, then by more studying, then inadvertent snuggling, and finally by a talking tiger. Will Katrina be prepared for her Geography test?

Lonely Birds (solo)
Nope, failed the geography test.

Everyone Loves a Party
On Valentine's Day Katrina visits a ball. She start out with Calley, but ends up with Koga, and somewhere in the middle there is an unexpected declaration of love.

Stray Kat I
Katrina has an argument with her mother about going to a youth conference in Columbia. Both end up with hurt feelings, and Katrina visits Abyss to talk things out- or rather runs away and ends up at the Sanctuary talking to Abyss. It all amounts to the same thing: gigantic root beer floats.

Stray Kat II
Katrina chats with Garrett and other Sanctuary residents. Ghost, Koga, and Sam come to rescue her. (Thread died, but we assume that much awkwardness was involved and Kat eventually got home again.)

Puppy Love
Katrina receives her first ever phone call on her new cell phone and her first ever dog!

Welcome Show
Fausto returns to the mansion after his trip to South America and has a controversial concert on the mansion lawn. Katrina listens and tries to make sense of the lyrics to his new songs.

The mansion adventure
Katrina meets Hymn and gives her a tour of the most interesting parts of the mansion, like the hanger where the X-men's plane is stored. It's a good to have friends who can bypass the plethora of security measures, eh CS?

With all due respect
Martin watches the mansion, Katrina watches Martin, introductions ensue.

Zig Zag Zoo(m)
The X-kids exchange a couple community service hours for free zoo passes. Katrina ends up hanging out with Ghost when something quite unexpected unfolds outside the tiger pen.

Future Plot
Pax
It's been ten years and Katrina is now teaching at Pax Academy. Check out the brochure for the school.

Katrina sends a warning to the Chinese president.

[FP] Overture
Kat and Slate take the Pax senior class to China to aid refugees

[FP] Allegro con Brio
Kat returns to the US for some important appointments.

[FP] Presidential Suite
Kat takes a shower, rides in a limo, and takes a phone call from Zephyr. Oh, and meets the president. Also, Nigel's reaction to the start of the war.

[FP] Agitato
In the midst of preparing for their bodyguard job, Katrina and WereCat hear about the war and make the journey to China.

[FP] Crescendo
Katrina becomes a bodyguard to the Chinese president, time passes, Katrina and Sebastian alternate reactions to the events of the war as they unfold.

[FP] Marcia Funebre
A group of assassins appears in Tianenmen square and WereCat and Katrina must do their best to keep the president alive, even though he probably deserves whatever he gets.

[FP] Finale
Katrina makes one final effort to convince the world leaders to end the war. She would give anything for peace.

Back to the Present
Day of Reckoning
Slate comes to the mansion looking for Calley, but finds Katrina instead. Katrina learns a lot about what Slate has been up to, but not everything, and Slate learns that Katrina nearly failed math.

Schrödinger's Kat
Katrina goes out looking for a vanished Calley. She finds trouble instead.

They stop at the police station where they enlist the help of the ever-efficient Officer Jimmy Barnes, without telling him the whole truth.

Gossiper's Anonymous
After her time haunting the coffee shop, Claire goes to the mansion and makes her appearance in Family Reunion (see above). She then establishes herself as the designated Kitchen Mom for the school.

Katrina's House (Summer 08)
Hans gets fed up with his employer Jean's self-pity act, loneliness, and drinking. He takes a new job up in New York City as head chef in the canteen of Mondragon Labs.
